I feel it very necessary to leave a review on your employee, Ethan. My son lost his phone at your facility on Saturday, and after calling all week, Ethan went above & beyond to personally search the foam pit and find the phone himself. He called me multiple times to ensure he had the proper description on the phone so he could locate it. He was really nice & patient the entire time, he even stayed an hour after he was supposed to be off work to make sure my son was the one who received his phone. Thank you so much, Ethan, youre a prime example of what a good person is!

Fun, awesome place for kids to go and enjoy themselves. Heck, even adults!! I know I always have a blast. I have a 4 almost 5 year old and a 7 year old so I jump with them to make sure they dont get hurt.

We went on halloween and had a wonderful time. The staff was great and the whole place was very clean except for the bathrooms.

This time was better than our last. Our hostest was a little more attentive, so I didnt have to stress.

Took my 3yo and 7yo and their 3 cousin as for their bday. I had prepaid online for a table upstairs when we arrived other people were at our table they didnt have anything set up for us, we had to ask 4 times for our complimentary case of water finally after an hour an half they bring it to the table by that time we were almost done with our 2hour jump party. They were over crowded. But the kids had a blast so thats all that matters right. Definitely will be back but not for parties

Loved it! For any 1st timers remember. (You need to get online & sign a waver electronically. Go a lil ahead of time if youre on a schedule, it will take around 5-10 minutes to be completed). Been coming here since they opened & its a great distraction for your kids & you can actually play with them! Its fun, safe, & a great workout. Also you need to purchase the required socks, & you only need to purchase them once. Just remember to bring them next time you come around.

Place was clean, some of the staff was friendly others need to stay home with their attitudes. The kiddos said it was allot of fun. Trying to get passed the front counter takes a long while, employees act like they dont have enough training on the computers. Other than that it was pleasant.

Having frequented this establishment enjoying grandchildren’s birthday parties and friends birthday parties...or for just an all out fun time, Altitude Trampoline Park delivers!!! The party area was the appropriate size for our event.. The staff is accommodating and courteous with professional recommendations for set up....The only con that I have for this establishment is that to hold an event there is very very pricey!!!! They don’t allow outside food! So make sure that you plan accordingly as far as your guest accommodations....As for jumping were concerned no child was disappointed trampolines everywhere ...You can jump nearly anywhere in the building with games and fun to last for hours....to include dodgeball !!!!! At 46 I had a blast!!!!!

We had our childrens birthday party here over the weekend and it was everything that we expected it to be! We all had a blast! Even our guests! The staff were very nice, they got us to our reserved table right away, and they got us the things that we needed. Our host Krista was SO very helpful! Krista was so attentive to us, and she even refrigerated our juice pouches, cakes, and cupcakes until we needed them. Altitude also provided us with our pizza, plenty of water, paper plates, and plastic utensils. We will definitely be returning to this establishment! Thanks for helping us make our kiddos party a success! :)

Amazing place to enjoy with you family. The kids will definitely love it and also very enjoyable for the adults. They have a party section, staff is very helpful and always on top of it for when you need something. They have a wipe out zone, basketball and a pushing each other of balance zone. So you will definitely not get bored

My daughter went to their summer camp in August and she loved it. I was happy with the price and what all went with it. The communication with parents could have been a little better, I would have liked to be informed of what was served for lunch and the days activities.

Really fun place to go with the family! Kids love it! Only set back is that there were not enough workers for some of the games! Restrooms are clean! Service could be better!UPDATE**Last time we went they opened all areas, we had so much fun! They also added a slide which is way better than that free jump they had before!

Fun for kids who cant sleep at night. Lol. Lots of trampoline games, rock climbing, dodge ball, etc. I gave 3 star because they over booked and very crowded.

I took my 2 sisters my son and daughter. We loved it so much. There was a skinny girl who helped us at the beginning she was so sweet, but then I went to buy waters and an employee (short, chunky) was very rude. This was today (7/26) between 2-4. Rather have friendly people for a fun place then rude teenagers.

I was expecting a simple access for entry. Not going to lie, the management is poor. The workers are slow without taking the time into consideration. Just to summarize it up POOR MANAGEMENT.

The place is nice for kids and adults as well. However ticket vendors are too slow. You spend almost the same time on the line trying to get a ticket than actually jumping.

Make sure you sign your waiver before standing in line. You can get on your phone, Google Odessa Trampoline Park, and complete it or go to the kiosk to the right of the entrance. Kids had a blast!

Went for our first time her with my niece and nephew security was rude about telling us parents we needed to purchase band and safety socks to watch our little ones. Im from out of town and never again will I visit this place worst experience ever.

