6 months later and Im still waiting for my pro-rated refund. Ive called multiple times over the past few months but havent received anything yet.Update: after calling a few more time, they finally mailed me my refunded.

Calm and safe place

Have lived in this community over 5 years. Its a safe place to live.

My brother lives there

Everything was ok until they asked my husband to pay the rent again, yes again. I found out the next day and spoke to the lady in the off and she assured me they would not deposit the check, well they did, 2 weeks later and 5 phone calls we still do not have the check, she keeps blaming it on him, whoever that is. I asked to speak to him, she stated that she was the only one to talk to and hung up on me...Very bad business...I wish I could give it ZERO stars.
