Came out to skate with little cousins and kids skate party total 9. Spent $90 to skate purchased 2 Large Pizza, 2 drink pitchers, 3 nachos, 8 candy strips Over $ 50.00 Nachos tasted spoiled....staff spoke with manager about replacing nachos with something else....and manager tried to offer me 3 more spoiled cheeses. All they could say was the experation date is correct.....So nasty we did not eat them.New to OKC bad first impression...never returning.

Yall have an amazing rink! I had a bad experience at another unnamed rink the same night and glad I came here.The skate floor was immaculately clean and super grippy.The snack bar prices are reasonable.The music variety was very good. Some rinks play all of one or two genres or music that is hard to skate to. Your balance was pretty good.I skate at whatever rink I can get to, even when I travel, and I liked it here. It will definitely be on my to-do list when Im back in town and yall are open.

It seems smaller than I remember. Very clean. I wish theyd make people wear masks. I probably wont be coming back until after the pandemic because of that.

Some of the workers were completely rude. Especially one of the really young ones. It was fun until my friend very nicely said hey what time is blackout and he said whenever we call it in a very rude way. After the girl said we will do black out in fifteen minutes they waited thirty and we had just gotten our skates off to do the black out I usually love this place but someone needs to get new workers the service is trash.He was also talking to a girl the whole time he was supposed to be doing his JOB!

Building itself is outdated especially the bathrooms, but the skating floor is well kept. The lighting was awesome! At first it was freezing inside, but once you start skating the temp is gold. My main complaint is that it would be nice to have a area where small 2-4yrs children could skate. I dont know how many people tripped over small children that fell, but it was constant! I feel it would be safer for all parties to have a separate area. Over all fun and nostalgic.

Daughter turned 13 this year and wanted to go with her friends. They all had a blast. They also offer skate classes, AND adult skating night... Awesome!

My husband and I went by during Sunday family skate to take a look and ended up skating. It was nice to see a lot of families having a good time. The cost is very reasonable. Sure wish there was an 80s skate night once a month!

Great place for the kids to have fun

Definitely an old school skating rink. They played good music and did all the old games. We went on a Thursday night and the place was almost empty (except for the teens who frequently left the building to smoke weed). The staff was primarily comprised of teens who allowed the behavior.

My oldest daughter Birthday party was there and we had fun

Inside was clean and exciting, not terribly modern but that isnt the point of an skating rink. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even have an 18+ night in Sundays if you want to avoid small children skaters. I definitely plan on returning soon!

I remember going as a kid and it was a blast then as it is now. Its been up dated nicely. Has regular skates and inline skates. It also has a music video screen on the back wall of the rink itself. Great place for just kids or as a family and great prices too.

I had a party today that was scheduled for today at 1pm they wouldnt let us in to check in or set up even though I was told to be there to set up 10 mins early and when I got there they said they had a private party and couldnt let us in until 1pm. All my guests are currently outside still waiting to be let into the facility at 1:10 pm. I feel like they should have told me about this before or had the private parties end with enough time to allow the birthday parties to set up. Our party host never recognized me or could even be found to order extra stuff. Extremely dissatisfied with this party. I will not choose this place again. Pizza was gross too.

Held my daughters 6th birthday here! It went super smooth, the staff is so nice and they took great care of us. Our host Sandy was a fantastic hostess. Very reasonably priced as well for a party of 20. Definitely recommend!

Kids love the place. Nice spot for a party. Those watching the kids may find the noise level a bit high.

They let me use their Y3 tool to tighten my bearings a little and they play pretty good music.Also there were like 4-5 hot derby girls there when I went and they were really good skaters so they were fun to watch!Prices are good, smooth concrete floors you can wear your own skates. They have a couple arcade gamesb to play, food, and skating equipment for sale etc.

We love Sunday family day. The pizza is better than pizza hut. Good variety of music. Our 4th time and we will be coming again.

What a great place. We have been twice now and the staff is incredible. The facility is older but well maintained. The prices are very reasonable, and according to my son the pizza is good. I definitely recommend this place for a fun family night.

