Incredibly rude. Horribly inconsistent when it comes to weather standards. Wasted our teams time and money several times throughout the season. Slow pitch rec league is supposed to be fun and our team was frustrated more often than not. Fields have horrible lips between infield and outfield, injured myself running for a fly ball. Umpires dont remember the rules most of the time.Edit in response to your comment: Your inconsistent weather standards have nothing to do with my personal calendar. Softball was on my calendar. You cancelled perfectly playable games when the previous date had terribly inclement weather. They are played on frequently. So they should be maintained frequently. Where else does the slow pitch rec leagues money go? Does the academy not make enough on its own?

Catchers Camp - 1 night per week for 4 weeks. Joe and I believe Justin (the other coach) were awesome. MY kid is 11 and he learned so much in the 4 hours of training. Im looking to get him into some hitting and throwing classes as well. Definitely worth the money, and on top of it, my kid loved the class. Definitely recommend

We have all of our boys in UBAs select baseball programs and we love it. The people, facilities and training are all great. The size of the indoor facility cant be beat!

I Currently have 2 boys in the UBA program for youth baseball. UBA is by far the best program and facilities in Nebraska. The teaching and instructors are top notch and the operations team do an outstanding job of taking care of the coaches and players. Coaching the last 3 years for the organization has been amazing. The facilities, growth and development and management make UBA the best in the State. As a coach I get calls from all around the state for teams that want to Travel to play at The Yard fields.

Great coaches and atmosphere, they actually coach not just let the kids run around, they can run around at the house.

Infield turf is good. Upstairs cages are well maintained. Iron Mikes get stuck a lot, require assistance from front desk, could use some updating.

Excellent staff, clean atmosphere, The place is pretty darn big. I’ve been taking my son there for maybe a year now and I’ve never really checked out the place we only use the batting cages typically in the winter time but we kind of toured around the place and they have awesome mounds for pitching and a whole entire upstairs which I didn’t even know existed which is awesome.! Planning on investing in a membership come this fall.

UBA has been a key piece of our success as a sponsor and donor for our annual fundraiser. We could not ask for better support within the baseball community. Not only do they have amazing coaches, staff, and top of the line facilities, their generosity has been so gracious and appreciated!

Seymour Smiths fields have lots of issues.Old bleachers, broken cement, building that is about ready to fall down, bathrooms are always dirty in summer. Trash is all over, no one picks it up.

Great facility, friendly staff. Lots of cages and lots of room for fielding practice.

Its been a good experience so far. Other then changing the schedule the day before the first game and not getting an email about it

UBA is GREAT, The facilities are great staff is very helpful. My son enjoys going to UBA and working on all parts of his game. He also does their fall league and that is a great league for working on personal goals.

Cages are always working and available. If your son or daughter enjoy baseball, the quality of instructors is top notch! Don’t make the mistake I did and give UBA a chance. I regret not sending my son here when he was 7. The staff is super nice too!

Nice facility and good fields. However, the administrators are all about the money. I understand its a business, but some of their dealings are shady. For example, they dissolved our baseball team and didnt tell us until AFTER most of the select tryouts for other leagues had past. This would force us to return to UBA. Another questionable incident was we were told to pay the extra fee to have our uniforms expedited from the manufacturer. UBA said they would reimburse us for this extra charge. After the season ended, we were just told that we will not be getting a refund.

We have been with UBA for 2 years now, and love the facility, staff, and most of all the value you receive for the money. Their clinics they offer with the tuition are great teaching tools for the kids. Their instructors are knowledgeable and patient which is most important with kids. They are organized in regards to the clinics, field schedules, games/tournaments.

My 6yo son loves baseball and has been playing since 3yo.. but nothing like playing for the UBA. Here, he was taught basic baseball skills and good sportsmanship. It was great to be in an atmosphere of baseball lovers, which made him flourish as a baseball player and made him love the game even more!! Great facilities and coaching staff. Thank you!

Facility space is very well optimized. Plenty of tunnels and cages for hitting, pitching and drill. Organized, clean and well kept. More space for infield would always be nice but current space is reservable.

Great facility for any sport and any training purposes. Staff is flexible, welcoming and easy to work with. The facilities are always clean as well!

The UBA facility has got to be the best in the Midwest. The coaches there as well are top notch. Highly recommend this to everyone who wants to play some baseball. Young or old.

Training at the ultimate baseball facility was one of the highlights of my sons visit to Omaha. We were in town visiting our daughter and had plenty to do and see but my sons first question of the day was always “when can we go back to ultimate baseball”. The owners were very accommodating and the facility is fantastic. We will be back next time we’re in town.

Excellent instructors and professionalism. I was a little hesitant after reading another review on here, but I can honestly say you get what you pay for here and its well worth it. Were paying for baseball instruction, not social hour. That said, coach Schumacher was high energy and did a fantastic job with my sons pitching lesson. Hes been working on his homework and cant wait to go back.

Strongly recommend the Summer Camps and clinics. I think it is a nice facility, but I will not sign my son up for their league play again. Very disappointed. I expressed my concerns with staff as well. Cannot wait for Fall Ball to be behind us so that we can move on and back to MAA. Should not have left.

My son took hitting lessons with one of the instructors at UBA. I felt the price was reasonable and my son gained valuabel knowledge on the subject of hitting. The instructor interacted well with my son as well as myself. Facility was clean, safe and seemed to be well kept.

Our son has been at UBA since he was 5 years old and has loved every minute. From fall baseball when he was young, to select baseball today, the instruction and attention hes received has been fantastic.

UBA also runs The Yard and are hosting a baseball tournament titled Go Yard at The Yard. In the 10 year old division, only 2 of the 19 games being played are at The Yard. It is not only misleading but flat out untruthful. This place is 100% about money and not about baseball or the kids. The kids are the means to their end which is to fill their pockets with cash

Best facility by a long ways in the Midwest with the best instructors. I have direct experience with and highly recommend Dave Vallinch, Curt Shockey, Jason Shockey, Jon Small, Mike Reggio, Brian Feekin, and Bill Olson in their areas of specialty instruction. All championship level coaches and are excellent with kids as young as 7 all the way through high school and beyond.
