Very comfy seats! Lots of room for your legs, absolutely will go again. Also you can add whatever amount of better you want to your popcorn!

Typical Cinemark-Century Theater, clean, comfortable, and no bad smells!The social distancing still can feel a little close for 2+ hours, but typically the theaters are not, near full, and you can always move later in the showing. I think its wonderful to have disinfected surfaces in public places, and would like to see it continue even after this crisis is over. Century-Cinemark Theaters continue to provide superior viewing experiences, with better sound systems, bigger screens. Century has better movie specials, lower snack bar prices, with better choices.They have cleaner, newer theaters, and better seating (wide-recliners).If theres one near you, its probably your best choice!

Wow! This was an awesome experience. From the ticket sales rep, the concession staff, and ticket checker, all so very nice and helpful! Then we go into the theater and the chairs are so comfortable! The movie was great the sound was just right! Definitely an experience I would love to repeat!Definitely recommend!

To save money our movie theater has turned off the heat completely. It was so cold we had to do jumping jacks to stay warm.

Best theater Ive been in. The seats are staggered with partitions so you never have to worry about someone tall obstructing your view. Seats are large, comfortable, and dont fold up when you get up. The popcorn was much better than the last theater I visited. Bathrooms better too.

I tried to see a movie with a friend but they wouldn’t let us because we weren’t old enough to see it, I was very understanding about it and so I went to get a movie credit for the tickets instead, however the lady working there refused giving me the credit saying it was 4:11 and the movie started at 4:10. Not only that but the second lady checking our tickets was rude and disrespectful by assuming my friend and I would sneak into the restricted movie, she said in a in-kind tone, “You better be in your seats because we’re going to be checking.” I usually love this movie theater but that was by far the worst movie experience I have ever had.

We wont go anywhere else now. We are spoiled by the huge lounge chair/couches they have. With electronic foot rest! Seriously, so nice. Other theaters better get on board if they want my business. Im sticking with this one!

This is a nice theater. They have the lounger chairs with assigned seating, plenty of room. No fancy screens here though. This is actually one of least expensive places to get a Starbucks coffee - they dont upcharge for anything. Ice Cream station is also well priced. If you are a member of the theater club, even the free version... You get 2 for 1 tickets on Tuesday.

The food and drink/snack stuff is always a robbery. Make sure to bring your purse or shopping bag with you the chairs are comfy, and they recline! The armrest lifts, so its pretty good for dates.

Comfortable reclining seats. Spacious. Good view from every row. Concessions are ridiculous, as always. Get your candy at the dollar store before going. Not so easy to sneak in pop and popcorn though, so add $15 for that.

Always clean theaters. Quick and polite snack counter staff. Went to a matinee and only shared the theater with two other couples. If you don’t like crowds, that’s the time to go.

The newish big reclining seats were a godsend at the end of a strenuous day that lead to sore backs! Clean cinema divided in a half and half type layout. Theater numbers are above the two main entrances and in front of each individual entrance to a theater (except the one we were looking for had no sign at the door due to repairs). Staff were friendly, loads of snack options out front. Those seats are amazing though!

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms are always very well stocked and clean, and the theaters are super comfortable with those electronic recliners. I love that you reserve seats, no worry about finding an open spot.

Love the seating, its spacious and relaxed. The concessions are expedient most days. The only drawback is the bathrooms are centralized to the front screens so if youre in a back screening, a bathroom run takes longer than youd hope.

Love the cozy recliner seats here. We saw Frozen 2 last night, it was so good. And we won 2 stuffed animals and 4 rubber duckies from the theaters arcade claw machines.

Cool place to catch a movie. Protip nowadays arrive 5-10 mins late so you skip the commercials they play right at and before show time. Gotta bring quarters for the arcade next time!

Its the only theater I see movies at in Thurston county - I love being able to reserve seats in advance online and in the app. Refunds are a breeze and the theater staff are always so helpful and polite, theyve got a great team!

Comfy chairs, but not well maintained, so they squeak with every move, movie quality is fine, employees are alright. No real complaints, and its my go-to theater when a movie comes out, but they could do better with their cleanliness and service. And as usual, price of snacks is ridiculous

This is a fine theater. I open the app. I choose the movie, I pick our seats, I pay for them, I earned five dollars. Its great.I am uncomfortable with the volume level. It is quite overwhelming most of the time.But the benifit of having a recliner to relax amd enjoy the movie far outweighs the discomfort caused by the volume level.

Seats were great. Very comfortable. The problem is the number and length of previews. Advertised start time was 615 pm. Movie didnt start until 645 pm. I dont need to see a preview for every movie coming out in summer 2020.

