Went there with my niece and its temporarily closed. Id imagine because of Covid-19, but then post that on your website or Google so people dont waste time going all the way out there.

The staff is always so friendly and willing to help me every time I go there! My son loves helping me in the sticker aisle!

Had a bunch of good sales and found things I needed and things I wanted. Even things I didnt know I wanted, of course. Although they were out of some journal books I was looking for. Otherwise I enjoy going to Michaels and finding so many great things for projects. I get so inspired.

I love taking the kids here for their Make It craft days. We have so much fun as a family creating great memories. My only problem is leaving without adding a few $ to my bill. The kids always find something to buy.

Love the place. Can always find an answer to my craft problems here. Last week it was items to make a kitty pumpkin for great granddaughters book report pumpkin. Found everything we needed & more.

I went here last September. For the LGBT center in La Crosse. I needed supplies to assemble a memorial table for suicide awareness month. I got emotional. A manager found all kinds of coupons & discounts for the items Ipurchased. They were so friendly & helpful!!

Love Michaels. I have never had a real big problem finding what I need here. Every now and then just like with other stores, they dont always have a really specific item but thats never really a big problem for me. Love this place and the staff is very helpful and fun.

Have defective ribbon. Didnt keep receipts just wanted to get a good one little Korean gal chewed me out and her cashiers saying No never No receipt No exchange ever!!!!! The poor cashiers looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders. THEY HAVE THE VÉRY SAME ROLL ON THE SELF!!!It was a $5.00 roll of ribbon that wasnt sown properly from who ever the buy from.So sad this what our society now days has to offer. Certainly not the customer service I was raised to understand.

We always love Michaels. I am not a very craft-y person, but I have several items brought from the store. The store in La Crosse has the usual paraphernalia and we went to buy some construction paper roll here. The store people were friendly and helped us out by showing where we needed to go. And I love the 50% coupon that was running for that evening. Usually they have some coupon or the other which bring the price of most items down compared to other stores. Only complaint is that the coupon is only for 1 item, so you might need to make several trips to the store, if you really want some discounted items.

New location has much more stuff than the old one. Some of the prices are a little high, but they always have online coupons to help out (no printing required, they can scan the coupons right on your phone).

Michaels has moved! I about had a heart attack when we drove past our local Michaels & the store was empty!! How did I not know they had moved. The store is bigger & its much easier to find things. The whole front is windows & its much brighter. The one thing I was disappointed about was the home decor selection, for some reason those aisles felt very crammed together & I would say they have about half the selection that they used to have. Maybe because they just opened & its kind of late for spring stuff, Ill give it another shot in a couple of weeks after they have had time to restock