Will not go in there again I do not appreciate being kicked out because an employee told my brother in-law that he had to wear a shirt that had Mexico on it instead of his shirt with Texas on it. I mean there was no adult employee there ever. Just young kids. I thought anyone could go and have fun. I didnt know only certain people could go.

The kids loved it. It was comfortable to chill while the kids played. Organized and clean.

This place is okay for an HR maybe 2 but no more very an HR for 2 is around 30 bucks no adults seem to work there just a bunch of very young kids that I seen so young you even question if they are of age to work they have very little control of the place they make you sign a very long waiver that you dont have time to read so I dont even understand how that can be held up in court if something did happen but its a ok place just make sure you watch your kids because it us a mad house ran by kids maybe 5 cool things to do there and thats it

Good place to be at. A little weird that they let so many people at a time but maybe the day I went was really packed . Place needs better AC/HVAC system. It gets really hot in there, plus the smell.

Great time with the kids lots of activities basketball, dodgeball, and foam pits. You can rent out a table or just go jump its fun for kids of all ages. They do have lockers for you to put your stuff up but most of the time they are rented out. It is a busy environment so if you have little ones its best to up and supervise them as there are older children jumping freely.

Some rudeness from the check in person, but the play area is well kept. Should have better management over the dodgeball area. Adult was throwing some bonecrushers at 7 year old kids...4 for fun, 3 for management.

It was so much fun! All kinds of different trampolines and setups to have fun on, and it even had multiple foam pits! The prices went bad at all, and the employees were great. Theres a rock wall too, granted its rather small. Would definitely come back and recommend!

This group of very young kids are doing their best, Im sure. What is lacking is the adult supervision! This place is so disorganized. Im very sure they were way over building capacity. I saw a young employee attempt to stop people from coming in. She refused because she was too cold. They need to revisit how they run this place. If you completely book the birthday parties, the place is packed!

Total chaos. So kind of coordination at all with the kids. They just run wild even jumping on smaller kids. Plus the workers walking around are just either talking to each other or looking at their phones

Kids had fun. Area that parents set in has only backless metal picnic tables and 1 tiny TV. Table had about a month worth of spilled cokes and snowcone residue on it. Better to be in a situation where you can drop them off.

Ive been to several Altitudes across the state and for the most part Ive had a wonderful experience there with my kids, but this place is a freaking nightmare. I went there for a kids birthday party and they had a line outside the door waiting to get in like a dang night club. The place was so packed that it made me question the buildings capacity limit. Whats worse is they dont have enough staff to handle so many people. I know we think our kids our angels, but when you let them loose in a large trampoline park they get a little crazy and they need someone to settle them down every once in a while. Ill most likely visit an Altitude again, but not this one.

A very fun place to expend your energy and the hyper energy of the kids. Its safe. The place is padded, and therere staff monitoring the areas. Of course no safety equipment can prevent injury if the person him/herself doesnt place his/her safety first. For its price an fun. Ill keep going there with my family.

Its great. Im a kid and an employee was really nice and told me its okay if im scared and that I could try but if i didnt like it i didnt have to go. I made a lot of friends and everything is great. I love this place and its my firs time going here. Yhis place is wonderful. Thank you.

Need to figure out the computer system. Closes at 7 but at 605 PM they announce if your in line to pay that they can only do 30 minutes of jump time. I know computers and people are smarter than that to be able to charge by the minute at that point. Made no no sense and really loss of income. Thats a no brainer. 55 minutes of time left to jump and only charging for almost half that.

Always have a lot of fun here. One of the receptionist had the hots for my bf and let us stay longer, im not mad lol

Boys had fun but staff was just standing around instead of opening up other play areas cause they are all young and standing around flirting. Beside that it was not to crowded at the time we went it was clean..

Great place to take the family for a fun time! But be prepared to drop some $$$ its not cheap and you will definitely have happy, but worn out kids. We loved it. They need more seating and to put in fans with so many people there.

Love it here!!! We go to toddler jump and it is very kid friendly! Staff could be a little more engaged but hey they are young teenagers so they are doing their best. We love the trampolines and the dodgeball area. The yellow trampolines are super fun! I have a hard time getting out of the foam pit but thats because Im old lol! I jump every time we go with my grand daughters! Its simply awesome! The facility is always clean and so are the rest rooms. We love the socks! They are top quality!!!! Definitely worth the $2.50 which I think is the cost. I love them becuse I can get my 2 year old to wear the socks around the house when its cold because she feels they are special jumping socks! This is a great family place and if you follow their rules it can be fun and safe for the whole family!
