Great location, cheap close parking. The atmosphere was awesome with great seating all around. The only thing that confused me was the 2 order minimum per person. Next time I’ll buy the package deal to save time and money. Make sure you come hungry because you have to order food/drinks it’s a non negotiable. Which is a pretty ingenious business model...you want tickets for $30 to see an solid comedian? We got you...but you have by $60 worth of food and drinks. All in all great experience will be back!
Had a great experience overall only reason not a 5 stars is cause our waitress didnt know we were there.. Had to ask someone after 15 minutes from being seated and almost time for show to start to get our order.. but will be back.. Hopefully it was a random situation..
Great place, Super fun. Two item minimum or they ask you to leave. If the menu was a bit bigger I wouldnt mind. Cant pick your seats even with the higher prices tickets. Might get stuck under a cold fan.
It was fairly good. Spent $60 on food and drinks before tip, shouldve gotten the $25 a person deal i guess. The website said seats for the $12 tickets (Thursday) were sold out, so we had to get the $20 premier tickets, but there were a couple empty tables in the back and middle. The volume wasnt spectacular. The food was pricey compared to the competitor, drinks were probably the same, my wife likes the other places mixed drinks better, I liked the the beer selection here a little better just because they have drafts. My only major complaint is they dont stop hecklers after their first time yelling something even though they say they will, which is annoying to me in the audience. I guess if the comedian doesnt complain about it thats on them, and one of the audience member grabbed the comedian as he was walking off stage and wasnt confronted by the staff about it.
Staff was very nice. Not many choices for food. Plenty of over priced drinks. House wine was reasonable. The pork nachos were not the best. Hardly no meat. To many olives. Not enough cheese. Nachos need a redo!
The best comedy club in okc Ive been to. First come seating but there isnt a bad seat. Dont get too tipsy Ive seen multiple people asked to leave by security and comedians. They have bar food I suggest eating light meal before and having an appetizer and one of there cocktails!
The show was great and it was my third time being there. Food continues to be less than average. I ordered a Bahama Mama and it was clearly made with tequila and not rum. The last time I was there I had the popcorn chicken and ordered it with the sauce on it. It was drowning in sauce and they did not put anything protective under it, to prevent it from leaking through so it ended up all over the small table. Attention to details seems to be an issue. Also with us being in a pandemic, it felt like the facility was packed to 100% capacity so it made it that much harder to truly enjoy the show and experience. My neighbor kept bumping into me because we were not spread out enough.
Great comedians, horrible service. None of the food or drinks were correct. Bathrooms dirty/non functional. Told to leave immediately after the show even with my friend still in the bathroom. Got two tickets free with the purchase of one of the comedians merchandise, wont be using them!
Me and my girl had a lot of fun tonight. We can respect anybody brave enough to hop on a stage and try to earn those hahahs
Love what this place represents for the city and for the soul.Good laughs and good vibes are abundant. But please, update the menu. Paying $11 for a sandwich with all bread and no meat isnt the move. Bring in some food trucks to help spice the menu up or something.
Awesome place and first class staff!! Showed up to the club on 11-14 to see Jason Mewes for the late show. After waiting in line to get in I found out that I had made a mistake and bought tickets for the show on 11-13. After the hostess told me about my mistake our party of 6 went into the bar to have a drink and game plan our next move. After the line died down I went back to talk to the hostess to see about a refund and or if they had any seats. She said they were completely sold out and that I could use my tickets for a future show of my choice. Went back to the bar and was approached by security asking if we were ready to take our seats. After telling him the story he said hold on and came back with some signed movie posters and told us to hang tight he might be able to get us in. I’m guessing the manager (Not sure who) had comped us two tall tables in the back and we got in. So thankful for the people involved that made this happen for all 6 of us. Will definitely be going back for some more laughs and good times!!!
