The teams that work at each location in Omaha - phenomenal. Specific shout-out to Jayden at the Cass Street location (used to work at the 144th and F facility) and Jason at Sprague (who also worked at 144th and F). Strong customer service skills. Also, greatly appreciate the way that Genesis handled the Pandemic. Although it wasnt fun to have the gyms closed, it was the right decision at the right time. Further, re-opening procedures were well thought out and communicated clearly. Appreciate you all!

The staff is friendly and the people that are working out are nice. This gym has most of the equipment I want from a gym and then some, such as a heated pool, a dry sauna, a steam room, and a hot tub. This being so, other than the treadmill and stair steppers, they have no equipment for the gastrocnemius muscle, (also known as the calf of the leg). Genesis also needs to update their drinking fountains so it is easier to fill up water bottles with. I would give him a 5-star rating if they did not charge extra for the tennis court and if they brought in equipment to exercise your calves with. Other than a couple issues this is an excellent gym to workout at.

What a great experience so far at Genesis Westroads. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. My personal trainer, Sarah, works me hard but is very personal about my goals. I could not ask for better fitness center and I have been to two others. Keep it up Genesis!!!!

Place is a complete dump. Was told remodel was happening and nothing for 3 months. Feel like i need a tetanus shot after showering in locker room. Other Genesis gyms I have visited are cleaner but staff is not very personable. Told them I wanted to cancel and they need 200 fee. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to The athletic clubs. They are amazing and treat us way better than Genesis.

Where do I start? The Westroads club is outstanding!!!! I cant live without my weekly yoga with Leah--it has become something I look forward to as a part of my regular routine. Not only does it challenge my mind, but shes able to remind me to breathe, be present and compassionate to myself. :)

Love my personal training with Brandon and the All American classes with Leah and Allen. The group dynamic helps me push harder than working out on my own. I’ve seen a dramatic change in my health and appearance.

I was lied to about how to cancel my membership and was charged $300 unnecessarily because of an ill informed employee. There was no offer to make it right.

When I joined Genesis, I hadnt exercised in years. I was overweight and not happy. From the minute that I set foot into the facility, I felt very welcomed and accepted. The trainers are very knowledgable and supportive, while the staff are friendly. I am so excited to continue my journey at Genesis.....5 stars, hands down!

I wouldn’t even give them a star if I had the choice. Yes they have amenities but so does every other gym. Customer service is not great. They are truly not worth the money. They lock you in with contracts and forced me to pay for April when their gym was closed due to COVID. They took 22days to give me a clear response. I would never recommend them.

I love all the member engagement events that they have throughout the year to show their appreciation! I really feel like I am a part of a close knit community! They offer plenty of equipment, killer classes and staff that provide excellent customer service!

Nice facility, great classes. I had some issues with my contract and double-billing when I first started, but they eventually fixed the issue and refunded the appropriate amount of money. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with them.

Switched to Genesis a month ago. Great experience so far! Love the G-Perks program. Great motivator to improve fitness and keep people accountable. Well worth the $s.

Its a decent gym cause its close to my office. However, all of other Genesis locations in Omaha are better. The basketball court has been deformed due to water leaking from the roof for the last 6 moths. The air conditioning in the mens locker room has not functioned either but they put in a door stop to allow (minimal) airflow into the locker room. The tile is coming up in the showers. They just fixed the urinals. The locker room is often crowded over the lunch hour and theres usually a shortage of towels at 12:20.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Awesome equipment. And great instructors. You have to join and see for yourself.

The pool is amazing and the steam room is extremely hot.By far one of my favorite locations!

Long time member, long before it became a Genesis club. Supposedly it is scheduled for a major remodel however in the meantime the main cardio/ weight area has 1/3 or more of the lights out and they havent bothered to replace them. It is rather dark and dingy in that whole area. They got rid of the old worn nice floor mats for stretching and replaced them with super small thin mats. The whole place is looking really old and worn at the moment.

