I came in last night with a some friends and we had a great time! Really enjoyed the bartender with the red hair, she remembered our drinks even though we were not sitting at the bartop, she was funny and very nice. We will definitely be coming back because of her amazing service!

Love going to Rick’s! Best club in Odessa. They always treat you like a king in there. My waitress Alina was an absolute doll and was constantly making sure I was taken care of! If you go there and take care of Alina, she will take care of you. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I always love coming here the champagne room was my favorite, but now I have to say I don’t enjoy walking in with a table full of girls who cannot speak English or someone just sit there and not communicate with me I’m going to spend a lot of someone in the champagne and expect communication. I remember the old days with old management were they would actually clean up a bit now it’s like this place has more Cubans than Jaguars. What is this place a Cuban resort? And to top it off all night is all you hear CUBAN MUSIC. What happened to the gentlemen’s club I use to love spending my money on no wonder it’s all going down heal now

When you have to call the dancer to the stage 3 times and all she does is lay on the stage and dry hump it its just sad. At least provide enough entertainment to make it worth the cover charge. What is the point of having a pole if you arent even going to use it.

A true Oasis in the desert. Upscale Gentlemen Club with a Vegas feel. Full bar and kitchen. Cant beat it.

It was surprisingly empty, but everyone was cool as hell. The woman up front made you feel extremely welcome and at ease. Candy (the dancer) was very friendly and sociable. Everything was clean, or appeared so. I have been to several Ricks clubs over the years, and except for the low energy due to no crowd, this is easily one of my favorites.

Great service thanks to Phoenix, she definitely went above and beyond!!!! Will be coming back because of her!

A couple weeks back my friends informed me there was a new place called Ricks. When we got there we were greeted at the door by the manager (Tony). He immediately made our entire group feel welcome, and treated us like royalty. We decided to get a booth and a bottle of Vodka. The girls were really nice looking and extremely friendly. Throughout our entire night (which was a blast) The manager (Tony) made several trips to our group asking if there was anything we needed. I literally felt like I had a personal assistant waiting on my every need. If you want to go to a gentlemans club and not a strip club This is the spot for you.Pros- Amazing staff, reasonable prices, very clean facility, bathrooms were very very cleanCons- Not really a con but I wish it was closer to Big Spring but the drive is worth it.Overall great place and I hope this review helps you.

Do not use a card..they held by husbands card at the bar....then we got the bill they charged him $424 for suposive dances at 1:38am, yet he tabbed out of bar right before 2am. Also only receipt they could produce in the dispute was signed by the bartender, not him..be careful!wish it would let me add the photos of the receipts, Ill show you!

Kiki came and sat with me and just made me feel like the only man in the room long conversation a drink or two I don’t remember that’s how good of a time I had there ! Without a doubt ricks will be getting all my money and Kiki too! thanks Shawn for suggesting ricks . It was exactly what I needed and will definitely be going back ! Side note gentleman don’t be disrespectful to the ladies bring more then just 1 dollar bills, these ladies are worth every bit of what they are asking for! See you again kiki! Also I would suggest some more slow r&b music so that would set the tone for the ladies to be more sultry and seductive, it doesn’t set the mood if the girls are trying to give a dance to someone to kid rock or something like that you know just my thoughts can customers request songs ?

I really dont get why there is any bad reviews of this place. im a truck driver and have been to a lot of different clubs and this is right up there with the best of em. they serve drinks and food. everyone i met was really friendly and helpful. most of the girls were ok but Nina was beautiful and cool af. I will definitely be back.

Figured Id make them money, and make me some money.So I call Ricks Cabaret. The women who I first spoke to was super nice, and answered all of my questions. She told me to call back, and talk to the manager KEN. Not so lucky for me, I actually had to listen to this guy speak. The most Degrading, sleezy, disgusting, discriminating, man I have encountered in a long while.So, he tells me that they have curtain requirements for there club. Ok, cool. Dont come in looking like your 67. Check, Im 27 years old... Still in my 20s!!! Second requirement, dont be fat... Ok, come on I know what obese is, and I know what over over weight is. I do not fit that criteria. I told him that I wasnt fat, but that I wasnt skinny like poking out my ribs. Whats even more funny, is he asked for pictures. I guess aside from his crude personality, hes also blind.What made me more upset is he said that he has girls that come in this club, that are bigger than him. Now I dont know what he looks like, honestly I dont care to know. However, that is just so unprofessional. So I talked to him, and yada yada he wants to see a few pics. So, I sent him a few. He comes back and says that he wouldnt be able to hire me, try Jaguars I bet youd fit in better over there.Now, Im thinking about all of these things. So, I just decided to ask why. He said you dont fit our standards. I said what are your standards? Then said Im sorry, Im thrown off by your response. I dont usually get turned away, and Ive been to many clubs. Then I said that I am a wildland firefighter, I dont do drugs, I rarely drink, and I dont do illegal anything. Im out going and down to earth, Im professional, I can entertain, I do pole tricks, and give great dances.Uh... I guess if that criteria doesnt fit your standards, then what the hell is Ricks Cabaret doing wrong? Strip club 101.… Some food for thought if you actually want a thriving business. Mixture is a good thing. I mean come on seriously does every last girl in there half to be two inches thick? Im not fat, thanks Ken for your kind words btw. Im also not skinny Im average/athletic build... I do have some tattoos. I have a full body angel wings tat... These wings are for my mother that past away when I was three years old. I also get high complements for them. I dont think I have met one dancer that hasnt had a tattoo of some sort. If its because of my skin color, well buddy we might have a bigger problem then I thought. Needless to say after I asked him how I didnt fit his criteria aka the clubs criteria... He didnt respond. I dated and spent lots of time in vip room and u can do anything. the manager will even do it with you.These are some of the ugliest cheapest shores they would sell their kids for money. Its all about the money. They dont care about condoms so careful I know 9 people that got serious infections.

Im super tired of being given the run-around. Im a dancer thats just trying to work. I get told one day Come back at 8:00 p.m. so I do. I get told then that I need to come back earlier, SO I DO, just to get yanked around again. Its messing with my money and thats not okay.
