Sheffield Park

Beautiful city park. Well developed but still has some woodsy areas (not really wilderness, but brushy and undeveloped.) Very nice childrens playground. Incredible disc golf course that is long and varied. Tennis court, basketball court. Public restrooms. Adjacent to canal from Lake Tarpon; I saw people fishing and kayaking. There are trails and paved sidewalks for walking, running, biking, birdwatching, etc. Accessible parking lot. Well worth a visit.

The Sheffield Park being literally in my back yard Ive found it to be my favorite park in Pinellas County, they have Tennis courts, Basketball courts, baseball fields and disc golf to add to its newest edition, also there is a bike trail with exercise equipment on the trail approximately every 25 yards that connect to other trails that lead to Oldsmar pier good for fishing grounds either on the pier or under the bridge in Oldsmar.

Great park. My daughter practices there several times a week. Only issue is parking. There is very limited parking and recently they added no parking signs to certain areas. Other than that it’s very good.

Place is good, lots of room to fly, very scenic but the company was great. Had a lots of fun. What a wonderful bunch of people.

A picturesque park, picnic area, playground and ball fields. There are also tennis courts, disc golf course, and restrooms. The park has trail that is through park and along the Tarpon Canal.

What a pleasant surprise! Great park for the kids, basketball court, baseball field, soccer, you name it! Oh, and disc golf! We havent figured that out yet but we are looking forward to it.

Great disc golf course and has recently been mowed and holes in woods have been trimmed back.And Yes, he did get that disc back...

Great disc golf course, easy to find and free to use! It’s a good mix of open and wooded, but the Florida growth is not forgiving if you get off the fairway.

Met a friend for coffee and a chat...Just sat at one of the picnic tables but I could tell its a REALLY NICE park and I really want to bring my bike back and ride the trails...Nice dog park for your fur babies as well....For sure check it out

Great course. If its been raining, Id suggest old shoes and a floater disc. Many of the hole were beyond my skill level, but a fun course none the less.

Very nice but everything is in the sun, we were there only a few minutes. Too hot.

For some reason, the womans bathroom is always locked, weeknights and weekends? Maybe it was just the last 2 weeks but theyve always been locked when I go. There is only one water fountain as well. Otherwise, the park is lovely, very well maintained. Disc golf course is very cool. But its tough when theres no toilet available.

It was really fun! The playground is a little small but, perfect for kids. The bike/walking paths are in decent shape, paved. There is a disc golf course, so definitely bring a few frisbees. There is a basketball court and two tennis courts. Lots of exercise stations along the bike path. There is a kayak launching area. And a large open field with 2 baseball diamonds.

Love this place. Place to let your dog run and is an enclosed area. Can walk to water, kids place to play, basketball court. You can play frisbee golf.

Great city park. Baseball diamond, soccer field, basketball courts, tennis courts, disc golf, kids playground, exercise equipment, boat dock, picnic tables, dog play area. All for free.

The trail is so nice and smooth, great for roller skating!!

Enjoyable yet challenging disc golf course

Always enjoy the park took my grandson to the playground today someone needs to get down there and clean that playground its disgusting someones going to end up getting foot and mouth disease a good pressure washing and some sterilization other than that its a great place

Love this park. Beautiful grass and trees and birds and such.

I play tennis here regularly. I wish the lights would stay on longer, however with people like me yelling and screaming on the court, Im sure the neighbors appreciate it stopping by 9pm.Friendly squirrels.

Great little Park to walk around in, on the Pinellas trail so you could even pass through it going along the path. Pair of baseball fields back-to-back give it a large area. A disc golf course for those inclined to play. several open Fields not directly dedicated to a particular sports for for other events. One of the paths go by a canal which can give some interesting views.

Nice park... Located near Lake Tarpon Canal. Nice ball park, little too much trash on the ground and in the ponds. I saw Ospreys, Green Herons, Roseate Spoonbill, Wood Storks and other wildlife love in the area.

A clean little park with great access to walking paths. Theres a bathroom onsite and free parking, too. But bring a water bottle! Theres only 1 fountain.

Well hidden park, but you can find it if youre looking. Huge field with 2 softball diamonds, a trail that wraps around the entire area, tennis courts, basketball courts, a childrens playground, and multiple pavilions for events. Theyve also built a disc golf course, havent played it yet though. Overall, great park with a lot to do. Can easily consume an entire day here.

Has a great trail next to the canals peaceful and relaxing to walk. Has a lot of open fields. As well as a playground, and disc golf course. Lots to do here, relaxing environment. Nice place to go for a walk, bike ride, jog, you name it.

A great neighborhood park, I ride my recumbent tryke through the park, sharing the paved path with other cyclists, joggers and walkers.

I really like the playground and the trail next to the water is refreshing.

Awesome park! It was our first time there and everything was clean and maintained. The disc golf course was very nice and challenging, and well groomed.

Nice park, for biking, walking, jogging. There is a sand ramp for kayaks but its a long way, close to a 1/4 mile, from where you park. Dont know who thought of that? Fishing is very difficult as you are about 8 or so feet above the water with big rocks and mangroves that line the canal.

Great park but sketchy af at night. Great place to go with family during day lots to do. Clean and large parking lot. Obviously well taken care of by the city. Plenty to do.

Clean, well-lit, well-maintained, spacious. Nice playground and basketball court. Great place to walk your dog- even has a fenced in dog park near the entrance, complete with a doggy water fountain AND shower!

The park is well lit and safe. Great community park. The disc golf has been open since summer of 2017, and its a tough course! So much water, dont lose your discs! Dog park is simple, just a caged in area with benches. Wish they would add some puppy obstacles or something. If you have a backyard, then this dog park isnt any different.

I love the park

Went for the disc golf course, not officially open but the park lets you use it. None of the holes are marked yet so you have to figure them out but it starts by the little bathroom. Big place and very few water fountains so bring liquids. The water is really nasty and mostly covered in green, good luck if you shoot into it, very hard to find, no visibility. Looking like itll be a great disc course once its finally done! Long and challenging greens. Some baskets not in place yet towards the end of the course.

Very good park to play soft ball, basketball, tennis and cricket. There is a play area for kids.

There have baseball or softball, kids playground, walking trail to city of Oldsmar, dog poop in area of recantgle fence. There have shelters, restroom for event day only. Another area for kids can play for kite or use drone practice on area. You will see there and will understand.

Park is beautiful, but the disc golf course was pretty overgrown.

Best disc golf course in Tampa Bay sharing Oldsmar trail bordered by the Fall Out Canal within a mangrove preserve. Beautiful park tucked away at the top of the bay.

Its a nice place, kind of hidden in the neighborhoods. A pleasant place overall, if you go out there, you can often find people playing basketball.

Wish it had shade but pretty awesome playground!

Design is horrible. Bring old nasty discs that u dont want, because you will lose them all.

The Disc Golf Course at this park is a MONSTER. Definitely top 5 in the most difficult courses Ive ever played in Florida. BRING LOTS OF WATER.