Loved the spAce, the service, And the show. Ill definitely be returning
My husband and two of his friend seen C. Holcomb and had a great time but said the service was slow. The next weekend we had a date night and seen J. Blue and we waited almost 30 minutes for anyone to even say anything to us once we got to the table. The day of the show my husband received a call fromRobert stating that we would be compensated for the difference because the show was over booked. We asked for Robert when we got there like he asked my husband to do and he was nowhere to be found. We ordered several drinks (2 shots, 1 beer, and a mixed drink, and some loaded chips/fries) which we had to eat in the dark with no silverware. The wait staff is very slow, and we could hardly hear any of the comics that night. I would suggest putting some speakers (surround sound) in the back by the kitchen. Other than that it was a great place and very laid back. I would also suggest putting a woman at the front door. Not being sexist or anything like that but I would like to see a woman at the door. Just my opinion. :)
They have some great comedians. We always choose the clean comedians. The only problem is that the gentleman that introduces the comedian is not so clean. I think you should save the raunchy stuff for when the more risky comedians are there. But we love to go Chicago. The food is good the staff is friendly. Its always a good time
Had a great time. Marlon Wayans was hilarious. We will be regulars
Just saw Jason Mewes and he was great! Food and drinks were yummy! Lots of fun!
First you purchase a ticket and don’t get a choice where to sit, even if you get there early! We arrived there early with plenty of seats near the front and we got set in the back corner. Horrible by hostess.Second the security staff I understand need to be strict but that doesn’t mean have attitude or be unprofessional when speaking to people about the mask policy.Lastly the service is very slow if you don’t immediately order a drink it felt like. And they kept the place like furnace. So hot and muggy. (Some might like that part).Definitely DONT RECOMMEND!! I’d rather try another location or stay at home and Netflix.
Been there twice. I have had a blast both times. And well definitely return.
I had a great time last night with a few caveats.Lets start with the good. Parking is close and reasonably priced if you want to pay. The line for the second show moved slow, but given the Covid situation I feel like they handled it efficiently. The venue was a good layout, large but still intimate. The staff was polite and available the whole show. The Pulled Pork Nachos were tasty. The beer was cold and the pitchers weer appropriately sized and priced. The staff was masked for a full capacity crowd. The sound system was crisp and performers were easy to hear and see.Now to my issues. The A/C was underpowered with a full capacity crowd. It wasnt sweltering, but there was not enough air to keep it comfortable. Mine and my girlfriends drinks, which we paid for doubles, tasted like there was maybe a single shot of alcohol in each, which was highly disappointing. There wasnt a mask requirement, which I know is a sticky point, but at full capacity I feel it would have been warranted. Its a great place for comedy, the food was good, the sound system was clear, and the beer was tasty. Ill be back again.
The headliner was great! The drinks we ordered would not have been delivered at all if we didnt remind our server when he made the last call at our table. But all of that could have been overlooked and not really a huge disastisfier as much as the emcee for the evening. She was out of her element and her material, besides being weak, was totally gross coming from a small girl that looks like shes 12. I couldnt wait for her to leave the stage.
Saw Marlon Wayans tonight and he was HILARIOUS! Club was pretty packed (as you can imagine with having a star there!) Wish they had more room, but Service was great and Marlon Wayans and his opening act were AMAZING! SOOO glad I was able to go!
Saw Jon Crist this evening. Place is very professional, clean, & very respectful.
Great location lots of parking. They have a variety of food and drinks at great prices with fast friendly service
Fun atmosphere, and funnier comedians! Enjoy the mini arcade and bar in the lobby, and the food and drinks were great!
Ive been here three times and have not been disappointed! Amazing comics, great staff, nice layout, good drinks. I dont like the chips on the pulled pork nachos, theyre too thick for nachos but the rest of the ingredients are great. The cheese curds are very good!
Loved it!! Ms Pat was funny and entertaining, the food was overpriced and the server was slow, but Ill go again and bring more friends. This was my 1st time there.
Gave it 3 stars the comedians were great! However the alcohal drinks we ordered tasted horrible. Bartender needs work. And the loaded chips tasted like chips covered in cheese the were put in a microwave. No wonder they force you to purchase a min of two items cause who would willingly reorder that?
