Nice facility...I guess. Due to COVID, I was not allowed into practice with my son. Which I appreciate is their right, however, NO mention of that was ever made till we got there. Seems like a lot of parents were caught off guard by that too.

Horrible customer service! Management of this facility has really gone down. Such a shame we used to have a membership and used the facilities every weekend. Our family came for a scrimmage for my daughter on Sunday, May 31st, 2020. The woman with the Momma Bear tshirt yelled at my daughter and I to put on a mask to use the bathroom, when we entered the front door. Not only was there no sign on the front door but no communication to any of the coaches that a mask was required to enters. We also noticed there were no other parents or children with masks on in the area. Even cages. Not sure why we were the only ones called out but it was humiliating. We would have gladly followed the mask rules. It was uncalled for to have Momma Bear be so rude and belittling, especially in front of children.

Made a reservation for a cage today. I asked if there were any restrictions related to Covid 19. Lady on the phone stated only 2 people in the cage at all times. Sure no problem. Took my boys up there this afternoon and we were told my 6 and 8 year old had to wear masks during batting practice in your extremely hot and humid batting cages. There were no other people inside your building! Get a grip DBat. You lost my business and may soon lose yours.

Place is pretty dope! Has plenty of parking. A small store inside. They ha e a nice indoor field with turf, but it can be hot there. They also have indoor batting cages, but not sure if they are for recreational use. They also have several outdoor fields with lights for night games.

It was awesome today. It wasnt busy and we were able to get into a cage immediately to hit. There were not a ton of people so we were able to take our time and get some work in. Cages are reasonable cost wise too. It is a clean friendly atmosphere that I would enjoy

Very reasonably priced, especially considering we took 9 people to hit. Different options for various skill levels, using their bets and helmets is free, and batting cages with machines are first come first serve.I gave them 4 stars because there was supposed to be air conditioning in the cage room but it was being worked on. Will update later, because we still plan on returning!

First time watching flag football on baseball fields. The sporting officials were inadequate, at best. Calls were inconsistent each game, poor player and crowd management. Uncalled for to allow players (10 year olds) on field, to taunt, gesture, push and scream slurs at opposing team and parents during the game. Would like to have them dealt with either by penalty or ejection, but refs ignored it all. I’ve watched hundreds of baseball games at dBat, and win or lose, they were always called fairly, not so for football. The ball park staff and concession were nice. Fields were numbered and marked adequately, would be nice to see some type of scoreboard at each field.

The fields here are trash. If it sprinkled, everything gets canceled. When frustration gets voiced on their Facebook page by players who have paid money to play in softball leagues here, their answer is to delete comments and block you from the page. Customer service is terrible and they seem to have zero intention of addressing the issues the outdoor fields have. I’ve been playing out here for over 2 years now and the only improvement they’ve ever made is to dump a bunch of sand in the outfield to “level it off”. It’s beyond ridiculous how inept those who run this facility have shown themselves to be. Don’t waste your money.

Ti
Review №11

For a facility that has potential to make a ton of money they refuse to do any up keep to the actual fields. Fences are falling, trees are growing up in front of scoreboards, canopies are being ripped by weather(not replacing), they use the fields for football, grass is growing in the infield. They cater to more softball and kickball leagues, not youth ball like their picture or story portrays. If we do not call to remind them we are practicing there we never know what to expect. OKC would be a good destination for teams from other states to come play baseball in, and one time the facility and teams that do come say they wont come back. Its very disappointing and no one really cares up there. The inside facility isnt bad, but the balls could be changed out every now and then. Either way fair warning when signing up for any tournaments here.

Good location, easy to get to and nice hitting facilities. Mens restroom at the fields are always dirty and one of the stalls has been out of order for months. Two of the three stalls at the main building have also been out of order for several months. The baseball fields get little maintenance, they could use some water between games and the pitching mound could use some clay, its solid sand. For the price of admission, tournament cost and concession prices, dont think this is to much to ask.

Fields are horrible and are a huge risk for the children on them. They need to shut down for a year and just work the damn fields. The only good thing is the food. They have pretty much everything and it’s good. My other concern is the fact we can’t bring in our own drinks. The kid on gate is arrogant and deserves a punch to the face.like he knows everything and wouldn’t let me bring in water for my sick child.

Its pretty sad that Dbat sells out for the almighty dollar. When you advertise for a C level tournament, keep it C level. Youre screwing kids over that are trying to play against teams in their same skill level. We dont sign up for these tournaments to come and get our brains bashed in. Keep it fair. We pay good money to enter the tournaments, you charge $5 to enter the facility, get a grip and keep it fair. Youre obviously not hurting for money.

When you have 300 teams entered at $600 a team you would think this should be a good tournament, wrong.1. No team coolers after they said they allow 1 team cooler or personal water jugs.2. Your food and drink prices are outrageous. $2 for a water or Gatorade but charge $3 for BEER?, $6 for a walking taco using a small bag of chips.3. No active score boards.4. Filthy restrooms.5. Ballgames were still being played and you close the concession stand at 10pm and ballgames got over at 1115pm. Those kids needed water and you prevented this with your rules.Maybe you need to be less greedy and more thankful people traveled this far and relax on your rules. We have played in way smaller tournaments with a better facility and allowed team coolers. I also noticed your little sign at the gate that you will charge for ice for the kids water cooler.#Forthekids #noheatstroke #lessgreed

The main building is really nice. Nice cages, etc. The rest of the facility is one of the worst in OKC area. Fields are uneven and the bathrooms at the fields are the nastiest I think I have ever seen. I wish I could post pictures of them here just so people can see how bad they are. Piles of used toilet paper next to the toilets, dirty floors and fixtures. The managements response is well, we are building new bathrooms. They are building new bathrooms, however, they only have the slab done on the new bathroom facility. Just because you are building new bathrooms doesnt mean you dont clean the old ones. We have been there three different weekends and the bathrooms always look like this. Pitiful.

This place is bs. Not only do you pay $3 to get in to PLAY softball/kickball, but you also pay $5 each week in dues which is supposed to pay for two umpires. You end up getting one umpire who halfway pays attention, and one who sits on his butt in the shade and does nothing. Then, as we were wrapping up, not even 5 minutes after our game had ended tonight, the ump turned the lights off on the whole stadium bc he was ready to leave. It was pitch black and no one could see where they were walking to get out of the stadium. Very unsafe, not to mention a rip off. Also the fields are in terrible shape. If you want to start a league, I suggest you look elsewhere.

While using video to record him and 2 others staring at the lightening, the tournament director came up to me,slapped me while attempting to remove my phone from my hands and then kicked me out of the park and threatened to call the police on me. Since I was there alone with my daughter I had to remove her from the tournament. Is this the type of unsafe practice you want your children around? I will never be back there
