This is the best consignment store Ive been to in years!! Organized, clean, and friendly. Highly recommend it! And the first Friday of the month Kellie serves lunch... Fantastic!!

Kellie is great. CONSIGNMENT jewelry/ jewellery rocks!Epic selection of 1-of-a-kind fine jewelry finds... FOR other item (clothing) prices are pretty dang good. Typically they have a tag sale. Checkout is not old lady thrift store SLOW but isnt rapid either. Selection is confusing esp if new to the area or just passing through.Only legit place in the region Ive found.

Way too much stuff in a small space. Stuff is everywhere. No desire to go threw stuff due to organization. Prices slighty high too. Everyone wants people to shop local but for used clothing. No thanks and some of it recently came from 2nd time around (shut down). Their stuff was cheaper!

I medically cant wear a face covering with a note from doctor. I went to check this store out. They would not let me in even though our governor says that you have to wear a mask UNLESS YOU ARE MEDICALLY UNABLE TO. I will not return to this store nor will I recommend it to others.

My mother took me to this place while I was visiting from NYC and it was love at first sight. To my surprise the selection is comparable to the shops in Manhattan (better in some ways, even). Last time I was there I found an Oscar De La Renta silk pajama! Be prepared to fall in love with chiffon dresses, fur coats, and cocktail jewelry. Xo

What a shame. I have always wanted to stop in and check this place out, I met the owner one time and she was very friendly. I needed to get out of the house today and thought I want to run over and see this place. I’ve always wanted to pop in over the years. I walked in, went immediately to the right which is where their couture items are located. I love shopping, looking at nice things and always willing to drop a few hundred dollars on items for myself and family. The lady behind the counter there didn’t even acknowledge me until I said hello, how are you?“ Good” was the reply. No greeting to me, no offer to talk or ask what I was there for, made me uncomfortable so I didn’t even continue to look in that area. Move down to where the cashier station is two girls standing behind the counter talking to one another, look my way and never said a word. I continue to browse, at this point I really want to just walk out, because I believe when you have someone in your store or restaurant you make them feel welcomed and that was the opposite of what I felt. I grew up in Okemos, I believe in supporting local, small family businesses but this one however needs training on how to treat customers. The shop itself is huge and set up very nicely. Great signage all over. That’s why I gave it a 3. It’s not the owners fault her employees don’t care about her customers.

It can be a bit of work to dig through the selection here, but it’s possible to find some real gems and I generally find the prices reasonable.

I found the store too crowded to really enjoy you need a day just to look. There were too many different rooms for my taste and there were current styles mixed with outdated items. Lots of clothes, jewelry, accessories and furniture to look through.

Was going to buy a yellow tag item that was a $1.00 dealClerk said that it was more than I quoted, I informed her of the sign outside, that items with a yellow ticket were $1.00. Petty you might say, but your suppose to honor the price you post.Interesting enough the sign hanging outside on the rack of clothes was being brought inside by the same clerk. Stopped by for the first time. Pleasant employees, excellent selection, variety of prices. There is so much to look at that I missed the directional signs at first, so I just enjoyed wandering around. There are fitting rooms readily available, and the store is spotless! I wish that I would have planned better, I ran out of time and didnt make it downstairs. Will be back for sure! Lola was extremely sweet and helpful as well as Sophie. There was even a tent sale today!

Great value. However, you need to be realistic. Sometimes they have what you need, sometimes they dont. This spring I picked up a pair of jeans that retail new for $120 at Mens Warehouse. Today, I got a pair that retail for $100 at the same place. I purchased each pair for $12. You couldnt tell them apart from new. Sweeeet!

Its 2 floors, most the furniture is downstairs and all clothing, jewelry and accessories are on the main floor. Ive been here a few times never had any positive encounters with the staff especially when I asked about how consignment works and when I call on the phone (when they pickup after a few calls)They had prom dresses for $10 when I went. They also have colour discount but its confusing as the orange is 40% and the red is 80% honestly I couldnt tell the difference between the colors. 40% should be green or something. If you want to consign here clothing isnt the best option for that you should go to 2nd time around, its besto to consign anything that isnt clothing.

Im popping in to add a description. Ive been living here temporarily. I will be leaving for good soon, and I just had to come back one last time. I might have to put some furniture in for consignment if I dont have room in the Uhaul for everything, and this is the first place I thought of.

Kellies Consignments has tons of variety when it comes to furniture, clothes, etc. Kellie also does a fantastic job with estate sales! Highly recommend!

This place is overwhelmingly large, but seemed very nice when I stopped in, I would be willing to go back without a doubt. It seems to have a lot of different styles, and could cater to a lot of different tastes. I believe there is furniture downstairs which I would be curious to see, but I did not have the time to look when I stopped. Be prepared to spend a good hour or so here. Location is a little strange, but seems to be getting traffic.

This is a absolute Scam. They dont allow any value to BrandNew M.S.U. clothing including jackets and sweatshirts. Eventhough they have never been worn and still have price tags on them. I had 8 Brand New items they were only going to give me$40. for. If they even sold them allthey wouldnt total $45. so they wouldnt give me any money only in store credit. There was a woman before me they werent even giving her fair value for what She brought in. For ie. She had a brand new NFL hat they only offered her .25 for it! They aretotally disgusting and a embarrassment! I took my 20items back I wouldnt be ripped off.I felt much better donating everything I had to charity!

