The vibe is cool but the bartender is too busy flirting and talking and taking shots to take care of her customers . She lets people stand at the bar for 10 plus minutes before she will even acknowledge them . It’s really unprofessional and she’s losing the bar tons of money . It’s like pulling teeth to get a drink .
