Great course! Fair prices too. Staff is always great. The restaurant and bar is great too. We always sit on the patio after a round and enjoy the tee boxes right in front of you.

The Fire Creek Grill has awesome food and a wide variety of drinks. Will definitely be going back to eat there when Im in the area.

Fun course. I had messed up booking a tee time at another nearby course and called Capitol City. Got my group on within 45 minutes of my call. Always in good shape and decent pace of play.

My home course, and favorite in Thurston County. Reasonably priced. Well maintained. Great food at the restaurant and a great membership deal.

Good Local course. Friendly Staff. Well stocked Proshop. Firecreek Bar has good food and nice staff.Reasonable prices, great Twilight rates.Greens are fast.Best place to play in the winter and spring as this course is rarely swampy like most courses in the area.Only Con I can think of is sometimes it gets crowded and pace of play suffers.

The restaurants has a friendly sincere ambience that invites people with a positive greeting no matter if youre dressing casual or formal. The restaurant is organized, clean, eye appealing.The restaurant management and staff are well-trained and make you feel comfortable and serve you with a personal touch that always makes you feel welcome and want to come back. Their lunches and dinners are very good and are priced well. My vote is to rate the restaurant five star and thumbs up !PS: Try the pork chops! Yum!

Nice place to play

I used to work in the restaurant there, it is a very nice public golf course with a pro shop &cart rentals also has a driving range. Connected to a full restaurant &bar with darts billiards & a horseshoe pit. Patrons have the option of indoor seating or outside dining area on a deck overlooking the golf course. Tee times available. Has a food and beverage cart traveling the course in the summer time.

The pro shop is friendly and professional, the corse is nice enough, and it’s a great little range. The only real issue is the driving range instructor is teaching lessons and has zero respect for the game! I understand that you need to speak to the students but come on man this guy would not shut up! just babbling loud non stop!! Some ppl are on the range for practice or to correct something in their swing and golf is hard enough without someone running their mouth loudly the entire time your hitting balls! I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt maybe it’s because they were two women he was teaching and just couldn’t stop talking, so I came back 7 hrs later to hit another bucket and there he was laughing, talking loudly, just a non stop babble again. DUDE!! Give them a couple pointers, let them hit a few and give a few more pointers, you don’t have to talk constantly and have just a little respect for the other ppl on the range that aren’t in love with their own voice!!!...

WAY TOO CROWDED! Nice course, but they overbook the tee times every time Ive been there. Youre constantly waiting for the people ahead of you, and you have people nipping at your heals. I couldnt finish my round the other day due to the crowding...over 4hrs into it and only on the 14th hole...and waiting! Mentioned it to the staff and they didnt offer any compensation...even after paying an overpriced Winter rate. This was the last time I will golf there!!

Love Cap City! The remodel is awesome, the course is always in good shape, very dry in winter, the greens are in great shape and the Cap City Am is a blast every year. We are members and love getting to the course when we can. Food is good and the member discounts are awesome!Steve McNelly is great for Capitol City!

Fun course.

I played this golf course recently and I had a fabulous experience. The staff both in the pro shop and the restaurant were very polite and took really good care of me. The golf course was in excellent shape with perfectly rolling greens and the cart I rode in was nice and clean. My green fee was lower than at some other nearby golf courses, a great value for money.

Its a great test of golf and is in very nice condition. Fun spots to warm up and Good food and drinks. Ernie and Ann

Great round started out cold but warmed up nicely pace of play was very good staff was pleasant and week informed course was in great shape for its late in the year will defiantly play again

Excellent drainage for the 8 months out of the year that it rains here. Course is kept 3.75/5. Parking can get jammed. Good eats and drinks at the adjoining Firecreek Ale House.

Server Aaron was very efficient and our meal was good as always. I had chicken cordon blue which was very tasty.

Great golf course for intermediate golfers. Greens are subtle and fairly fast. Food was perfectly cooked. Recommend the burgers

We were accused by the ambassador of not paying for each of us and he came back 3 other times to confront us. Also, during hole 4 they changed the hole position while we were approaching the green. Later, the ambassador showed little respect and golf etiquette. He told us to not come back as a group again. One of the worst golf experiences I’ve had unfortunately.

Always a good place to golf. Had a really good breakfast thier, the chicken fried steak was superb, the place was packed but the service didnt make you feel that way, our server at the bar was attentive and our food came out fast, we will be back