My girls and I really enjoy this rink, it’s warm in winter and cool in summer. They took the free skate lessons on Saturdays and eventually graduated to rollerblades. The staff is great, and when we’re hungry the pizza is excellent. In the age of tablets and TV- the girls enjoy making friends and skating. Recently I ran my passes through the washer and dryer- after showing proof of purchase- they replaced my passes. Wonderful people! The girls and I know we have years ahead of great times at the rink! Thank you Skate Galaxy!!

1st time being here we had a great time for my daughters 11th Birthday Party!!

My Granddaughter Sierra had a wonderful Birthday andOur host Sandy Was Great.

This is the worst place to go too.My friends and I wanted to go have a fun night with each other. So we decided to go here and we were paying and not if the workers (not gonna mention any names) told one of my friends they couldn’t go in. Then turned around and started talking about wanting to punch her. Is this really how you treat a customer? Then while we’re in there. The worker and her friends that she has there started to follow us trying to start stuff with us.So we go outside and hang outside. Her friends keep coming out trying to start stuff any more. Then we were by my car when the worker, workers sister and the friend that was starting stuff and starts yelling at us and tells us to leave when we did nothing wrong besides trying to have a good night.I wouldn’t request going here. They’re rude, disrespectful, bad customer service. I’m half tempted to go to corporate and give them a compliment.

They have the best floor so far that i have seen. Perfectly smooth, and they have an awesome D.J.

Too many kids and too many games. I wanted to go skating for nostalgia sake and they kept having competitions. I thought to myself, I paid to skate. Not to watch everyone else. I got my money back which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

Even with a mandatory face mask requirement there were less people with them on than the week before when there wasnt a requirement. People wore them in and then took them off. Nobody on staff attempted to ask anyone to put them on. My kids go to their grandmas every weekend and I wont be bringing them back until you do a better job!

We recently had my daughters birthday party here, and had a great experience. Our party coordinator Sandy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything went smoothly. They even worked with us when we had to change our date for the party. I would definitely book them again.

The music, skating games, D.J., trick lighting, and huge wall T.V. was amazing! Most importantly the employees were upbeat. That is a must at all childrens fun spots. Other notiable mentions are low prices, arcade, rentals for all ages, storage lockers and small snack bar with bench seating available. The restrooms were clean, but its my opinion they need a much needed update. TIP: Call ahead to make sure no parties are booked before you go.Grandkids and Grandparent friendly! I havent skated in decades, but I was able to skate right along with my grandkids using the same mechanism seen in picture below. Who cares what I looked like. My grandkids think Im cool. A family who plays together stays together

Great place to go skate. Had both of my kids birthdays there. The only reason this isnt a 5 star, is because I feel as though there is an impatience with some of the staff members. After the party ended today, without asking or a single word, the remaining pitchers of drinks were removed from our table when we werent done with them. Thankfully, after almost an hour, the replaced it for us. I will return in the future and I would recommend then as well.

Too many little kids to be able to skate fast without knocking them out and the parking lot is way too small. The staff is really nice and the place is pretty clean so thats a plus.

My first time skating, I had a blast

Went for the adult skate. It started late for a work night. If you read the description of adult skate on their website you will be upset at the goings on. If you are an adult and want to skate go with an open mind and have some fun. They have those lil walkers for people who cant skate a lick. There were all age ranges there the Sunday night I went. All skill levels too. One dude was doing some Olympic style dance skating. It was a fun night out

Skaying for everybody, the only not to good is they have one window cashie, so, the line is long if you dont ahow up at time, people with kids, everybody desprganize at the begining, but they have a lockers, bathooms, some food, I was with my friends Adults for first time and was very fun!

I absolutely had a blast with my family and the place was just like it was 15 years ago. My only concern is one of the employees who made a very rude off comment to a family member, but thats what happens when the staff is just a bunch of teenagers. Otherwise everything was great!

Other than dodging kids I had a great time. I may have to commit to adult night for better music

We had our 6 year old daughters birthday @ Skate Galaxy, price was good, but the service was great. Very helpful and friendly. Food was unexpectedly awesome! Great place for a party, kids had a blast and so did the parents.

Not good at accepting constructive criticism. Not professional. I am a level 6, expert, local guide... And I have NEVER seen anything like this.I am adding this as an edit: There might have been a chance of me coming back... But when I added my review, the owner replied, tried to bully me or intimidate me or something. I will be telling others of my experience... On every platform. The owners need to learn how to take a little constructive criticism, without threatening reviewers. Absolutely abhorrent behavior. Not becoming of a business owner.

