Michaels was AMAZING. It was my first time going and I didnt get to look at everything! I could literally get lost in there. This is definitely a store I need to go to by myself so I can spend as much time as I want! The prices were good and Im glad I had a budget going in because I could have spent so much more than I did. The only thing that I really didnt like was the hand dryers in the restroom had a sign saying the unplugged them for health reasons and there were no paper towels to dry your hands off, but the shopping experience was great!

I love Michaels!!!! I can use there coupons on top of my teacher discount & they always have what Im looking for!!

What can I say, its an Arts and Crafters dream store. This one has a knowledgeable staff, with good customer service skills. Just about anything you could want in arts or crafts, whichever you prefer. Jewelry, soaps, painting, drawing or sculpting- clay or plastic polymer. Plus, a frame shop, too.

Found most of what I needed. They definitely need a little more training with their younger employees though.

I absolutely love this store! Even if they dont have the exact item that I am looking for, they will have something very similar or something else that upstarts another creation. I love it! I am never disappointed.

This is my local Michaels of choice. The people are friendly, the stock is good, and its close to others stores.

Bought a beautiful oval grapevine wreath off Etsy. Decided to add few more flowers for color. Went to Michaels. Realized I could have made the wreath much less expensive. For u artistic folks (which I am not) this is a great place. Not just at Christmas

This store is dirty. Only one cashier during the busiest part of the day (5-6 PM). Four carts that dont work and no other carts up front. Broken items on the shelves. Afraid this store is slowly going downhill in quality.

Aisles are more narrow than I am comfortable with, especially with the covid virus. The checkout line often reaches halfway to the back of the store and is inordinately slow.

I love shopping at Michaels, I always find great sales and bargains there!

The variety of merchandise was very satisfactory and social distancing was observed and the employees had masks and gloves which was very comforting to know. I had a very positive shopping experience there.

I didnt find what I was looking for, this time, but I still love shopping at Michaels.

This a great arts and crafts store. They have everything from models, spray paint, stickers amd coloring books to sewing and quilting supplies and everything else under the sun. Its my wifes favorite store.

If you need arts and crafts supplies, this is the place to go. They are more expensive than Hobby Lobby, but they have a great selection. They also have lots of home decor!

My 1st time shopping here. I was looking for a decorative cross to as gift. This store has a lot of fun things but I was disappointed with there almost non-existing selection of crosses. The prices, from what I seen, seem comparable to Hobby Lobby but their overall selection and store size is a lot smaller. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good little store.

I came here for planner items, specifically the Capitol Chic Designs products. As you can see, there were not that many.

Long lines and not enough cashiers. It wasnt totally their fault. You have to have patience this time of year. The employees were nice and helpful.

Came up to the cash register to purchase items and the girl checking me out told me I “looked mean.” I assured her that I wasn’t and that my face just looks like that. She then mocked me after I said that. Was incredibly hurtful and uncalled for

This place is better than sliced bread and cheese. If I could I would have Vought the entire store. Its like target, you never know what you need until you go in there. I bought stuff to finish previous projects and ideas for new projects

Very great store. Extremely nice and clean. Always friendly staff that is eager and willing to help find anything we need found. Customer service rep also signed my niece up for the program rewards and she gets coupons to use and advertising about local sales. Great store to shop at.

We did a pick up in store order and for whatever reason they were delayed in getting it ready. As a courtesy we were given some free items for the inconvenience. It was unnecessary but also great customer service. We will be repeat customers

I love how the customer service is so energetic. The lady who was assisting me was amazing!!! She was really funny and I could tell she loved her job and she wanted others to love the place. As someone who draws a lot I will definitely come back soon.

Michaels is Michaels. I always loved going for the art supplies. difference here, well there wasnt enough staff, the staff that there was was very helpful. Especially the young gentleman who was the checker. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and intuited what I need in reality.

Well that place has a lot of things that I like, like baking supplies and art supplies and whenever I want to buy some decorations for me to bake then I’ll just go to Michaels to get them and the way that the store is for people that loves to be creative, I’m one of them and I will continue to do art no matter what.

Not a good day to go to Michaels. I was in line WAY longer than it took to get my 9 items. The Cashier (an older red headed lady) would not call another Cashier up. I will be giving the exact time frame to the corporate questionnaire I have in my receipt.

In the store today, only 2 (TWO) people working the entire store.THE PHONE TOOK PRESENTS OVER THE PAYING CUSTOMERS.We were several in line waiting to check out - I might say it was only because the line had extended beyond the registers to the area that the MANAGER was stocking shelves that she decided to may I say SAUNDER to the registers.Poor planning on the part of Michaels. If there arent but TWO PEOPLE WORKING, the other needs attuned to helping at the register OR BETTER YET - ANSWER THE PHONE so the girl at the register can do her job.We qere spending money and spreading the word after we get out - to not go to Michaels because....

She offered help, and was kind about me asking to sit on the scooter until my husbamd came up. I called about an item that I needed to see if they had it considering I live 2 hours away from the nearest store. Well they told me theyd have it the following week. So I called back the next week to see if they would for sure have the item I needed before driving 2 hrs and I talked to the person over that dept and she told me it would definitely be there on Monday so there was no need to call back before coming to the store. Well guess what, I just drove 2 hrs to find out the item I was promised that would be here still isnt. So not only did I waste 2 hrs of my time driving up there, that i could have been trying to find the item possibly somewhere else, but I wasted $25 in gas for a 4 hr round trip completely empty handed just to find out that the employee had lied to me and promised me something that she obviously couldnt deliver. Wow! What a way to treat ur customers.
