They have never let me down on having great new supplies no matter what I need. Plus a sale is always nice.

There is nothing really special about it but is a nice place to go shopping for arts and crafts. I went there with my sister and we just got yarn but ended up also getting a kind of large container of bubbles because it was such a steal (only $1)! It also has nice customer service and the ladys at the register was making small talk and I overall had a good time there.

Michaels is OK. Helpful staff, lots of bare shelves, prices reasonable. Seems focused on seasonal decorations. Hobby Lobby has a better selection but is also pricier.

I like getting frames and mats here that are always disappointing at other places and online. The staff usually leave me alone to browse in peace and are friendly at checkout. Some of the prices are a bit high, but some deals can be found if you take the time to search.

The store is clean. It was all aisles were nice and clean. The associates were very friendly. The store was decorated for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Love going and seeing all the decorations!! If you are a crafter or love crafts I recommend this store.

Its been awhile but it really seemed that the quality went down a lot & the prices were way up - cheaper garlands that used to be $9.99 were priced at $29.99-$34.99. Seasons were all mixed together, shelves were messy & a lot empty & the check out was so slow that it was faster to put my purchases back were they belonged and walk to my car before the next person checked out and left the store! So so very disappointed

Staff are always so helpful and if they do not have what you need they will tell you where to find it so thankful for good people

This Michaels is very organized. Everything is easy to find. Staff are friendly and helpful, theyre always on top of helping you with the discount. One of my favorite Michaels to visit. Highly recommend

I really like Michaels, but they always seem understaffed. The shelves were fairly bare in places and they one thinking I went in for, they didnt have.

I usually went to Hobby lobby, because it was closer. The people at Hobby lobby were not helpful. I do resin art, and thought I would try Michaels. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. First the employee s were so, so helpful. They had everything I needed and so much more!! I love Michaels, and it will be my go to place for all of my art needs from now on!

Michaels is hands-down best arts and crafts store to visit in to shop I was helped by young lady named Dara, she was very knowledgeable about the products and where they could be found even when I couldnt find them in they were not on stock she went to the overstock and found the product I was looking for very helpful and helping me mixing colors for some epoxy keep up the good work Dara, I think you deserve a raise, my company countertop creations is thankful to have you we continue to make amazing products with your help

Didnt have the yarn I was looking for.

The store was acceptable. However, the restrooms quite possibly have never been appropriately cleaned and if they have, you cant tell by the overwhelming layer of just plain grime that lives there. And the toilets are so disgusting they cant have been even pretended to ever have cleaned them.

A good spot to find the scratch for you crafting itch. Everything from yarns, foam, models, paints to seasonal ready made décor. Took off a star because they seem to have made a push to sell ready made seasonal floral arrangement decor. They had plenty of fall arrangements but no fall themed/color flowers to make your own arrangement. It really looked like they took out or used every piece of fall florals to make or sell their arrangements. Pretty big disappointment there.

Michaels is well-organized, neat, clean, has friendly, helpful staff, and is always well stocked. Prices are reasonable and theres ALWAYS something on sale, often surprising me as I begin checkout! My daughter and I shop there regularly for all our craft needs! Michaels also has a reward program which could net you some serious savings. The location of this store is very convenient, close to restaurants, a highway, medical offices, clothing stores, and other retail establishments, as well as a couple of parks, a bookstore, and churches. The store is open seven days a week.

I prefer Hobby Lobby. I purchased jewelry findings. It is more expensive than I thought it would be. The store is nice. Employees are helpful.

I can usually find what I want. Dont forget to take your coupon. The last couple of times they had low inventory, but it was a new product and highly desired.

Yeah Michaels is really a great store for any level of artist over the last 2 years they have really decreased in the type of art that I do however over all if I had to write a review it covers all basis very nicely and theres life hacks to get your purchase price very low

This store moves the seasonal items in and out very quickly. My kids like going here as well to find project supplies. My kids are also pleased with the variety of paints and brushes they offer. They also offer framing and framing supplies with a decent selection.

Adrianna saved a 5 star rating. While trying to find help, my son and I where walking around and asked for assistance twice from frame department, ignored and frustrated I wondered around longer than expected with my 16month old and found what I needed. I heard upper management complaining about their 16 year old associate on the floor (rule #1 don’t complain when others can hear) Not only was this extremely unprofessional, I felt that they weren’t trying to help someone new to the work force, that may be more shy... at check out Adrianna was very sweet and kind to my son. I wish her all the best of luck and hope that a retail manager can positively help here thrive vs bash a young gal obviously in her first job.

Too religious inclusive, and as such not following the pillars of the religious group they claim to be a part of. If I want to do anything arts and crafts related it has to be Christian. There are no stars of David. Nothing that says Chabbat Shalom. No Menorahs. Tf?

I had returns and shopping to do. The workers in the frame department were friendly and were happy to answer all my questions. The returns were quick and easy but I did have my receipt.

This place is open on Sundays!! Sundays? You mean the day you always have the urge to buy crafting supplies only to find a similar stocked business closed for no quantifiably good reason? Yes on Sunday!Get your knit on and go crazy glue as you shop aisle upon aisle of crafts. Also the kids selection is great with some common retail items often times on sale cheaper than standard retail store. But again its open on Sunday! Oh and the employees are great. Theyve had some of the same staff the last five years so something must be good about the company to stick around and help old ladies thru coupon battles.

I visited on Sunday morning and there were few other shoppers, but despite this none of the three employees I ran into offered to help. I didnt ask, but still. I was shopping for colored pencils and their selection was mediocre. there were LOTS of options but only about 30% were actually stocked. Im going to Blick Art instead.