Horrible customer service.I signed a contract, 6 days later I requested to cancel as I was not impressed by the gym and had a employment change. I started this request on September 30 and still have no resolution. No answers, just so-so will call you back. Then I call that person because they do not call me. Then I get told to another person will call me back. Still no call so I call them. Get told the same thing again. Still no call.And now I have been charged for the membership that I am not using and do not plan to use. I advise being very careful because they are happy to call daily when they want you to sign up but if there’s an issue they don’t want to resolve it.

It was funny that i was made to pay for a closed facility (GYM IS CLOSED )for 3 months and when i decided to cancel my membership they even charged for another 30 days.Do yourself a favor by not getting into their contract loopThey do not deserve even a single star for their customer service

Few years ago I gave 3 out of 5 rating for Genesis Tennis. Now I am giving 1 out of 5. Some what decent Tennis coaches initial days however one of worse Tennis Management I have ever seen in my life. No response for emails, text messages, hard to catch Tennis director, Zero tennis related information at front desk etc...... More of my experiences given below for giving such a poor rating. I wont wont wont recommend Genesis Tennis for any of my friends.At Genesis Tennis couple of tennis coaches were good and one of them left Genesis it seems. Almost an year ago when I spoke to Genesis folks they told me the tennis clinics pricing is less for members, hence I signed-up for membership and with an annual contract. After I signed up my kids membership and when I requested for information for my kids tennis clinics details I get no response for 3.5 months. I drove to Genesis and front desk has ZERO information about tennis. Hard to reach and talk to coaches. When I escalated then finally able to catch hold of Genesis Club Manager, she told me that she will give 3 months of additional free membership at the end of contract. I was agreed and my kid joined for one tennis clinic session. During the summer they dont have any regular evening clinics hence I am forced to take a break for entire summer. After summer when I contacted Genesis at the front desk they gave me one of the coachs number and that number never worked. Finally I sent an email and as usual didnt get response to my email. I sent a follow-up text message and no response either. Finally I have to call Genesis Club Manager Gari and ask for cancellation of my membership so I am not bounded with the contract any more. Initially she said she cant do anything with Tennis. With lot of hassles I finally cancelled my kids membership just to move out of Genesis and look for another and responsive Tennis lessons in Omaha. Initially they marketed me saying that they have tie-ups with Kansas Tennis clubs and all other marketing tricks. Finally a very UNHAPPY about Genesis Health Clubs Tennis Management.

Would Not recommend this gym to anyone, under any circumstances, ever. Talk about overpromise and under deliver, I was told one thing at sign up and charged a completely different amount every month. Staff there very friendly, management worse I’ve ever dealt with. Take your money to planet fitness or even Bluemoon fitness at least their facilities are clean and they don’t rake you over the coals on a monthly membership fee. If you ever have issues getting out of your membership there, contact corporate office ASAP. Don’t deal with Westroads management.

The last time I was asked to give feedback I commented on the poor condition (generous statement) of the locker rooms. I recieved an email reassuring me that there are big plans for the westroads location. Frankly, I avoided the location for several months. I went back just within the past few weeks.I saw no improvement. Quite to the contrary it is deteriorating more. The urinals leak. [Update they at least repaired the urinals promising renovations in the next 30mdays....curious to see if it happens]The locker room smells. The carpet and lockers are in horrible condition.I talked with other members who have belonged longer than me and they assured me promises to renovate have been made for a while. Empty promises give me no assurance and I am borderline done. I see the money that THE ATHLETIC CLUB put into its PLF purchase and this is embarrassing.

When I first started coming here years ago, they had two fully functional basketball courts. Ever since they switched ownership to Genesis, the courts are never taken care of, although they have the same staff.... Also one of the courts have water damage that happened back in January and they said that it would only take a couple of weeks to repair. Well, now it’s almost the end of July and still nothing. Be ready to come to a company that makes a lot of promises and never follows through

Highly recommended group groove with Jill S. and Janon T.! They are fantastic instructors, the class is so much fun and a high calorie burn!

