I had a really fun time! The staff was really nice. They were super accepting of how i dressed. I felt very comfortable once i was in the door. I met a really nice customer too! Hope we meet again ;)

The business is aware who their clientele are, yet make no effort to stock products for those people to buy. To make matters worse, customers appear afraid to browse upfront. They walk in and dart to the video booths, which is easy to dismiss as discretion, but really its just that customers do not feel they can move freely about the store. You cant expect them to buy products if you have them feeling like they cant browse the store.You need to stock products the clients want and hire staff that push products and maintain order without running everyone away.

Out dated equipment didnt have anything rechargeable selection was very limited to expensive.... The place made me feel like blah....

The staff screams at you to keep putting dollars and and the dollars only last 15 seconds and then they yell again and yes its the nastiest most unprofessional bunch of guys Ive ever seen.. Theres a reason its dead and no one goes there

I Purchased a toy from them put it together and tested it before I left and it did not work, The staff witnessed this including the manager and still would not give me an exchange or a refund!!! And compared to any other adult novelty stores in the city everything is considerably overpriced!!!

TERRIBLE! I wont be going back as long as that SCREAMING NIGHT SHIFT FEMALE EMPLOYEE has a job there! The most unprofessional worker I have ever seen. .Anywhere! The business has to be showing a noticeable dropoff in revenue while she is there! Ive been stopping there for 20+ years but no more. (There are more details than I can put here but would gladly share them with anyone interested)

The night guy is a complete jerk. Here I was the only person in the building, and asked if a different movie could be shown in the theater. You would have thought I asked the man to donate a kidney. He ranted and raged so much i simply left. Hes definitely not a asset..

All good non-judgemental on my stuff. I wish they had more first run magazines and not just 2 and 3 packs.

Terrible !! Bought a toy from them and it worked for 5 seconds then wouldnt work again. Staff very rude ! I dont recommend this place to ANYONE !