Really amazing. we went to the roast event they held and everyone did amazing. it was hard to even decide who won at the end. Amazing time I will be back
I went as a party of 4 we upgraded from general admission to the gold package. The drinks were wrong the waitress was great and the opening acts were ok. The sandwiches were awful all bread no meat. What killed it for me and my party had security come to our table twice. Once for participating when the comedian asked the crowd a question and another for talking at our table. I understand in the rules there is no talking at the table as I told the manager but we were simply trying to figure out what apps, drinks and sandwiches we were each going to get. The security and manager ruined most of the 400$ night for us. Thankfully the headliner was funny( even though my group didnt agree) I will NEVER go back to this establishment again!!!
Went and seen Carlos Mencia for the 1st time. Couldnt of had a better experience. The staff was very friendly and pleasant food was good and show was awesome.
Great place to go to for live comedy entertainment from local as well as celebrity performers. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Enjoyed Felipe Esparzas show the last time I was there
We had a ball there. We had a great time, enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and non alcoholic drinks!!! Will go back for sure.
Had such an amazing time seeing Lenny Vanhorn! Very funny ! 10/10 .! Would definitely recommend
Absolutely love this place we finally have a proper comedy club
The staff is great The comedians they choose are great and I always love to come and see my locals got to cheer on Lenny Van Horn the most awesome Julie Drake and Mr Justin was also funny cant wait to see them all again bricktown comedy club totally recommended for their awesome drinks and customer service!! WOOT WOOT FOR GIRLS NIGHT THURSDAYS!!
New place. Really needs to work on their timing. Doors were suppose to open at 6:30 but they did not start letting people in until 7:15. And you just have to wait outside in line for that even though there is a game room/bar on the way in that could be utilized to ease the experience.Since everyone comes in at once, the kitchen gets slammed so food comes out awkwardly. We ended up getting a dessert before the appetizer we ordered. Not a big deal, but odd. The food was overpriced. We did not get our checks until the comic was done, which is another timing issue because it prevented the team from clearing the tables and getting the next group inside.I recommend wearing shoes you can stand in and bringing cash so you can get out quickly (though I am not sure how that works if you are trying to get photos.)The place has a ton of potential, especially if they can partner with that game bar as a waiting and ordering space, but in general they really just need to figure out how to move people in and out faster. It would also be really nice if I could just choose my seats online when I buy the tickets. I know that would require some work, but it would drastically improve all aspects of the experience if we just had assigned seats.
Service & entertainment was awesome! Will definitely do again.
Clean space, good food. Youre paying Bricktown prices but they dont skimp on servings or drink sizes like some places. The only draw back is that there are a couple of support beams and we were unfortunately behind one so I had to lean side to side all night in order to see. Ill definitely be back! Ill just make sure to request a table that isnt behind a pole.
Always a great time, staff is accommodating. Top talent in the world. There is truly not a bad seat in the place.
Be aware ... Do not interact with the comedians. You will be ask to leave!
Horrible service. Place was chaotic and staff was very unorganized. Show was great but hard to enjoy with so many simple serving problems. Drove from Tulsa but will not be back.
Everything was good except the food which was gross and grossly over priced as well. I had nachos and it was like cold stale cardboard that I couldnt even pull apart and my friends popcorn chicken wasnt any good either.
First time going to a comedy show really great experience food and drinks are great the service is amazing premium package is highly recommend I got it for my first time going and I was in front row center the comedian was right in front of me!
My husband and I booked tickets to Josh Blue hours before the show (got a babysitter last minute). Robert called because there was a glitch with online booking and didn’t want us blindsided when we showed up since our premium seats weren’t available. He more than took care of us. He even met us at the door when we arrived to apologize in person and take us to our seats! What could’ve been disappointing news turned in to the best experience due to Robert’s hospitality. We came back for Pauly Shore and Robert came and said hi as soon as he saw us. We got to talking to him after the show only to discover he is a great person, inside and out. This guy showed us the best hospitality, exchanged stories with us (including us discovering he has earned a Purple Heart), and is a main reason we have fallen in love with Bricktown Comedy Club! The comedians are hilarious, definitely some big names, and with management like Robert it’s icing on the cake!