Rented rink on a Saturday morning for a double kids birthday party. Staff was amazing in helping us set up, guide us along schedule-wise, and repeatedly ask if we needed anything else. Money well-spent, all the kids and parents had a blast! Thank you!

Was told to leave when my 7 year old step daughter was in the middle of opening her presents. So the entire family had to grab all the kids and presents and she opened them in the parking lot. Save yourself 200 dollars and go to the park.

A cool place to bring the kids for the weekend! The ring is smaller than I thought, and the kids have a hard time following the safety instructions, but other than that a great time! Adult night is a blast! People should get the word out!!!

Had my daughters 11th birthday there. The staff was absolutely fantastic and accommodating to every need. Highly recommend!!!

Their free skate lessons are awesome! It is really cold in there during the winter months. Their food also needs a little work. We ordered a pretzel and there was yucky brown water on the plate when we picked up the pretzel and it tasted awful. However, the staff is very nice. They also have walkers you can rent for the new skaters and special skates for kids with no experience.

We have had great birthday parties here but the kids are getting a little rough in there. Just go with your kids and they will have fun!

Great skating rink for little ones as they rent scooters to toddlers and have trainers for the kids who are a little older. It was a bit too crowded for awhile, thats the only downside.

Love it they was really great with the kids showing them what to do and how to do it when it comes to skating, the kids want to go back every weekend now.

Really had a fun time. Will definitely visit again soon. Good family environment.

I wouldn’t request going if your child have problems, or like to start problems with other kids. y’all could have handled it differently. the lady at the door could have gotten ALL the children in. instead she got the color boy who did nothing but defend him self. while the little girls of no color hits him more than 2 times. uh? the least he could do was cuss. and y’all mad ? okayy. do i smell racism ? i could have started recording. maybe you would have handled things better, like i said the lady at the door could have gotten all the kids and learned the story . instead of jumping into conclusions. shame. sad that we live in a world like this. i understand that you would have “banned” the other kids, but they weren’t there so you didn’t have too banned the little boy. that wasn’t right.

Weve had 2 birthday parties here in the past 3 weeks.This rink is run SO well! It provides a safe place for skating, the concession stand staff is helpful and friendly, the rink staff helps keep skaters safe if they fall. Great place for family skating!

As a father of three who have had several birthday parties here, I wont be having any more here. I wont do business with someone who wont accept a critique without reverting to childish shaming. Heck, I gave them four stars. These are the times, the business owner says. Yes, these are the times.

The owners and staff are among the best of all skating rinks in the country. The facility is always clean. They are always paying attention to the customers needs and safety. I always feel comfortable leaving my daughter there knowing she is in good hands.

Would highly recommend going to Skate Moore over Skate Galaxy. The facilities (and most importantly the staff) offer a lot better customer service.20 of us drove over 45-minutes from across the state just to skate at Skate Galaxy (because of the great reviews), just to be turned away because a party had reserved a spot 2-hours prior.Even though its 2019, I was told by the manager that Skate Galaxy has no way of communicating this information beforehand to its customers.I had called the night prior to confirm availability. We all showed up, then were turned away. We tried to find a way to make this work, and pretty much was disrespected by the manager and the entire high school staff.Long story short, do your research, save your money, and avoid Skate Galaxy at all costs. (Can someone please bring back the Rockin Roller Rink?)

Would have been a wonderful time if It wasn’t for one person on the staff. Apparently they are too good to answer questions or be nice to customers. The staff member wearing OSU gear in bedlam day was a complete (&$@?!)-yeah I’m calling you out!! I spent $120 for my daughter and some friends to skate and she treated me like something stuck to her shoe. Hey, if you hate your job, quit don’t make everyone around you miserable because you don’t want to work here. this is a fun place with kids and music and god forbid people that ask questions. Simple Advice- be nice to customers you’re not the only game in town and there are other options for Saturday entertainment.

We had a family death which meant we needed to change our plans. Skate Galaxy helped us during our time of need for our boys birthday party. Its a great location, friendly staff who cares about there customers. Its amazing they handled everything.
