I frequently go to this casino. It is quiet, small and 5 restaurants to choose from. My favorite is the sushi/sashimi restaurant behind the steak house. I have not tried the new grille or the steak house and I look forward to it. Gambling is not bad. You can do well and it is like any other casino. I have seen people win a lot. There is NOT a lot of drama but it can get crowded in there. So if you like eating or gambling or both, this is a good place.

One can almost always expect to be greeted with a genuine friendly welcoming by the front door security department. They have a very large non-smoking area with a variety of slot games and a few table games. In one of their bars they offer live music, food, and a great atmosphere. They have several non-alcoholic beverage stations that are above that expected when it comes to free! Their Players Club has combined with their cashier so you dont have to wait until lines to do different types of transactions. Most of the employees are very friendly which is hard to come by nowadays.

The atmosphere of Red Wind Casino is very nice. The employees are friendly and professional. The dining is casual and the food is good. I really like the Keno area and being able to fill my sodas in between keno calls.

The curvey roads to get their can be a bit scary especially at night or when bad weather occurs however I enjoy gambling there. Its a nice atmosphere with nice staff. The food is great and reasonably priced. Their self serve soda machines offer different flavors you can add to your drinks..who else does that. They have great gaming promotions..they actually let you win a lil bit..I like the concept of them announcing jackpots when their won as you can see their are real winners. I say if your a gambler and you havent been give it a try.

I just walked Red River casino after concluding and am sitting in my vehicle In the parking lot. Ive never been to this casino till this morning. I came here by myself to play slots and I wasnt expecting much to be honest, however I am so pleased with my time spent here that I have to post a review before I drive home. Everyone I came in contact with were so nice Staff and patrons, not just friendly but genuinely nice people and the staff worked hard keeping machines clean and serving beverages. But... the best part was that the machines actually paid what they are supposed too. I have been several times to muckleshoot, little Creek, lucky dog and quinalt and half the time I have spent all I had to spend in an hour without coming above what I put in the machine at all and the times I have came out ahead was only because I have left as soon as I win and dont play long but here i was able to play for hours and try a couple dozen different games and came out ahead on half the games I played and ahead overall. No jackpots but the bonuses were much better than Im used too. They had all my favorite games and I found some new favorites too. Oh and I love that they have slots from different eras places together in different areas. The outdated games. The old games, The really old ones and the new ones. I will definitely be back. Its worth the hour I have to drive and I dont plan on going to another casino but this one.

Not sure what has changed. This used to be the best place for cheap gas, tobacco and fried food. The prices have gone way up on the tobacco, and there has been shortages on the food lately. You used to be able to get a box of fries for cheap. Now the box is only half full. And the price of a can of skoal has almost doubled.

Staff are amazing, people friendly greeters and outgoing team in the dining while you seat to enjoy a meal inside the casino. All in all you walk away a winner whether its on a machine or on the table. And like I mentioned, the staff was the what made you walk out a winner because of their attitudes towards and with each individual who walked through the doors was so welcoming. Redwind awesome job on perfessionality.

My last trip to casino was awesome! Went in with a little money and left with a good bit more! I love this casino more than most of the larger ones. Payouts seem much better.

Clean, friendly and pleasant as always. But something happened with the food, much of the deli menu has been removed, there are no specials now, prices are terrible ($8 onion rings) food is mediocre, I bought a club sandwich that came with nothing, no fries, chips, tater salad...good food is part of the reason we go there, cause the games are all the same in other casinos, the food used to be great :(

Its fun. Just dont go into the sideroads cops are no good out there. They are literally the only part about going there that are arrogant, and pompous. Everything else is a joy and worth taking the risk.

I was enjoying an evening of gambling with my girlfriend at red wind casino, When I left my phone at 1 of the machines I had been playing. It was just a moment when I realized what I had done, but my phone was already gone. We immediately went to security/lost and found and spoke with Tom, who is very professional and took all my information. He immediately got his team on it.Soon after i reported the phone missing, we met Nick. He took Time with me with me and his techniques in calming me down were very effective. Before long he was updating me that he believed that they possibly had my phone. To my disbelief they had indeed, caught the couple that had stolen my phone. I was very happy and relieved.I can honestly say that if I was at one of the bigger casinos. I would of probably be looking at buying a new phone. They make you buy a mask they dont even provide free masks the machines dont pay out its ridiculous...the only casino in the state that makes you buy a mask. The place is always dirty and the staff are very rude. Cigarette burns in every chair I sat in even in non-smokingIn my personal opinion its the worst casino in the state. And Im not saying that because I lost money Im saying that because of the staff. I hope they clean the place up and retrain the employees! Because it has the potential to be a very nice casino...

