Wonderful experience! Employees are polite, efficient, and possess endless patience. My children take FOREVER to choose what to buy with their tickets and every employee Ive encountered has been kind and just wonderful to my children. I couldnt be more impressed, honestly. Ive worked in customer service all my life and am fairly critical of other customer service personnel. I am difficult to impress, yet I was thourally and pleasantly impressed with the customer service we received. I would recommend this place to anyone!
I was playing games here for my birthday and was surprised by my family with an XBox 1 s, so this place is great. I hold a record on the Ghost game
Good place to bring the kids to play on the video game and also plan your small group b-day party with them
Fun for little ones and teens. Sometimes the games are out of order but still a great game room overall.
Cute little games have things even my 2 year old could play and win at
It’s a fun place but they have a poor pregnant lady running around all by herself with over 30 costumers!!
Good place to take the kids if your shopping or have a hair appt
Fun and usually has some special going on.
Counter lady super nice, just said the machine needs to be recalibrated but she took care of us....some games disnt even give us our tickets....but it has potiental
Fun place to take the kids. Affordable!
Fun place! The man that works here looks awful bored with his job. When your cashing your tickets for prizes he seems to care less and wants you to hurry up as fast as you can. But other than that i highly recommend.
I have had 2 terrible experiences with workers here. A young man that has a permanent mean face and rushes my THREE YEAR OLD to pick out his prizes, if you dont like your job, Im sure there is someone out there who would appreciate it. Then a younger lady the other day, very impatient with a THREE YEAR OLD and rude as heck. Very argumentive. Again if you dont like your job, quit.I feel the manager needs some mandatory customer service seminars for his employees!
Could have a few more games
Great