Everything was great! We got there at 6 and they checked us in and gave us our table assignment. We waited in the connected bar until they called for us to go into the club. We were quickly seated and orders were taken. We got our food and drinks timely. The people drinking alcohol said their drinks were a little strong which is different than previous reviews. Fried cheese curds and popcorn chicken were exactly what we expected. Cant go wrong with those choices. The show was great!
Comedy was okay. The no talking policy made us feel like we were in pins and needles the whole time afraid to get in trouble from the bouncers.
Weve been twice now. Both times we have had pretty good seats and service. Service was a little slow and frazzled but friendly and food was good and reasonably priced (sandwiches eh). Its SO hot during the show. Please get this fixed especially for the summer so we arent sweating and uncomfortable all night! We want to come back soon. We know its still new and will take some time to get things down but are happy you are here!
Show was great. First time there. Drinks and food was very good. Cant wait to go back
Good entertainment. However, It’s very inconvenient you can’t choose a seat selection online. Show starts at 10:30, Doors open at 9:30 and I ALWAYS buy premium. Somehow I manage to get to the door this time at 9:30 (exactly) bc last time they told me it’s first come first serve for premium around the stage. I walk in and the lady gives me another side stage seat. I asked if I had a choice for front and center and she replied “no” This is your seat. I looked at the chart and saw all the center front seats already marked off. I’m curious how that even makes sense since you can only check in an hour early and I was the first one there at 9:30. I’ve been to Tommy Davidson, Eddie Griffin, D.L. Hughley, and paid premium for all. They don’t track their customers or know who keeps coming back. I’m even willing to pay more to not have to get here an hour early and sit in my car until the show starts. It feels like a southwest flight. I hope you all make this right and reach out!
Truly enjoy this place and how their set-up is!!
Great comedy club. Ample seating. Great view of the stage and reasonably priced items on the menu. Will definitely be booking other shows.
Just walked in last night for a show. It was free gir open mic night. We are going back tonight for another show. We had a great time!
Went to see C. Holcomb & Aries Spears both times the service was mediocre. Sat in the front row for about thirty minutes with no server. I had to get up and tell the bouncer guy to get someone to serve us. To make matters worst, the drink are HORRIBLE! Very nice sized drinks but tastes very bad. Even my vodka soda was nasty. It tastes like they use some type of bitter syrup & too much alcohol. Other than that, the place is chill & laid back. Shows are always great!
Great atmosphere mega funny comedians! And a host of star performers!
Great environment, welcoming staff, entertaining acts; certainly worth the money spent.
Nice atmosphere in the Bricktown area. Great national acts and special events for local comedians. Open mic event on Wednesday evening.. no admission fee for that. They have a small but tasty selection of food and all the libations you could want. Area parking starts at $5 so be prepared to shell out to store your car. There is a bar/arcade connected for your pre and post show entertainment. Friendly and helpful staff.
Eddie griffin gave a memorable performance it will not be forgotten Im just upset he didnt take a picture after all the trouble we went to get him Kansas city finest bbq sauce for his birthday gift
The white hot chick at the front desk with the nose piercing and dark hair was super friendly!!!! Loved the experience she created great customer service through and through. Except the security guard with the Mohawk he was a bit exaggeratedly aggressive. The service was okay kind of slow but expected as they were packed.
Andrew Conn and Catfish CooleyWhat a Great Performance!!!
Friendly staff, good location, inviting atmosphere and great comedians!!
My experience this time was considerably different than last time. Last time was to see Drew Lynch, pre-covid. The comedy was hilarious, but the service was lackluster. I waited over 30 minutes for my 2 item minimum, but then again, the venue was packed. This time, the service was much better, but the acts were... not. Its a shame when the opening act garners more laughs than the main act. The last 15 minutes or so was just painful. Does one blame the venue for that, though? Theyre not all gonna be gems, after all.
