Played it for first time in July of 2020. Course was in pretty good shape. Interesting holes that mostly play longer than the card says. No idea why there are no ball washers, garbage cans, or tee box signs...all useful items on a golf course. Greens were in okay shape, rolling at around a 11.5, so fairly slow.Pretty good value and nice variety to the courses in the Lansing area.

Looks like a nice course but dont really know. Closed until July of 2020 claimed due to virus and new clubhouse but it looks like the same trailer. Now that it is open tried to play but you cant after 4pm! What a joke! Who runs this place? Owner must be sitting on $millions. Maybe you can play if youre unemployed......

Great morning of Golf on this Fathers Day weekend. Even with all the rain, the good course was excellently maintained.

Great course for the money. Many great courses Im the Lansing area but this one is still a good value.

Course was in our normal rotation for years. Course used to be well kept and manicured. The last two times the course has been getting worse in condition. Tee boxes were weedy and unkept, Greens were okay but slower than they’ve been in the past, rates are also up while course is down. Will be skipping this one for a few years

Terrible condition. Manager was rude. For 65 dollars you would expect much better. Will never golf there again.

Cart rental too high. Sand traps are mud traps course is excellent

For $65 for 18 holes, this course was in very poor shape, especially given the course opened up so late. The greens were in very rough shape and the tee boxes were full of weeds. The sand traps were all like hitting out of mud. Very dissapointed with my experience for the cost to play. Many courses that charge this amount to play are in much better condition. Dont waste your money!

$65 for an average, at best, golf course. Count this as Ill never golf here again.

Great price for 18 and cart using my Tee Time discount book. Tough course (back 9) even from senior tees.

Not sure why crew airrated the greens during our approach, before we played on. Then mower was on our fairway on 6. Bad for us. Trashed the greens, no respect for paying guests and our tee times. Need signage to 1st tee and 10th, and directions from 9th green return back to cart lot.

Not the same course that I was used to playing the past few seasons. Wont be going back any time soon. Very disappointing.

Its an OK golf course near my house. The price and bargain is pretty good but its a little patchy in spots. The lay out is kind of wonky too. However I will stress that a wonky day of golf and beer will always be better than a good day of adulting.

Beautiful and challenging course. Worth the trip no matter where you are in Michigan. I think the back nine is nicer than either the front or back at Medalist.

Well maintained course with a fun approachable layout. The course is great for the casual player, but still has challenges for someone playing from the tips. Having a cocktail(or three)on the back patio is a great way to end any round. Chris (the pro) is always helpful and Ive been to a number of well run outings here.

Great golf course, would be nicer if they had sand instead of dirt in the traps.

Great place to golf, friendly staff. Only complaint is the bunkers. Need sand!

One of the best values in the area. Very good course kept in great condition at a very reasonable price.What makes the place is the staff. Everyone from head pro Chris to the great guys and gals working at the bar and grill out back are friendly and professional.

A well maintained course with a challenging layout. The diversity of tees afford challenges appropriate for various skill levels. My wife and I play in a couple league on Fridays in the summer and love it! Club pro is great and the staff are both competent and friendly. My ONLY complaint is that there are a couple of quirky holes due to insufficient space for 18 holes.

Course is always in great condition. Greens are so consistent. Staff is great.

I have loved playing on this course. It is kept in good shape and is reasonably priced. The front 9 is full of long wide open holes with 2 par 3s scattered in between for good measure. The back 9 is much more driving-oriented because if you dont hit the ball straight and in some cases(hole 13) over the 100 yards of hazards in front of the tee, it can make for a long and frustrating game.

Will not be playing here again. Born and raised in Okemos, decent golf course, but the staff in the club house were extremely rude. Take your money elsewhere.

One of my favorite courses in the area. Feels like an up-north course. Would highly rate and put in the category of Timber Ridge and Hawk Hollow.
