Aqua tots in Omaha Nebraska refuses to give me a refund that they promised me back in June 16, 2020. I made an appointment for fastrack lessons for my granddaughter who was visiting us for the summer, and then found out my son already enrolled her somewhere else when I called to tell him. So I called back to cancel within an hr of registration of the classes that didnt start for 21 days. I was told I would receive a full refund minus the 25$ registration fee, so 165$. I was told that on 3 different occasions over the next 14 days that I called because the refund had not posted. We apologise, were behind on giving our refunds and things are very hectic was the story I heard over and over, as well as a manager will be calling you. Now here we are 5 months later, still no calls or emails or refund and the new manager (I wonder why) insists that I was contacted and told I would not be receiving a refund by the previous manager (pass the buck) because its in the notes. I told her that I had never been contacted by anyone there by phone or email and told I was NOT getting a refund. Matter of fact until today, Ive not EVER even received a call back that I was promised multiple times, and I have the emails and phone records to prove it. Well too bad for me, because even less than an hr after registration and you need to cancel, youre screwed for hundreds of dollars.Nice to know in the middle of a pandemic when people are losing their jobs and can barely afford to feed themselves that aqua tots only cares about Iining their pockets. This wasnt a case of me trying to cancel late or last minute, it was 21 days in advance and within an hr of me calling to register in the first placeYou could literally go in their right now and pay, walk out the door, turn around and walk back in and cancel, and they wont give you a damn dime of your money back, period.So they filled their class AND made even more money for students that didnt even attend This company doesnt deserve your business because all you are to them is a paycheck. Please share, please contact them and post about this. This is not ok to run a business like this.

Both my kids love coming here for lessons. All of the instructors are patient with the kids but also know how to push them to be more comfortable with the different skills. The business as a whole has been very flexible with times when things dont work out and all of the staff are very kind.

My daughter attended Aqua Tots for one full year. She loved coming to swim lessons each week and advanced so much. She went from level 3 to level 7. By level 7 she was such a good swimmer. Her teachers were fantastic and Brandon at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly. Shout out to Erynne, my daughter loved having you as her teacher.

When I first signed my daughter up at 9 months old I thought to myself, swimming classes for a baby what are they going to do? Our first swim lesson was with Syndey and I was blown away! I am a Pre-K teacher for OPS and I loved what I saw. There has to be a curricula the swim instructor follows. They use different toy props and singing through out the class time. The teacher makes you feel like you are getting excellent one on one attention in a small group setting with 3 other children. This is a great class to teach your child how to swim and socialize with peers their age.

Sydney is a wonderful instructor, extremely patient and thorough. The employee at the front desk has always been very friendly and helpful. Facility very clean.

We just started lessons but I already love Aqua Tots! To start, when I called to schedule the lessons Brandon was so helpful and went above and beyond to get us the day and time we needed. Then, day of lessons, my 2 year old freaks out and wont stop screaming and crying. He is so stubborn I honestly didnt think hed get through the lesson. But thanks to Brandon, my 2yr old not only stopped crying and got through it, he was enjoying it by the end! Brandon is amazing and we cant wait to come back next week.

We’ve been to other swim schools in Omaha, and not that they were bad, they were just not as great as Aqua-Tots. My boys absolutely LOVE going to their swimming lessons each week. Also, the gals upfront, have been more than helpful, like when I forgot to brings towels... smh - thank you guys for running a great business!

Excellent staff, flexible schedule, most importantly my one year old loves his instructor. The distance can be difficult sometimes during rush hour but we work around it .

They have really taken the time to teach my children how to swim and make it fun. From my toddler who screamed the whole time in his first 5 classes (thank you Ben for being so caring with him!) to my 5 year old who is quickly advancing in swimming (thanks to Alondra, we love her!). It has given us great piece of mind that our children are learning to be independent swimmers!

I was in adult lessons at Aqua-Tots--Id never swum in my life and was terrified. They had be backfloating on the first day, and after a few more months, I was literally snorkeling in the ocean. Incredible staff. Full-proof curriculum. Great pricing.

Would recommend to anyone!! Aqua Tots brought my daughter who was terrified of the water to now starting to actually swim! Very impressed! Thank you Aqua Tots!!

Cancelled my swim classes had to go into to fill out the cancellation form, they wrote on the form what my last charges on my bill would be and a charge for more than what was written/calculated on my form was taken out of my account. When I called to ask about it it was of course an attitude of well thats just the way its calculated - when a manager was the one that actually calculated the charge initially. I dont like surprises and if Im told one price and then charged a higher price than what I was told and what is written down for me then to call in and not have the problem fixed- leaves Bad taste in my mouth - not good customer service - not honest.

Seriously, great swim school!!!!Coaches Dondi and Katie are FANTASTIC!!!!Really impressed with how those two handle my kidO :) Highly recommended