I understand that everyone at gym does sweat. But this particular location has very poor ventilation and it smells horrible inside, especially once you enter the workout area. Other locations of Genesis are a bit well maintained. Maybe the people maintaining this particular location got used to the smell and don’t care about it. Men’s locker rooms were not cleaned at all. And most of the locker doors were broken. I would happily pay 80$ and go to Lifetime fitness which has more equipment and clean. Also Lifetime fitness does not have Annual contract. It is monthly now.

Would give it more stars if the locker room smelled a little better and the parking lot wasnt so jammed up most of the week. You sign up to something for it be exclusive and then they have competitive games there and you, the member, have to park on a different property just to be within walking distance without getting frost bite

The staff here is excellent. They were very helpful and responded well when I needed assistance. Im very appreciative of that.

Dirty, unorganized and smells of standing water. Equipment and weights left out everywhere. The contracts here make no sense and they punish you if you have to move for your job and there is no Genesis within 100 miles. Go find another gym that wont give you MRSA and wont burn you with a ridiculous contract.

Clean location and I enjoy the spacious main workout area. The basketball courts are full court size at this location and they have towels at this location.

I love the variety of classes and equipment. I also love the hours of operation.

We have been members of Genesis for a couple years now. We were originally told that the whole gym is included in the membership fee. We went in once to play tennis and found that there was a fee - every time you wanted to play. When we told them that was one of the only reasons we got our membership, they essentially told us too bad.Fast forward to today, when I got a call back after calling for over a week about putting our account on hold. I was told that they could do it, but it wouldnt include this month - even though I have been trying to do this since January. Whatever - it is what it is, but Jerry asked me why I would cancel my membership if Im getting married in 2 months.First of all -- thats none of your business. Very unprofessional. We will be cancelling our memberships now.

I love the convenience of having all my fitness needs and desires met at this one location!!I am also excited about what it offers for the whole family.I loved working with Geri, Remy and Sarah.They were very enthusiastic, informative, and supportive about my membership and fitness plan. They truly came across like my membership was important to them for my sake and not for their personal gain. I LOVE my time at Genesis Westroads!!.

Thanks Sarah Reeve and Ben Myers for helping me get back into it after babies! Also the daycare staff is amazing. Great gym to feel comfortable at it you havent been in awhile! I recommend the personal training! Its a great way to get yourself accustomed to the building and equipment!

If I could give this place zero stars i would. This place is absolute garbage and the staff can be described as that as well.They constantly have buckets out for rain water. Down by the steam room and sauna has yellow water sitting there for months with a wet floor sign I’ve never seen an attempt to clean it once. They are cleaning machines at peak time when people are trying to work out. Personal trainers are disgustingly rude.Employees are claiming this will be turned into a platinum location for more money. This place is not worth the $80 dollars a month already. They lost the volleyball courts and after 120th shut down I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shuts down.The other day I watched a lady on the stairs asking for help because the machine would not step and sped up to full speed and they did NOTHING. This place is a garbage and a disgrace of a work our facility STAY AWAY.If i could post photos I would post the several ones i have of their lack of care. Stay away.

Hate to do this but I just got harassed by staying in the locker room 2 minutes after closing. A whole 2 minutes and I start getting yelled at.I was showering quickly after my workout and I start getting harassed and degraded for still being in the locker room of all places, in the shower. Not on the gym equipment or anywhere taking up more time.I was simply cleaning up. And I get yelled at for it.I dont know the guys name but He was super rude about it.I now know 9pm is check-out time (on a Saturday? Seriously?), and yeah, Im sorry about it but come on, God Forbid I lose track of time working out.Dear Gym Jerk,Did you stop getting paid once 9pm hits? You getting paid to sit around and wait? Shut your mouth.I got dressed and out out of the gym by 9:10pm. 10 minutes late. 10 minutes.Dont stay late unless you enjoy harassment.And on a positive note, its a nice gym. Good selection of equipment.Just dont accidentally stay late. That guy doesnt understand how a job works. Uh oh, I stayed a LITTLE later because a PAYING CUSTOMER accidentally stayed 10 MINUTES AFTER-HOURS ACCIDENTALLY. My night is ruined!S**t happens.Deal.