My familys favorite theater. Snacks, popcorn, and drinks are all fairly priced. The recliners they have in the theater rooms are comfy and recline almost to the laying down position, so its easy to get comfortable. Sound is great, and the screens are nice and new.

I absolutely love this theater. The seats are amazing. I have anxiety issues and usually going to watch a movie would increase my anxiety because you have to sit so close to other people, so I was hesitant to go see a movie my niece really wanted to see, but I didnt want to disappoint her, once I go there and saw how roomy it was, and the nice reclining seats I was SOLD! I have been back several times now and I am just so happy to be able to go see movies again!

I love the stadium seating with reclining chairs. The high backs are awesome so you’re not distracted by fellow patrons. Bathrooms are super clean. They have coffee!!! Such a nice treat.

Seats are able to recline and your feet can be out which is comfy and there is still room for people to walk by. Wheelchair accessible and you pick your seats at the ticket window which helps make sure your group can sit together.

We were assigned seats we were a party 7 and we had seats away from some of us. 4 seats on top and 3 below. Made it hard to share drinks and pop corn. We got all of the seats the same time. The seats were reclining type and it was chilly inside. Volume was just right. Some movie theaters are way to loud.

Was a fantastic experience.Really enjoyed the setting and the seats. Star wars rise of Skywalker was good entertainment.

Out of all the movie theaters ive been to, I would defenity say this one is the best! I go almost every weekend, staff there are very sweet, kind and helpful! When you enter the theater it has a nice temperture, comfortable reclineable chairs:) Not only to mention there food is amazing and I would defeintly reccommed the Olympia mall movie theater!:)

While the seats are comfy and theres a decent coffee/ice cream stand inside, theyre running a bit of a scam here. They tore up the theatre a couple of years ago to put in comfier seats, which severely limited capacity. Expect to get turned away at the box office or pay the price of a whole extra ticket in fees to order online in advance. If you like the first 2 rows in front of the screen you should be ok though. Those are typically available.

My daughter purchased 7 tickets online paid the extra fees for buying online only to realize after trying to buy an 8th seat that she had mistakenly purchased tickets for tonight not tomorrow night. They would do nothing and were out $93 Thanks for the customer service! ***After being told to contact Cinemark directly not the theater I received great customer service and we were taken care of. The place is nice, relatively clean, even the bathrooms. Seats are comfy and they recline! Tuesdays is $6 day, 3D is $9.95! However, too bad that snacks are way spendy. Would be cool if they would serve beer and/or wine.

I like the reclining reserved seats, but they could be way more comfortable. I want to fight off sleep as I watch a movie, but that being said thats probably why they are so uncomfortable is because they dont want to have to slap people on their feet to wake them up after the movies over. they want to just clean the place and get out. well I think that they should just be more comfortable, oh well 3 stars for the comfort facade.

This is my go to for any movie, Loungers are great and Ive never had a bad experience. I go to the movies roughly 3 to 4 times a month and in any area that Im at. Its usually pretty clean and the restaurants and the theater.

The Joker was absolutely smashing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, theater, front and restrooms were very clean.

I always have a great time here. While old me would appreciate that they have real butter on their popcorn, new me cant handle it but there is no option for me thats non dairy. The upkeep of jalapenos needs some attention. Movies are great and it is the perfect date theater as far as the seats go or also good for bringing your kids along who enjoy that leaning on you time with mom or dad during the show. The prices are very competitive with both early bird and later than usual matinee options.

Good service. There are butter dispensers available if youd like more on your popcorn. Bathrooms are cleana nd well maintained. Recliners for every seat in the auditorium. It is also very clean.

There was a mix up with our tickets recently and a young woman working the ticket desk, her name was River, went out of her way to talk with her manager and they let us get tickets to a different movie. We did not complain, and were bummed, but they made our day doing such a nice thing for us.

Best theaters, comfortable seats and I can buy my tickets with my phone. Also with the cinemark membership (only 9$ a month) I get a free movie every month that rolls over it you dont use it (which essentially pays for the membership fee) and 20% off concessions AND no fee for purchasing tickets in advance on the app. I like that I can pick my seat when I buy the ticket.I LOVE going to the movies.

Its my favorite theater by a ton. Its a little slice of Heaven relaxing in a comfy recliner & snacking on fresh popcorn with a little ranch powder while sipping my Starbucks coffee or a Dreyers milkshake.

This is a great Cinemas. The seats are large and recline, and a particular seat is reserved for you when you buy your ticket. Concessions are standard fare with the addition of an ice cream selection.

Standard priced food but the serving method is nice. Two lines serve your own except fresh popcorn and pretzels they serve that. Seat recline and by that I mean the feet go up. Extra but and arm room though which is nice.
