I have bought great games from this site. I was satisfied of this purchase: the material with which they were made is strong; they are durable and safe toys for children. The quality / price of these games is definitely the best in the market.

We have been buying our Jumping Castles from East Inflatables for the last 2 years after changing from another manufacturer. I can say that we havent looked back since- their prices are very reasonable (including their shipping prices!) Their customer service is fantastic (thanks Candy!). I can email them any time with a query and always get a swift response. Nothing is ever to hard- if I want to tweak or add something with a castle they always make it happen. All the castles we have bought so far have been great quality PVC and stitching and we will continue to buy more in the future. Would highly recommend to any other business looking to buy inflatables from East Inflatables.

Absolutely pathetic products and even worse customer support. Waited over 3 months for a delivery that was late, had missing packages (more than twice) and came with broken and faulty items.The staff and owner Andy ignored all requests, photos and information sent. When compensation was raised they said we need to pay for shipping to get another castle delivered from China...so we would need to pay more money and wait another 2-3 months.They will not help you if there are any problems with your order! They pretend to be supportive but once the payment is made they dont care.

I am from Australia and have a small party hire business. I have purchased a number of items from east inflatables (2 standard castles, a slide castle, a playboy castle, sumo suits, 14 banners and now a disco dome and 2 more banners are on their way) they have been super easy and kind to deal with. On one occasion 2 of our castle banners were too big but they very happily offered to replaced those free of charge with my next order! I find their prices to be fantastic and they always help answer any questions I have. I have not used any other company yet because I trust east inflatables. I have not had any issues with the quality of their products so far which is why I am always happy to return to them.

Im from the Detroit Michigan area we bought the two lane slip n slide with the palm trees. IT WAS A HUGE HIT! Very well built, kids jumping and sliding on it into the pool at the end, a Very Well Worth Investment. We have a blown up movie screen (18x20) for movies in the park for the last three years - Always A Hit.. Great customer service!!!

I made my order about 2 year ago and i got just what i ordered. The quality of the product is great. Have used it more than 100 times and still going. The communication with the factory rep was very promp and timely.

We had a very good experience. We were a little apprehensive at first but communication was excellent and our inflatables are great.

Terrible. I was promised a product on a specific date. I could not get them to answer calls, emails. And I got hung up on when I asked for a refund that I was promised. I have been contacted by about five other clients all asking me if this story was true and if I ever got a refund. Well I did not. They ripped me off just like everyone else.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EAST INFLATABLES.They will take your money and not deliver any product after 2 month. This was put on our credit card and we are working with our credit card company to get our money back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EAST INFLATABLES.

I want to thank Andy and Doris at East Inflatables for all their time working on my order. We had a few bumps in the road but East made sure that we were taken care of and I am very happy with the quality of my inflatables.

Avoid these guys at all costs!They lie to make sales and then fail to deliver items! They do not honor the warranty information when products break within 12 months of a 2 year guarantee!