Wow! They must be hard up for gym members! I have received harassing texts about joining for a year now! Sometimes if they are having a special I will receive multiple texts in one week. I have asked to be removed from their list multiple times, sometimes the text even comes from a different number. I do not live near this location and Im happy with the exercise equipment I have home... I do NOT want to join your gym!!!

Ive been receiving constant calls for over a year now after I told them three times to remove my number from the call list. Im still receiving calls and it feels like harassment. Please fix this.(West roads gym specifically)

Salespeople are pushy trolls. Definitely wont be getting a membership after what Ive read about them. I prefer to be able to cancel on my own terms and I prefer my credit score intact. You can do everything right and these people will mess up your credit. That messes up your entire life. Think about that.

The gym is closed, and they keep charging a recurring fee. The facilities are dated. There is no value for the cost. Customer service is not responsive and based out of Wichita.

Once you have signed up, all classes are free to the use of its members. They have a indoor basketball and tennis court. They have an extraordinary amount of equipment. They have a indoor pool. And coming soon they are working on a outdoor pool and tennis court. Best Gym Ive ever joined!!

Came in for a tour of the club and then verbally agreed to sign up for a membership that day. They did not show me the contract while I was there but forged my signature on the contract and emailed me a copy of it a little later after I left. When I asked about this they said that their computers were down so they couldn’t have me sign on the computer while I was there.

Bought a membership a few months back. The equipment isn’t the best. There are some new things here and there but those are usually being used. Supposed to be getting updated was what we were told but asked around since then and apparently that’s what they have told everyone for a few years now.Only thing that’s great is the kids area. Find it hard to get a gym that has the area for them to watch your kids while working out.I give it a 2 star because they need to upgrade the equipment, carpet, Locke rooms and the interior. All that stuff is outdated. It’s supposed to be a premier site for Genesis but is far from it at this point.

This is a great (and massive) facility, and luckily it’s very conveniently placed in relation to both my work and home. I would highly recommend signing up with this gym if you are currently searching.For the most part everyone at this gym is so focused on their own routine you don’t have to worry about people staring you down. Give it a shot with the trial period and see what you think. For a lot of us this place is as good as it gets though.If I could change just one thing it would be that I could bring a friend on my second gym pass (purchased for my wife). It’d be nice to be able to bring a buddy along with me since I’m paying for two gym memberships and only one is consistently getting use.

Some of the equipment needs updated. A couple of the TVs havent been working for a couple days. In the basketball area the AC goes out a lot and theres a big screen TV that is really broken in there. (Most) Staff is great though, that deserves all the stars!

Rip off - I’d give 0 star if I could.Geri - who sold us the membership is extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s been unbelievably difficult to communicate with Geri (after we signed up the membership) - she didn’t respond to my text messages, emails and phone calls.The club asked me to pay for cancellation fee because of their poor services. Be aware and be careful when you sign up for membership.As soon as we signed up for youth tennis membership, we could never get hold of Geri or anybody.First we wanted to set up training - after no response to my text messages and phone calls (my son also had conflict in his schedule and I wanted to talk to them about alternatives but couldn’t get Geri to return my calls or texts) - I decided we’d just cancel the membership. And it’s been over two months trying to get hold of Geri and tell us the next steps.Latest what I got from the club is the amount of (no) communication is adequate and I must pay the cancellation fee which is an equivalent of one year membership. They are the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I love the classes that are offered, the trainers, and the fitness manager, Sarah is helpful and have a lot of tips. Casey, my trainer, has a tremendous amount of patience, great workouts that are actually challenging, but feel great afterwards! I definitely recommend signing up and giving these guys a chance!

