Well it is pricey it is really fun. if you are playing the whole time an hour is plenty of time because you will be exhausted. Make sure to follow rules so you dont get injured. Its a great family activity.

My son and his friends LOVE this place. Lately it seems like they have been every weekend. They are 9 and never get bored, always begging for another hour. The 1st time I took them in a young woman named Angie at the front desk helped me. She was AMAZING! Great customer service! The last 2 times I have taken them i look for Angie and she always greats us with a big smile. She is so friendly, professional, quick, helpful and I just love her!!!!

Fly high an awesome trampoline park but only if it is not busy, compared to get air that can accommodate for a decent amount of people and still be enjoyable. The air bag is very cool however I do wish there was a full size foam pit because those of us who like to be adventures have less forgiveness with an airbag. Also the vr and nerf arena seem to be broken every other week. The Zeppes inside however is an excellent addition. While it may not be the smartest thing to est before or after jumping around, it sure.does hit the spot everytime.

Kinda pricey but if you I promise you will get tired within 30 minutes. Its a very fun place. An 1 hour there will seem like a long time because your so tired.

My sons birthday was amazing there! Angie and Jasmine were phenomenal. They took great care of our party, were extremely nice and just all around awesome individuals! Thank you gals so much! Give these two a raise!

Bleh. If you feel like spending half your paycheck for an hours worth of play go for it. It was clean but smelt like feet. I brought my toddler and there was so many kids I didnt feel like it was safe for her play. Which is okay. Just sucks we paid all that money. Not going back anytime soon. We have a tramp in the backyard.

This place is lovely, a great environment for your kids & family. It was clean, and they sanitized frequently. Sunday mornings are the best, they are quiet, and very enjoyable. Jasmine & Kennidee seemed very happy, and cared about the customers, taking time to talk to them and making sure they were comfortable and having a good time. The arcade, food court, and the park itself was so fun, my kids were never bored. Thank you fly high, will be coming again. :)!!!!!!

We visited Ogden more than 2 months ago, bought 1 month pass to this trampoline park and they continue charging my credit card without my permission and despite multiple calls dont refund those charges. Every time I call they promise to resolve this and send me a confirmation, but nothing happens and a few weeks later they promise the same. I understand that mistakes happen, but its getting beyond ridiculous, it looks like I wont get my money back without disputing those transactions with my credit card company and wasting more of my time dealing with this.Update: they contacted me next day after I left review, acknowledged again that the charge was in error, however I still havent received a refund and they arent responding to emails anymore.

Super fun. Great arcade. Super awesome trampolines. I got hurt jumping off of something. But over all it was amazing.

I love taking my kids here, its a very family friendly environment. Their service is incredibly fast and the staff make sure their jobs get done! I definitely recommend taking your kids here for a fun evening out with the family.

I have NEVER seen a place like this before. I have always wanted to attempt a Ninja Warrior course, they have one that is thankfully shorter. I will not deny that it took me about 20 or 30 minutes to complete the first obstacle, but I dont care. I had fun with my neices.

I have visited Fly High several times with my three children and some if their friends. The park has always been clean and the staff friendly and helpful. There is a variety of trampoline activities for all ages. My kids ranged in age from 3 to 10 when we first visited Fly High and they are now ages 7 to 14 and still thoroughly enioy it. The upstairs is open and has lots of nice large tables and seating making it a great place for birthday celebrations. The upstairs overlooks the trampoline park so you can easily see your children at all times. Downstairs has very limited seating. Prices are kind of steep but average compared to other trampoline parks Ive been to. Discounts are offered certain days and times so plan ahead. Overall a fun time.

I had so much fun at Fly High with my two little ones! An employee named Jasmin showed us around. Her customer service and positive vibe made my kids feel even more excited. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean place to take your kids.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have taken my son here for years, partly because one of the owners told me they would be supportive of the fact that he has a prosthesis. Nope! One of the girls who works there was following him around and getting after him for everything he was doing and has done there for years without anyone saying anything. And the manager defended her! There were other kids there doing the same things he was, but she targeted him. We were there less than 10 minutes and all we heard was “You can’t do that.” Nobody deserves to be treated like that. Especially since this is one of his favorite things. Sad that kids with disabilities are treated different. DON’T go here!!

My Son was was slightly injured while jumping and 4 employees including the owner came over to us to make sure he was ok. This is a great place and they do a great job making sure it’s a good experience for everyone.

Great family fun! Clean and exciting. Arcade is a little lacking. Only 4 to 5 games operable out of all the games displayed. Wish we could give half stars...probably 4.5!!

It was really fun I went with all my friends and we had a blast! The only bad thing was that we had to wait just a little if we wanted to do something cause they wernt always somebody at the spots we wanted to be at.

So check it, you take your kids theyre having fun. The staff is like hey adults can play too. So you give it a shot and have the most fun you ever had! Super awesome and huge trampoline park, and they have an arcade if you have someone in your group that doesnt know how to have fun.

