We enrolled our son at HappyFeet for soccer. HappyFeet had done an amazing job of teaching our son the fundamentals of soccer. They make sure to work with each and every child during the practice ahead of the game. During the game, they rotate positions so every child learns each position and has the same opportunity. They do a wonderful job of coaching. It is a true learning environment that is inclusive and welcoming to all. They have also done a wonderful job during the pandemic of keeping everyone safe. They abide by the rules of the CDC and local guidelines. I recommend HappyFeet over any other facility. Currently my son is 6, about to 7. They have grace and patience while teaching work ethic. An amazing facility with amazing coaches and such great communication from top down.
Both of my kids have played HappyFeet for years. It is the perfect league for young kids finding their feet (literally!) on the soccer field. Its a no pressure, let kids be kids program and my kids look forward to seeing their coaches and friends each week. Weve done games only and games and practices seasons and the instruction is age appropriate in each case. My daughter was particularly slow to warm up (she is with everything) and the coaches did their very best to engage her at her level each week. Now, she runs out to the field without any hesitation and I have this league to thank, in large part, for her confidence. We look forward to playing several more years with HappyFeet!
Our daughter has been with Happy Feet/Legends for the last couple of years. Weve had nothing but positive experiences. She has grown tremendously in her soccer skills and she loves working with Coach Austin and the other coaches that occasionally help with her practices. Everyone weve worked with has been great.
Wow was looking to put my kid in soccer but the way this owner responses to criticism...??? Doesnt sound like a positive place for children. I sure hope you all dont treat the children this way....Im not sure who this Anna Brockman is or what she did to you..... I was actually referring to your comments to Lora and Nicole. But your response further solidifies my statement. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas. And may God bless your heart. Smh
No this person runs terrible business and they have no control over her facilities and no is tryin to make it all ok by saying im with a person that probably has the same problems and issuse as myself and obviously many other have with this place and its managment. Ill just call the BBB and have a chat about how you handle thing. Thanks for careing about your business and its customers. If there was a negative star rating you have - 5.
Heard rebecca was pretty mean! wouldn’t recommend
Terribly ran organization. Rebecca is extremely rude.
These guys do a great job and are extremely patient working with little kids. A perfect place to see if your kids enjoy soccer. They just added onto their indoor facilities and it turned out great.
My son enjoys playing soccer with the toddler group. Its especially nice that they have indoor facility for leagues during the winter.
Been with Legends for years now. Outstanding coaches and support staff. My son has learned so much about soccer and teamwork. Highly recommend.
Rebecca is unprofessional and this is for the kid
Our daughter has been playing with Happy Feet for about 8 months now with no prior soccer experience and has blossomed, under coaches Austin and Dylan especially. Coach Austin has made it fun and developed a personal connection with her, knowing her by name amidst dozens of kids, and talking with her even if he wasnt her coach that week. Her soccer skills and understanding of the game are really improving, and Im very glad that we signed her up for Happy Feet.
Little sports is much better we only use happy feet because its closer. This is a big waste of money for how the coaches interact with the children. We are currently looking into other options
Trash organization
We recently decided not to return. It seems strange that previous customers complained about problems like high coach turnovers (inconsistent coaching), schedules posted late, etc. --- the owner replied about it being an issue with previous ownership, but that has been the same problem for us and we just ended our season. When we first signed up for the summer league at the Bellevue site, my son loved it at first. Luckily, we had 1 coach for at least 3 sessions. After that, the coach changed every Sunday. The last 3 sessions were okay but my son was bummed out his coach never returned. We decided to give this fall 2018 league another try. Three sessions were canceled due to rain and cold, but it would make sense that they have back-up plans for indoor options during this season. On the first Sunday back from the long break, there was only 1 coach for two of the groups of kids which were mostly toddlers. The 3-year-old group was combined with the toddlers. Needless to say, it was chaotic. Parents were confused as to why there was only 1 coach. There was no explanation. The 1 coach tried his best to make the warm-up was structured as possible but it was still pretty crazy. We felt really bad for him. During the game, there were over 20 toddlers trying to kick one ball into two little goals. My son stopped playing and wanted to go play on the playground instead. :(
I hate to leave negative reviews but our experience wasnt the best. We played in the league that just ended. Our almost 3 year old was put on a team mixed with kids as young as 18 months. Parents were on the field with the little ones which made it crazy. There was a different coach every week. Because of this, the coaching was very inconsistent. I think the age gap is to wide and the coaching needs some work. We unfortunately will not be using this program again.
Our son started playing with Happy Feet last fall and then advanced to Legends Academy last winter where he still remains. He has participated in every session since and has grown in confidence, skill level and team work. I give this company big props for helping our son grow! So glad we made this choice of club ball!
Our son played on a Happy Feet team last fall and then was asked to play on a Ledgends Academy Team for the last two winter sessions. We have been nothing but pleased with the whole process, from the coaches to the communication from management. Our son has shown more passion for this sport than any other and I’m certain it’s due to the dedication and attention this organization shows to their players.
This league is unorganized! The schedule is always given late. Practice and game locations and times are changed at least three times during the season. The cost is higher than other leagues that offer the same service. Wish I would have read other reviews (BBB and yelp) before putting my child on this league.
We looked at all the clubs to see what they offered. It was Legends that let us attend a practice to meet coaches and other players to see if my son would like it. They offered everything we were looking for to help my son further his skills. Whenever we had a question before making a final decision we received and immediate response.
I just called about getting my son registered. Representative didn’t seem to really care about my issue with registering my child nor retaining me as a customer. Therefore, I shall take my $$ elsewhere.
Not a soccer fan