Dated facility that is not worth $80+ a month. If you want to use Genesis Westroads sign up at aa differen facility with a lower rate then come use this one. Trying to cancel the membership was a game of phone tag only to learn it had to be done in person and a 30 day notice was needed; all of which was completely different from what we were told when we signed up. Felt like were sold a Lexus and ended up with a Yaris.

I try to stop my membership,and paid a lot of money for it. Well the worker told my I’m good to go now,and there are will not charge me anymore since I interrupt my membership. But after month I get charged again. And the manager told me,interacting taking about month,so here is new month,you are still our member etc. so I have to pay again!!! I hate this gym. Better go somewhere else and pay 10$ a month and enjoy!!!

This has become my favorite gym in Omaha. The staff is great, they take care of their members(they have towels here), equipment, and they look to make the place even better, with future plans for renovation.Genesis westroads staff, in the daycare, are the real heros here. My twin daughters love going, and its because the staff is super engaging and fun.....they constantly do crafts with the kids, even little work outs.Tgym is less intimating then other gyms in town, but also have the equipment if your are more serious fitness buff.There are some cosmetic blemishes, but I have seen what Genesis has done to cass street location, nice, and I have been to one Genesis in Lenexa Kansas, that blew my mind; top-notch. I have no doubt this location will Genesis flagship location of Omaha in the future.Great job

I’ve been to most of the now-Genesis clubs over the years. Westroads has most of the amenities that the “average Joe” would prefer.The customer service each weekday morning from Jesse is top-notch!The workout space is kept clean & orderly as much as can be expected with inconsiderate members leaving “stuff” all over the place.The locker room and the pool/whirlpool/steam room are kept clean and ready to enjoy.If you’re looking for a trainer, Sara Egan-Reeves is as good as you’ll find.

I just signed up and am so excited about the goals my trainer has set! They are helping with my nutrition needs as well. Im excited that they also offer yoga and spin classes, as well as the traditional weight training. 2018 Will be a great year!

This gym is fantastic. They provide clean towels, shampoo and soap, so you dont have to worry about carrying a wet towel around in the back of your car the remainder of the day. Their staff is also another reason I gave this location a 5 star review. Geri is super helpful and I have enjoyed getting to know her the last 2 and a half years of my membership to this gym.

Best kept secret In Omaha. Spacious with tons of equipment, but half the crowd compared to other clubs in Omaha I’ve been to. Really easy to sign up, and the trainers are great as well, especially Sarah. Recommend to anyone looking for somewhere relaxed that isn’t overrun by gym elitests.

Pretty big facility which is nice, lots of equipment and machines but their locker room is pretty gross. Not the nicest facility, could be a lot better with a little investment.

I have been going to Genesis for quite some time now & one of the main reasons I joined & attended so regularly was because I loved taking the Zumba group classes & loved a particular few instructors that I would follow to which Genesis gym they were at in order to attend their Zumba classes. However, my favorite, and most experienced & fun, Zumba instructor was Emily Pearce. She was always uplifting & motivational & she really enjoyed what she did. .you could definitely tell by how much energy she would put into each & every one of her classes. I also had a couple of friends who loved Zumba, but attend different gyms. I would brag about how good Em was & my friends were going to come with to a couple of her classes to see if they liked her better. However, after not seeing her around, I messaged her on FB & she informed me that she was no longer w Genesis - not by choice. I am very upset & frustrated that you would take such a vibrant & awesome instructor away from what she loves to do. I will be now looking into other gyms due to this fact unless something changes. I will also spread the word because I know that she was highly loved by many of those who she taught classes to and she had many regulars. You will eventually see the impact Em has made in the Zumba world when many of those people who attend her classes go to different gyms. If someone would contact me on my cell - which you have in your system - I would greatly appreciate it.

