This store is super clean, reps are always attentive and they always have EVERYTHING I need from here haha. Not once have I shopped here and left disappointed. They are always stocked and have plenty of staff to go about answering questions and whatnot. 10/10 in my book

Great selection of seasonal items for the Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween etc.) As well as many craft items, frames and art supplies. Helpful staff to assist with any project.

Always great selection of craft supplies for my daughter. cozy place with good prices. Its the best coming here around fall because everything smells like pumpkin and cinnamon! So nice. would completely recommend

Warehouse manager at this location has a serious Attitude problem. Her miniscule amount of authority thinks it gives her the right to order delivery drivers around and ask me to put my 70 foot truck in 60 feet of space. Not gonna happen. If i NEVER deliver here again it will be to soon.

I picked up some frames and custom sized mats. Very friendly staff!! Side note: i saw a mom stop her kid from opening and licking the white glue sticks... Times have changed! Kids sniffed those when I was young!

Its a great place to pick up unique items for your crafts and art projects, and there are awesome sales and coupons on the things you love. Its hands down one of my favorite places to go ️

In-store or on-line• this store has everything for art, craft projects, framing, home accents, and more. Classes are offered for sign-up. Helpful, friendly employees are easily available, too.•The website and their app run super slow and locks up. It needs to be way more user-friendly. Its too easy to stop shopping due to the many quirks (like having to use exact words vs general descriptions to find products; or, having to take extra steps just to go pull up more items on next page).

I found what I was looking for, and the employees are very nice.

I love crafting! They have a great mix here. Floral, bridal, paper crafts, cri-cut and accessories, kids crafts, paints. They also have great minuratures, I make cities for cats so the small items really help.

This place is a pretty good selection and usually has a really good sales going on as well. If you sign up online you can usually stack another discount on top of a promotion to save some money. I have personal experience with the framing department in the back of the store, and can say they did an excellent job with my project that I requested.

Always has the best selection - even during these trying times. Very polite staff that reminds you of their coupons and deals without being the pushy salesperson.

Love buying online and pick up in the store...it would be a five if I didnt have to go to the back of the store (passing any product aisle anyway ) then find a clerk before getting the items. I will give 5 stars on coupons and most prices at Michaels though....but online purchase...not so much...not the convenience that I would hope. Lowes and Walmart experience is so much better with online purchases!

Usually I love dining here, especially in the warm months in the covered patio which is so serene!! But the last couple of times we have been here, the food was subpar & the cinnamon rolls from the bakery were hard like leftover from the previous day or poorly made!! I can get the same casseroles & select bakery products at another local restaurant/bakery that I have yet to have a negative thing to say about anything me & anyone Im dining w/choose to eat.

Nice craft store. Big inventory and a wide selection of different things and topics. There staff was kinda helpful but not as knowledgeable as I would like them to be. All in all I will return.

I need assistance with a custom frame yesterday. I asked the associate for help and gave her the exact dimensions. I asked what that would run with the current promotion and she refused to answer. She seemed annoyed and then left. I later saw her at the checkout lane talking to a coworker. I will never go back.

Fun place to go, lots of good art supplies, though their fake flowers are a bit overpriced. I mostly go there for pens and art stuff, which they have a good selection of. Oh and frames, they always have good deals on frames.

Not enough CHRISTMAS trees in store to see what you were buying. Found one on on line I liked but wont buy them without seeing.

Nice selection but the price signs were misleading. The sales had already ended and the signs were still up and didnt find out until ringing things up and they absolutely would not honor what the sign said. Very disappointed so ill continue to visit hobby lobby instead.

I could spend a million dollars here...yes, its as bad as Target. Download the app before you go, theres always 40% off coupons in there. Also, the end of season sales with home decor is great!

I love Michaels. And I love the new site to store option where you can order online and pickup in store. But this is abit small as stores go so shopping online still may be youre better option if its a not so common item. But for anything youd usually pick up at a craft store this location has you covered.

Justine was amazing helping me find the prefect gift. She went above and beyond to help me get it from another store since they were out at her location. This is exactly why I am and will be a repeat customer at this Michaels for all my crafting needs.

The store doesnt have the best of selections for cake or cupcakes displays or stands for that you need to go to Mangelsons on 84th St. But the staff was very polite and helpful which is often a rarity in customer service. I will be happy to go back for other things.