Fly High was so much fun! They honored our birthday party reservation even during the social distancing. Alexis was super helpful. I forgot drinks and they provided complimentary waters for every jumper and had soda pop available when I was ready for it. I was worried about cleanliness normally being such a busy place but it was quite clean. I even noticed staff going through different stations when they were not being used and cleaning. Thank you fly high for making my daughters birthday so much fun!

Clean and organized. Uniform colors inside so it doesnt look like a hodgepodge of equipment. (Which I appreciate very much) They offer military and law enforcement discounts which I appreciate even more. They also have massage chairs for parents to utilize out on the playground floor while watching the kids. It was $10 for 30 minutes. Oh... And they have an arcade as well as a snack bar.

It was fun I suppose, but they do not care about the safety of their customers during the pandemic in the slightest. They had way, way too many people there; they advertised a deal as soon as they opened to convince people to go, which to me seems rather sleazy considering they shouldnt want the place to be crowded. It was definitely crowded. It was clear to me that nothing was properly sanitized and that virtually no necessary changes were made to prevent the spread of disease. It felt gross being there, and its skunky and immoral for them to allow their costumers to be unsafe so they have more business.

The cleanliness and fantastic customer service was a welcome sight to see after being cooped up in the house for so long. My kids were so happy and excited to finally jump and spend all of that quarantine energy. The kids are already begging us to go back.

We love this place. So much fun for the whole family. We even took our babies and they had fun. Dodge ball on the big tramps in the back was my favorite. I mean who dont love to throw a ball at their husbands face with some G force!

Fly High remains our favorite.Fly High has it all: performance trampolines, foam pits, high adventure course, parkour, obstacle course, Dodge ball, air filled pits, long trampolines, arcade, great customer service, a swing, the spinning arm on a octagon tramp, pizza, Zeppes, open on Sundays and more.Seriously! Who would of thought thought that In Ogden, UT you would find the best trampoline park. If you read this review, consider yourself in the know now.

Fly high is definitely a must if you want to bring down at least 10% of your kids energy. I bring my son here because he loves it and dad gets to be a kid too. The staff is awesome. They always have somebody looking out throughout the whole gym, making sure your lil people are playing safe. If you get a chance to meet Ashley, she is 1 of the staff leads there, she is great. She will take good care of you and you little ones. Be ready to keep up with your kids, this place has alot of fun jumping activities. Didnt get a chance to try to food, but there is always next time.

My husband, children and grandchildren love this place a little stinky lol but watching everyone get that much exercise while loving what they are doing is worth a little stinky feet smell so many different things to do!!

I had my son’s birthday party here and the staff went above and beyond to make the day wonderful for him and less stressful for me. I forgot to order pizza so the manger went to pick it up for me. Erin helped with the party, communicated everything very clearly and took time to make sure the party was going well. I can’t say enough good things about this place, especially the staff ️

I held my son’s 4th Birthday Party at Fly High and was so impressed with their events coordinator, Erin! She handled every detail for me and was in touch multiple times beforehand. The facility including the trampoline area and private room were well maintained. Kids and parents all had a blast! I highly recommend Fly High for your next party/event!

Rented one of the party rooms for my daughter’s birthday party. They all had a blast! Hadlie was amazing! She really made sure everything was perfect and kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed!

This is a good place for kids to get rid of some energy! The trampoline park itself is pretty clean. Safety of course is an issue in these atmospheres. They have teenagers walking around monitoring this. Some do a good job, some could care less. My daughter got hurt once cuz the air didnt fill up a bag she jumped in and she hit the ground. The teenager I got was very quick to check her out and help. Luckily she was ok. Just a bruised shoulder. There arent many parents watching their kids and some of the kids are VERY inconsiderate and dont know how to wait their turn or care about the safety of others. The arcade ripped off about $10 off our cards as a lot of the machines didnt work. Near impossible to get anyone to redeem your tickets. But if youre watching your kid and just going to have them jump for an hr, not too bad a place.

This trampoline park offers hours of fun for your kids. Foam pits, dodgeball, and obstacle course to name a few. Bathrooms are well kept. They have a water dispenser to fill up your water bottles. You can keep your stuff safe in their lockers, plus charge your phone, at a cost of course. The menu items for snack bar is good. Kids seem to go for the Zeppes Italian ice. But they offer more than that. All in all, Id definitely recommend bringing your kids here. Keep in mind it can be a bit costly for jumping, socks, arcade playing and food. But the memories are priceless.

Details about cost of party VERY unclear until the party is over and they drop a big bill on you. Incredibly disappointed about the base price and the confirmation email appearing to be one cost even showing the number of jumpers etc. Base party price includes the table and paper plates/cups. You pay full price for every jumper on top of that (plus socks), including the birthday kid . Bill was over double what was expected and manager Erin would do nothing to correct the situation, just swiped my card and showed me a printed paper under the desk that was very clearly printed, where the website & confirmation email were not. Fun place to have a party... just know what you’re getting into and know that collecting their $ is more important to them than keeping a customer.