The reason I joined this gym was because of the location and the ability to box. I was promised the day I joined that a boxing bag would be placed in the CrossFit area “within two to three weeks.” That did not happen even though I was promised that it would be time and time again. In the meantime, a boxing bag was removed from the main area. That allows one to box using a bag only when fitness classes are not being held. Not to mention, you have to ask someone to assist with putting the bag up to use on the rare instance their is not a class. I asked to speak to a manager about it after speaking with staff that were not helpful. The manager was not present and I was told I would be contacted by the manager. That didn’t happen. Seven months later and still no boxing bag up as promised. It can’t be that complicated to find a small area in this huge gym to hang a boxing bag.

DO NOT join Westroads Genesis Gym under under any circumstances. The Manager GERI HENNESSY is a complete liar. I joined the gym January of 2018 and was told about all the great offerings including the public basketball courts. After a month or so kids and coaches began to show up to say they rented the court and it was not owned by Genesis. When I brought this up to GERI HENNESSY she reassured me there contract would end in April 2018. April came around and she had excuse after excuse. It is now January 2019 and she still continues to lie and avoid all the guys who try to use the court for public use. I will continue to address this with them throughout the coming months and write a new review regularly. I do not want to see others get taken advantage of as this is just one of the many lies told by GERI HENNESSY. The old Westroads Racquet Club, only modernized and literally something for everyone. Havent been there in years until recently watched my niece in a volleyball tournament which it held easily amongst the every day members and their activities. Used to be a favorite of mine growing up in the 80s early 90s and was good to see and everything kept up to date.

Geri was very helpful in explaining what Genesis has to offer. She introduced me to Sarah one of the fitness managers who has helped me layout goals. They both made me feel welcomed even though I feel like a worn out, out of shape middle age woman. Everyone at Genesis has made me feel my goals of getting in shape are realistic and they will help me reach them.

Worst experience EVER!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!They seem nice at first but they are only trying to trap you in fees. If you want to cancel its not just a 30 day notice. Its 30 day notice before the next payment or you get stuck paying for an entire monthOn top of not disclosing fees when I asked about cancellations, the equipment doesnt seem to get wiped down appropriately. I worked in a gym for 4 years and know that the equipment should not have dried sweat caked on.This gym seems to pride its self on giving new members 4 free session with a trainer. My husbands trainer said he would reach out to schedule the last session but never did because my husband didnt want to sign up for regular sessions. The trainer also didnt seem to know anything about nutrition. On they day they were supposed to discuss it the trainer handed him a piece of paper then proceeded to read it to him.

My new gym. Actually the same gym we enjoyed growing up. Now as this new location is Genesis, I can afford to go there again, and I am very happy about that. Nice staff, always friendly. Good gear and nice pool.

There are many locations I can chose from depending on the schedule of my day. The best is from home which is the Westroads location. Variety of classes are super fun especially the availability of mixed fit on Fridays & swimming class on Saturdays...

I really enjoy my workout ar the gym. Also, it is great to be able to experience the many different types of equipment. There is also the ability to get help with a trainer for special problems you may have.Sue

I have asked multiple times to stop calling me. The daily phone calls are nonesense. I do not know how you got my phone number, but when someone asks you to stop calling, it is generally good practice to stop. Should I ever decide to join a gym, it will not be Genesis Health Club. Should I ever hear of someone else thinking of joining a gym, I will tell them, do not go to Genesis Health Club.

The staff here is very friendly, after my first time there, they could easily recognize me by face. Now that’s it been about a week, some staff members call me by name before I even check in. Definitely a place for casual/beginner gym goers and the hardcore goers

One of the worst locations for Genesis. Equipment is always broken. Too packed with exercise equipment. You cant even get between the benches to spot anyone. This location is a cluster.

Nice staff, for the most part. Great swim instructors. Great pool; facility shop worn throughout( facelift in the works they say). Entrance to parking lot has more than a few gaping potholes(no excuse).