I went here with my fianceè a couple weeks ago. This place has a lot of potential, but needs a lot of work if it wants to be considered a good venue.Positives:- Lots of high quality comics have performed or are scheduled to perform here. Theyre doing a good job booking talent.- Staff is friendlyRoom For Improvement:- Food and Drinks.Theres a 2 item minimum order per person, which they say is normal and helps pay the performer---Im totally on board with that. The problem is theres not a lot to choose from on the menu, and what we did receive, wasnt good. The drinks were bland and the nachos were terrible. I would have been more satisfied if they threw some tortilla chips on a paper plate, sprinkled them with some shredded cheese, and microwaved it for 30 seconds. I wouldnt even care which brand chips. Or brand cheese. Or how many watts the Microwave had. It would have easily been better.- We got our check after the comic was already done. As others have stated, the timing with things seems off.- Staff didnt bother with annoying customers. There was a table in our vicinity that was talking throughout the performance and had their phone out (at peak brightness) multiple times. The staff never said anything to them. I thought this was odd considering they start the night off clearly telling everyone not to do exactly the things these people were doing.- The ticketing/seating process is unorganized. I get how they are doing it. I just dont understand why they make it so hard on themselves. Randomly assigning people to a table one by one as they come in isnt efficient. It also probably makes it harder on the wait staff to keep their tables together.Overall, the venue is okay. For now, I wouldnt recommend going unless your absolute favorite comic is in town. It could be really good though. If they start spending a little more time on their cocktails and food items, and find ways to be more organized, Ill check it out again.
Had a great experience for a Sunday 1pm special event with Trevor Wallace and also Michael Blaustein. Booking online for 2 was easy and will call just as much. Staff were awesome, welcoming, professional and friendly. 2 order min, not just drinks. We tried a couple things from the kitchen. Chuck Norris sammy with cheese curds: and Loaded Chips:we couldnt finish the chips between the 2 of us. Drinks, standard. They do also have some pretty awesome sounding mocktails if youre not drinking alcohol. Atmosphere was nice, facilities were clean, overall a good experience. So much so, we wanted to go to an evening event and booked tickets to another show the moment we left. Will update again after.
Definitely one of the worse places you could go in Okc . The atmosphere is stale and the food is gross and overpriced. Also Wednesday night comedians repeat the same jokes every week. Boring
Place was amazing. Customer service was even better. Would highly recommend this place.
This place was great! We went tonight to watch Trevor Wallace. Us and another group of people had the same glitch saying our tickets were for yesterday when we bought them for today. But they got us in and made sure we got our vip meet and greets too! The customer service was great!! I’m so grateful that they made sure we got what we paid for. Awesome show!
I love the vibe here..Ill definitely be back
The entertainment was great! They did make us line up on the street in the cold right up until we were seated for the show. Theres also a 2 item minimum purchase required and the menu is a little sparse, so if youre the designated driver, you might have to buy something youre not going to eat. And refills arent free either. Youd think to encourage less drunk driving theyd offer free refills or something if youre not drinking, but I guess they have to make money somewhere.
Great evening with friends and TJ Miller was awesome.
Great comedy club experience. The service was good and the performers were excellent.I take away one star only because the sound where we were sitting in the side corner wasnt quite loud enough. Additional fill speakers would go a long way toward filling out the dead zones I was sitting in.I would definitely go to the Bricktown Comedy Club again.
Had a great time while enjoying a welcoming entertainment shift in Oklahoma. Foods a bit pricey, but cooked to order and was pretty good. Headliner Drew Lynch and his entourage of preceding comics made for good night, looking forward to going back. When the comedy club packs the house be prepared to be seated with another couple if theres only two of you attending.
Great place great service very fun place.
Aries was hilarious. Food was better than I expected. Not great but better than expected.
Great atmosphere, good food. Lots of laughs!!!
The comedians weve seen are AWESOME. But the service is the terrible. They always take forever to come if they even come at all. And then do not check on you afterwards. And Lord forbid they make a mistake. Have to find manager or go to front desk because the waitress never comes BACK
First time here and was super impressed. The loaded chips are LOADED! The place is large and great view from every seat. The mixed drinks werent the greatest but good enough. I just drank beer and was great the whole show.
