I have been going to liberty for over 14 years and today they really disappointed me, I stood in line for over 30 minutes while a mans friend came up, and he helped him right away while I continued to wait . They had a lot of workers doing a lot of nothing great job not really .

We had a bad experience here. We showed up and waited at least 15 minutes. It was crowded and all, but there were people standing around behind the counter. Im not privy to the way the business works so perhaps there was a purpose to them standing around. I dont know.So, then when someone did help us, he had no clue what he was doing. My wife asked for 5 of a specific item, and he brought back 5 boxes of the item. She explained she wanted 5, and not 5 boxes, so he said he didnt really work the counter and didnt know how to sell individual units. But he would get someone who did. So we waited another 10 minutes until someone else came over.I dunno. I think next year we will go to one of the many smaller stands in the area. I think the prices at all the stands are relatively close, and Id rather have good service and pay a little more anyways, if thats the case.

Second year to purchase from Liberty. Awesome variety and they have a huge field where you can launch your fireworks without breaking the law.
