This place is fantastic for family walks, workouts, and mountain bikers. There are some serious mountain biking - ONLY trails that are for advanced riders only. Along the walking trail there are designated workout stations with signs that have suggested workouts and equipment.I do not recommend bringing dogs that are not well behaved, good around others people (including small children), and other dogs of all breeds. Bluff Creek Park is a beautiful gem that’s worth the drive even if you live on the other side of the city. There are barbecue grills and picnic tables (though very limited, and a first come basis) with a shelter houses - 2-3 shelters total I believe)). The only con is the awful port-a-potty. It was terribly smelly and there wasn’t any hand sanitizer or hand washing station of any sort.Overall, I highly recommend visiting the Bluff Creek Park. It’s a wonderful place to escape the city chaos, even though it’s tucked in the the middle of it all. It’s so beautiful and very well kept. Finally, it’s open to the public and free for everyone. Be sure to bring sunscreen and lots of water . Have fun ;0)

Great hike close to the city, very easy and windy yes not the quiet and peace you looking for but we only encountered one other human being. Went on a weekday at 11 and walked/hiked for four miles all the turns and twists.... enjoy!!! Mountain biking also must be awesome which is what this route is mainly made for. Cheers

I had a fun time exploring. I didnt realize the bike trails though and I wasnt sure where I could explore without fear of getting in the way (there is likely signage I missed). I was also impressed with the picnic pavilions. Its a nice little city oasis for sure and am definitely going back.

Fun place to ride your mountain bike, also Hiking, and full paved walking/running/cycling trail. Several miles of trails. Mountain Bike trail Skill level maybe a 3 out of 10. (But Ive been doing this 20 years) few technical areas, some tree roots and a few creek crossings (rock and bridge)

This park is always great. Been coming here several times a week for the past 7 years. It has a lot to offer. The paved loop is really nice to walk. Especially around 8 or 9 am when the morning crowd. Dirt trails loops in and out of the forested area. Perfect for hiking and biking large open field in the front area. Often occupied for a sport practice. Perfect for pic nice or playing with the dog. Parl is 100% pet friendly. Come on the evenings and you will see deer grazing in the open fields.

I think this is one of north OKCs best kept secrets. Seriously yall, Ive lived in Edmond/OKC almost my entire life, Im 38, and I didnt know this place even existed until 2 weeks ago. Its beautiful! The trail is perfectly marked off for walking/running and a killer dirt bike trail w markers as well. This place is great for an evening walk w the dog and your significant other, or just a friend, as well as for a novice runner. The scenery never gets old or repetitive either! I give this place my stamp of approval!!!

I frequent Bluff Creek to ride my Mountain Bike and Trail Run. It’s a little over 4 miles in a loop. Since the rain there are some rutted up areas but sections to use as go arounds. Deer will come and eat from your hand here at sun down. There is a nice paved walking path as well as water, port a jons, picnic areas and a playground.

This park is well worth our 20 min commute from Midwest City OK. We recently got a dog from an animal center and have been looking for parks all over Oklahoma City. This park is animal friendly with trash locations and bags. There are two main trails. One on concrete which we walked on, but there’s also one for mountain bikes. That one goes through the trees and around the creek and really is unique looking. I did see people running and walking on that trail too if you prefer curves rather than a big pavement trail. There is also a wetland area on the NW side where my dog jumped in for a swim. Definitely would recommend and maybe you’ll be lucky and spot deer. We saw 3 good size ones just jumping across the trail.

Truly a great park for anything outdoors. I typically utilize the bike trails here and they are always a great time. The trails are just technical and long enough to make this a really fun ride the whole time. The park itself is always clean and seems well taken care of. Love coming out here to enjoy my weekends.