Great idea with poor execution. We had to wait standing in line in the cold for over an hour to go in although there was an empty bar inside. We had arrived at eight thirty for a ten thirty show and the bouncer asked if we’d like to go in the bar. We opted not to but when we returned at nine then everyone was made to stand outside. The seating is good. The acts were great. The waitstaff was great but it was clear they were understaffed or disorganized in the kitchen. My daughters ordered food which they said was tasty. My husband and I ordered cocktails which tasted good but were VERY weak. He ordered their signature Thunder drink which touted being their strongest drink with a limit of two, which he drank after another cocktail but never even felt a buzz. I had three cocktails also and felt like I had only one.At the end of the show there was a huge line for the women’s restroom. Whoever decided 3 stalls was sufficient for an establishment serving alcohol was grossly mistakenThe other comedy club in town is not as conveniently located, but the drinks are better hands down and you can enjoy yourself in the bar while waiting. I doubt I’ll come back to this one.
Went to this place for the first time and had a great experience. Everything seemed very well organized. The place was packed on a Thursday night and people were still getting their drinks quicky. The room was quite warm, but thats to be expected when you pack that many people into a basement. You may have to sit next to people you dont know but thats a great opportunity to meet someone new! Theres a two drink minimum but the drinks start at 5$, so its really not a hassle. Will definitely be back!
This place and the staff were great. Wife and I enjoyed the show. Premium tickets and packages are well worth the price. Well definitely be back for another show.
We visited the bricktown comedy club and had a great time. The staff was friendly and professional. We had drinks as we waited and during the show. The drinks were good and not over priced. The comedians were good we laughed the whole time we were there. We will be going back to have a great time again.
Great club. One of Oklahomas hidden secrets. Great staff and delicious food. The waiter kept our drinks full and the drinks were strong! We loved this place. We will definitely go again.
I went here for the first time and loved it! Ive been to a lot of comedy clubs and this was the cleanest, nicest one yet! The drinks were good and the staff was so friendly and organized! Im already booking tickets to go again.
We enjoyed comedians but the staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional especially the girl in the front who could not control her eye rolls and facial expressions. We were looking forward to a fun night with a group of friends but as soon as we walked in the front door our experience was awful. I do want to give a compliment to Robert for helping with all the issues we had. He is the only one there that was helpful and not rude.
We had an amazing evening.
Love the show!!! Great atmosphere and customer service. Will definitely be back..
I love the intimate set up of the room. The whole setup of the facility is very smart and the staff is efficient. Just research the comic before you go!! I would think that would be standard but...maybe not lol
So excited OKC has this concept now!Been a huge fan of Drew Lynch and I was able to go see him here! The place is a little tight, which isn’t too big of a problem, but it did get a little warm in there. Drinks were excellent and the wait staff are 11/10. Already can’t wait to see another comedian!
Awesome experience! Friendly and professional staff. Didn’t try any food but it smelled great. Drinks were good as well. Hilarious lineup of comics. And decently priced tickets. Chairs are a little uncomfortable but that’s my only complaint!
Cool spot in okc . Drink were good. Show was good saw bert for the 7:00pm show. Read a lot of negative reviews about the line for will call, the line was huge but for a big name act its nothing to complain about. Also read a lot of negative reviews about service . For a sold out show the wait wasnt super long for drinks or service if you have patience and understand it is a sold out show. Only really negative thing was the heat it was very hot to the point bert was complaining. Also a AMF cocktail cost $8 and the house drinks were all around $12.00 or less but a single shot of capt morgan and coke was $14.00 . All in all a cool spot and will for sure be back for Piff the magic dragon and A lot of other shows
Great food and drinks, also saw they had a small arcade room didnt get to try it though, due to it being a 1 item minimum for the arcade as well as a 2 item minimum for the comedy club. I didnt want to spend any more for drinks or food but if youve got the money for both I bet its tons of fun.
I think this place will succeed HUGELY, once they are open for a few more weeks. Not a bad seat. The service was slow, but again, they were only open 3 weeks since I had been there. VERY NICE STAFF!
Bricktown comedy club hosts some of the funniest comedians and the food and drink arent half bad. The staff there are really friendly too. 10/10 would have a good time here again.
Fun spot with big headliners. Drinks arent over priced