Id give it 5 stars if they still had a smoking section. No one wants to give up a machine to go outside and smoke. Im all for nonsmoking sections but it kind of puts a damper on things.

Pretty fun place to go hang out at, they have a large smoking and non smoking areas with hundreds of slot machines and some card games as well. The restraunt and bars are not opened as late as they normally are (I think around 1 am is closing time for them).

Went for the Drawing every 1/2 on a Thursday. Ate at the Seafood and Steak House. My wife ordered Small House Salad with Huckleberry dressing and Crab Cakes. I ordered Chicken and Mushrooms Fettuccini. It came with soup or salad, l had Clam Chowder . The complimentary bread is soft and tasty with whipped butter. We were given a tiny scoop of sorbet to cleanse the pallet . Plenty of covered parking for the rainy season. We used our players Rewards card to pay for Dinner, too Cool. The slots let me play for a little bit

I go to the Casino at least 1 to 2 times a week the employees are very helpful and friendly and I really like that they takung care of the people and machines for the covid wouldnt want them to shut down again I have Alito of fun there. Had a great time. Clean and open. The dealers at Spanish 21 were very entertaining. Liked that their Non-smoking section was decently sized and not withheld to a tiny area. Servers and dealers were friendly and pleasant. Buffet was great. Freshly made tacos and Dungeness crab carving station needs a better variety, but still good. Definitely a good price for the food.

Im not a gambler so I cant speak on the game part, but I love their deli restaurant. The onion rings are so good I cant stop coming here just for that. Burgers and fries are delicious too. Used to come for the ice cream too because they give a lot so only like $2 but because of covid they only sell packages ice creams now. Also drinks are no longer free, you have to pay $1.50 for a tiny bottle of soda. Thats the only reason I marked it down a star. I get why they closed the fountain drinks but thats way too much to charge for a few drinks of a soda when it used to be free.

I love Nisqually sodas machines are available for all the players during casino hours. Chairs are comfortable I can adjust them up and down. And the slots are nice aleast I can there to keep me playing and very clean.

We love to play here. There are lots of choices for food. There is a steakhouse, seafood restaurant, an all-you-can-eat buffet, and deli. We have eaten at all of them and next had a meal we didnt like. Use your players card and get half off in all the restaurants.

The customer service has really gone down. Like, take pride in your work and make it at the very least, a somewhat pleasant experience. When my husband and I discuss where we want to go and gamble, this place is usually one of the first places we say. And then we remember how UNpleasant it is here and decide to go somewhere else. We used to come here all the time. Sad because the desserts are amazing

Really had fun here but really they took out smoking section. The entire casino is non smoking. They have temp gated off the circular drop off area they you can smoke in with out having to go in and out of the security check entrances but come on its hard to want to keep playing if i gotta walk all the way to the one section thru only 1 spot to go smoke. Kinda ruined the fun a little.

This place is always great. It holds a special place as my dad worked there for 10 years he is too sick for anything now but some of my best adult memories of him where from there. Dressed in a suit he was head of security . So when I go it reminds me of him when he was well and that alone is worth going. However I also love to game there all my favorite slots are under that roof! Including copper dropper, stinking rich and the money machine ! Yet to hit any jackpot but I still enjoy the atmosphere it gets very busy and although its goood for business its less fun for the player looking to okay their favorite machine .

The casino itself is nice enough and the non-smoking area is one of the better in the state but the issue is rewards for loyal customers. The Red Wind changed the way they give out rewards to loyal customers. I have talked to numerous patrons and all have received significant reductions to nearly a third of what was previously received. In the future I will drive to the Lucky Eagle which gives a much better reward and has a nice non-smoking area.

They have 3 different versions of Tripple Dragon Fortune. Tripple Dragon Fortune Classic, Tripple Dragon Fortune Unleashed, Tripple Dragon Fortune Gold. I havent seen TDF Gold anywhere else.Even when you loose here you can always count on the Deli staff being incredibly polite and accommodating. I really like the Clam Chowder and Tuna Sandwich on sourdough here. I miss the buffet but Wuhan Virus killed ALL BUFFETS. Wish we could have them reopened even if I had to sign an insurance waiver. Anyway thanks again Deli staff. Oh the security team is so polite and professional especially compared to EQC either location. I fell asleep in my car waiting for my dad to finish his game and the security guy seemed genuinely concerned and non judgmental, just wanted me to be safe. Thanks Redwind.

Went here from a recommendation and was pleasantly surprised. Plenty of newer games. Good table action. The buffet was above average. And the bar band Stir Crazy was one of the best cover bands Ive seen. Overall a great experience.