I have gotten so many great sweaters here for so much less than I would have spent elsewhere and they have always been in great condition.

A lot of nice clothes and furniture at good prices. Only saw 2 people who worked there and werent pleasant. It was my first visit there and had no idea where to pay for your items.

If you can afford the brand of clothes that you like.. I bet you will find it at Kellies! I love Chico’s clothing, and I can buy gently used Chico’s clothing (actually they look brand new!) at a fraction of the cost there! My husband also loves this store! They also have home furnishings!! It’s a destination that you will love!

Great consignment shop. Definitely allocate plenty of time to wander through this place. Clothing (men and womens), home goods and furniture... Great finds here and there and a decent place to consign/sell some of your unused items.

I love Kellies! It kills me to pay full price for clothing, but I also like to wear fairly new and in fashion stuff, so high quality consignment is a God sent. Kellies has a wide selection of clothes for all age groups and styles which turn over regularly. They have a lot of brand name goods, but never sacrifice quality for the sake of the brand name (looking at you platos closet). Its fantastic walking out of the store with high quality, like new clothes for a fraction of what youd pay for retail!

Always an interesting store to explore. Today I scored an Ann Taylor dress with belt @$7.20; Fabrizio Gianna pants @ $24.00; Talbots dress pants @ $7.20 and a beautiful Smith Brothers chair with ottoman @ $120.00. 3 colors of tags were discounted! Big smile here!!

Found exactly what we needed.

I went in today for the first time for some good Halloween finds and was surprised to see the selection of things they house. The top floor is dedicated to Kellies clothing and another vintage shop called Decades which refers to the stores variety of aged, yet well preserved, items. In the lower level of the store you will find well kept furniture and in-home decór. The store does not smell bad at all like VOA or Goodwill, in fact during our trip to Kellies consignment there was an employee there vacuuming and making sure the store was neat and clean. They also have sales associates on every corner ready to help you. Its a really neat place!

I was flabbergasted at the variety Kellies Consignments has to offer. This is not your typical consignment shop - it is like browsing a mall. So well organized, so much to offer, clothing, jewelry, shoes/boots, furniture - you name it - Kellies has it!

Theres an entire section of like new golf stuff also.I would definitely recommend this consignment store. The inventory is all quality stuff. The prices are also reasonable. As with all consignment places, its a treasure hunt and the inventory is always changing.

Consignment nightmare. I took 4 of my formal dresses from undergrad to Kellies Consignments to be sold in late summer. They explained the process to me- that they keep 60%, and my cut would be 40%. I was fine with the terms. I kept checking back on my consignor access account to see if my dresses had been sold, but my account stayed steady for months, so I assumed that only 1 of the cheaper dresses had been sold (based on the amount they owed me). Just a few days ago, I called them to let them know that Id be coming to pick up one of my dresses because an occasion came up and I needed it back. I was informed by an employee named Tami that because I had not been back within 6 months, my dress had been donated to charity. Mind you, this was an expensive dress and I had NEVER been told this would occur if I didnt pick up my garments in a certain amount of time. I was extremely upset, and instead of answering my questions, Tami informed me (albeit repeatedly) that I could come in and speak to a manager. She couldnt even explain to me the details of my current account balance. I went in the following Monday, and spoke to a manager who was much friendlier, but told me that because I had not come back within 90 days, my dress had been donated. So first, it was 6 months, then 90 days. Even though my dress was valued over $100, I was never contacted. I would have gladly picked up my dress had I been notified. I absolutely will never do business with them again, and I suggest anyone who is considering selling garments through them to steer clear. Their employees (Tami) do not have simple business or customer service skills, and they give away items without explicit permission.

Their tag line says it all. Expect the Unexpected. I love this place, and to be honest I didn’t think that would be true when I had first stepped thru their doors many years ago, I have never been the consignment kinda girl, boy was I wrong! Over the years Kellie had continued to grow her business and it keeps getting better and better! I have always been impressed with the women and men’s fashions, the fun and funky jewelry but now with the furniture! Wow. LOVE.

I always come in here and leave with more than I planned but the prices still do not break my bank. The clothes are in great condition. Many hidden gems on these racks. They have a designer clothes section. One thing to note however is that most of the items are for petite women. Be sure to try things on before purchasing.

This was my first time ever going to Kellies, I had heard that they had good prices and a good selection. What I was never told is that their staff could really care less about answering a question or helping a customer on any level. I really liked a dresser that had down stairs and was ready to buy it right then and there. When I finally found a groups 4 employees all pricing clothing in the same spot and asked for help because I had questions about furniture, they all looked at me as if I was stupid. In addition if you ever consider trying to buy furniture from them, make sure your have someone that can do heavy lifting and have a truck because it was stated to me by a women with shoulder length bark hair that “we don’t load and don’t deliver” however they DO expect you to pay more by hiring a moving company to the lifting of you can’t. Honestly I was mostly appalled by their lack of helpfulness and curiosity. Very very rude!! I get better customer service at Goodwill!!!