To use Fly High you have to sign a waiver and have to agree to a lot. I have no problem with that, but when I went inside and saw that NO ONE monitors the safety at this business I had many concerns. Signs say no running, yet most every child in this very crowed facility, was running as fast as they could go from one trampoline to the next. Running across the ones other children are jumping on. This business needs to do the right thing and have employees monitoring the designated areas to keep children safe. Ive been to trampoline business in Salt Lake City that do just that. Fly High is an accident waiting to happen. Craziness!

Really fun place but we were not able to do half of the activities. When we asked to do some of the activities at 7:45pm the staff informed us that they could not let us do the activities because they had to cleaning up for the night (1 hour 15 mins early). Vacuuming and getting out early were much more important than making sure paying customers have a fun time. Paid for 2 hours only stayed one because you run out of things to do so fast....

Went to a work party here. If I werent so old and fat it would have been more fun. They have the most amazing massage chairs all over the place perfectly suited for old fat people.

This place is awesome. My kids love it. I really enjoy watching but want to join them next time. The prices aren’t bad and they have deals throughout the week.

This facility is a little on the smaller side but they get good marks for cleanliness and cool features packed in the small space. There is a food center and an arcade as well.

We bought a membership for the summer. We canceled it, were charged again anyway and told to bring in our bank statement for a refund and to cancel. Obviously, we didn’t do that. We called the next day, spoke to a manager who refunded the money and said she canceled it. Woke up this morning and guess what? Charged again for the month. Go here if you must but DO NOT give them your credit card.

We just had my 10 year old little girl Kayas birthday party at FLY HIGH and her and all her friends loved it.. I also want to thank our party coordinator for all her hospitality making everything run smoothly and she made her party AWESOME... THANK YOU HADLIE.

My grandson loved this place. The 1st thing I noticed was a stinky odor. Not sure if it was stinky feet or something else, either way they need to get some fresh smelling air in there. It looked and felt a little dirty to me

We were super impressed with the staff. They played with all of the little children and were very welcoming. We went with pretty young kids (1.5, 2, 3 & 4) and I was skeptical about paying for the older three kids. But they loved it and were not trampled by anyone. Even the littlest (who we figured wouldnt participate) enjoyed some bouncing. Well definitely come again. A fun way to exercise and enjoy family time.

This place is awesome. There is so many activities to do for young and old that you will never get bored! Personally I love the super trampolines and the diving air bag. They do deals almost daily so definitely look ahead and have fun while saving money!

This place is jam-packed with things to do! From obstacle courses to dodgeball, youll be hard pressed to fit everything into one visit! They also have a food court and arcade to keep you occupied when you need to take a break. I picked up some Zeppes after I had my fill. Take the time to stop by, because its worth it!

We still like it though- kind of like our kids.Update: We like coming here (the smell has drastically improved, btw- my pregnant nose thanks the owners ), but man, Thursdays (college night?) not the night to come. Big kids throwing footballs and hard basketballs near two and three year olds. Boo.

Thus is a good place for the kids, and some adults to have fun. My kids always have a blast while playing there, and sleep very soundly later in the night after jumping around so much. This is the 2nd time we have taken our family here! Our kids like it a lot, we like it because the building is clean inside and out. We liked them on Facebook and got a discount.

Love going here with my boys just be careful so you dont break an ankle or sprain it so bad it turns colors and looks broken. I may or may not have done this however it was my doing trying to stop someone from jumping on my youngest so do not feel they are dangerous place is a blast

We attended the special needs hour this morning. It was fantastic! Well definitely be back. The whole place is very clean. Bathrooms very clean and smell fresh. Massage chairs for parents just wanting to relax. They keep it very cool in there. If you dont plan on jumping bring a cardigan or light sweater. Employees were very helpful and kind.

I have taken our kids to a bunch of different trampoline parks. Love that they have no slip socks that everyone wears. Clean environment, friendly staff and good snacks. They have a ninja course and a dodge ball course.

This is one of the best trampoline parks i have been to. There is lots of room and different variety of activities. They have dodge ball, a rope obstacle course and a american ninja warrior type course. (just way smaller). It defiantly is a great place to get exercise in. The staff were really nice and helpful and kept the place clean. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is pretty expensive for a trampoline park. I would definitely go when they have a buy one hour get one free promo.

Great place to have the kids durn off some energy. If you have little ones go early as the age and activity level increase the later it goes.

This place is amazing. Spent some time here with our family recently and had an absolute blast. Lots of padding which helps with safety. The snack bar has a nice selection and isn’t too expensive. Overall you just can’t go wrong with Fly High.

We had my sons birthday party there. The price was excellent, the service was amazing, and it is perfect for all ages everyone left completely happy. They did all the set up and clean up.