I am in love with this gym! I swim 4-5x a week and it’s always clean, available and friendly. There’s always parking and a lane open!If your looking for a great place to workout the Westroads Genesis is a wonderful place to start your day.

Joined when this was still Westroads Club. Roof leaks at both Westroads and Cass clubs now. My credit card was stolen and while they had new information, their Corporate office sent several letters claiming they didn’t have current information and current phone number. Literally, at the same time the local office is calling my (only) phone number demanding payment. Amazingly horrible customer service when wasted on a good credit card when their gyms are all lacking solid roofs, equipment, qualified child care, working and clean showers and parking lots without massive pot holes.

Scam artists. Paying for something Ive never been to and they are complete liers! Dont waste your time or money!!

Great people (both employees and members), great facility and great programs make this club the best. Everyone’s super-friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and tidy at all times. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Ive tried 3 other Genesis Health Clubs in Omaha. While all 3 have been great, the front desk staff and kids club staff at the Westroads Club, are top notch! They are always very welcoming, and always seem to remember me.

This company is proactive and innovative. I’ve seen a lot of gyms in Omaha come and go, but I can’t imagine Genesis going anywhere anytime soon. My membership works all across Omaha. Haven’t tried out of town yet.

Management continues to talk about a new locker room and still nothing. There is always something broken, out of towels, or doing maintenance at peak times...poor management!The front desk staff is awesome!The cardio equipment is poor at best. Most has out lived its life and are missing handles, parts, etc.There is always something!!

Love this gym! Childcare is great, rates are reasonable, facility is modern and has all the amenities that I look for in a gym. Lots of class options, pool, hot tub, sun deck, nice lounge with wifi. I also love we can take kids to the pool there almost anytime, not just during certain family hours. My only complaint is that I wish there were more childcare hours on the weekend.

Its gotten a little crowded lately with increases in memberships but it is still a good gym with lots of equipment available at most times. I love the pool, that there are towels provided and the steam room is the hottest Ive ever been in.

Christin was rude and very unprofessional! Called on a Friday advising I had a free pass I agreed to come in that following Saturday. NOT THE NEXT DAY! When we spoke she was all over the place even repeated the wrong day and time back to me and I corrected her. She apologized and we hung up! They called everyday that week? I had an appt for Saturday so that made no sense that they were calling me several times a day while I was at work. Due to the incompetence I was no longer interested. When Christin called again I advised her I was not interested. She accused me of no showing was very rude and hung up on me. I didn’t no show you wrote down the wrong information. If your customer service is bad from the start why would anyone want to do business with you. I heard Genesis was some vultures but I will never do business with them now!

Unfortunately the gym has lots of fees and get you wrapped in contracts. I had a bad experience with a billing over charge, i was told my account was closed but then later find out they continued to charge me months after and claimed i never closed it... after 30+ calls to management with no empathy and i ended up paying my bill fees anyways just to get out of it.. it was terrible. I wish I could do 0 stars. I do not recommend this gym. Do not trust them at all.

To start things off,I would prefer to put zero stars but google makes you put at least one.I can’t even begin to explain how appalled and disgusted I am of Genesis “health clubs.” They have completely ruined NE Elite’s establishment that they had. Genesis health clubs is all about quantity not quality. They are trying to monopolize the health club industry without caring about the quality of their clubs. NE Elite took care of their members and their establishment before this corporation took over. The club itself is being destroyed by disrespectful genesis members. The maintenance crew is a joke. The pool is filthy and the hot tub is always shut down.I could go on and on. Genesis, keep buying more health clubs but don’t take care of the ones you have.

Always clean and the staff is really friendly. The Barre classes are awesome! Even though it gets crowded at times, theres lots of equipment so its never an issue.

The staff was not correctly trained to explain to me that when you suspended your membership that you need to make sure its not pass your due date otherwise the next month the full amount will come out and the following month 10.00 will come out. They need to make sure that they explain that the first time .
