Absolutely disgusting. I stayed here with my grandparents for a week and was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. There was blood on my pillow case, mold in the bathroom walls, the shower head was all crusty, invested with spiders, walls have weird black smudges on them, and the sheets had weird stains on them. Do not come here!!! It is a health hazard for you and your family!!!

Really old, outdated, and not well maintained. Took my husband there for his birthday and we ended up leaving two hours later. I had him booked for a massage but they didnt have any robes large enough for him (hes 63) because they had a number of large women in the spa that day. The spa facility itself was very run down and disappointing. As soon as I walked into our whirl pool suit I could see torn carpet and stains. Not to mention there several living and dead bees in the room! The only redeeming quality is that the manager and maintenance staff were very nice and let us leave without charging us a cancellation fee.

It was a nice place with some neat features like a golf simulator room. But its closed now and may stay that way. When it opened there werent many things around it and it was more special. But by the time it closed a few weeks ago it had slipped a little. It would be nice to see it revived or put to some other use, but it will take some creative vision and a lot of money to make that happen.

Rooms were not top quality but they still were not bad. Felt like a maze at first. Maybe its best to leave where the rooms are a little better. But the bar was a great time, The restaurant had a fantastic buffet for a hotel and overall it was a great hotel. We had our yellow ribbon event prior to our deployment. The conference hall was nice and the catered lunch was delicious.

Went for a wedding. This is definitely a resort because it has everything you would need not to leave the compound. Bar, restaurant, pool, etc. It was a little like a maze getting around, but the rooms were nice. Main complaint was that the wedding was 150+ strong and at 4pm. The resort was providing transportation to the ceremony and my room was not ready in time for the bus. I ended up checking in, intoxicated, at 12am. A heavy oversight if you ask me, being that a large chuck of rooms were reserved for this wedding. The location is nice, a bit dark and dated, but nice.

I booked a double queen room for myself and my maid of honor the night before my wedding, just as a girlfriends getaway before the big day. For the amount of money I paid to stay in this room, Im still shocked at the low quality of the rooms. Our ceiling had visible water damage, along with what Im convinced was mold. The wall behind one of the beds had a large bow in it, which although we made jokes about there being a body hidden in the wall, concerned me throughout the night. The fire alarm went off for a good 20 minutes around 9pm and someone just yelled down the hall theres no fire; not even a hotel worker, another guest who called the desk. There were 2 women in this hotel room and we were given 1 partial role of toilet paper, with no additional roles to be found. We ran out in the morning and just had to wait until we got where we were going. The front desk employee had horrible people skills, gave me absolutely no information, just 2 keys and that was it. And there was a very bright light on the entire night right outside of our window, so I got less sleep than expected. I cannot believe what I got for how much I paid. What a ripoff!

My cousin was married here, had the reception, cocktail party and dinner party all at this location and it was perfect. There were 4 weddings on this day at the same time, we couldnt even tell. The staff was very attentive, the food was good and location was beautiful with plenty of space for whatever size wedding you are going to have. Being able to stay here in the hotel overnight was an absolute plus for out of town guests and party animals. This place is highly recommended!

The hotel is okay (the rooms seem really old and the bathrooms aren’t the best); however they charged me an additional pet fee wrongfully to my credit card. I called and told them. The lady at the front desk was nice, but told me I would have to talk to the manager. She transferred me to the managers voicemail and I explained my situation and asked for him to call me when he was in the office. I haven’t heard from anyone since, and it’s been a week. I have tried calling back multiple times and every time there is no answer. I will not be staying with them again in the future - poor management.

I attended a wedding at Olympia Resort in June. There was a conference being held there at the same time. Neither event seemed to interfere with the other. Horrible spa experience... Half of the pools werent working and only one of the heaters for the hot tub was functional. One staff member rudely asked us if we were getting spa treatments or else we would have to leave ... Isnt that why we have space robes on? Anyway, the mens locker room was disgusting... old showers that looked like they werent cleaned and chunks of concrete missing from the stall walls. No water to drink and some nasty old exercise equipment inside. My massage was okay, but my wife had a horrible experience. Turns out the same woman that questioned if we purchased massages was the second fill-in masseuse. Didnt know how to give a good massage and had to rush off abruptly toward the end of the session. To summarize, I would never go back and you should never stop by. Spend the additional money and go somewhere else... anywhere else!

Along with Mrs. P from Ricks and the SPA staff saved our weekend. At the end of the day all these people made my weekend Awesome. The rooms and the resort is very dated. The owner needs to put some money in remodeling and updating the place its so big and could be the place to go to relax and have fun with your girls or lover.

Will never go back. Smelled moldy and like wet dog in halls and our room. My wife was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. She suffers from asthma, so when I tried to check out after the first night I was told about the 48 hour cancellation policy. Restaurant was quality was poor. Id rather eat at Dennys. Silverware had to be sent back because it showed obvious signs of use by a previous customer. Pictures on website show a pristine hotel and setting but when you get there its like an over-grown motel from the 70s. No one was in the hot tub but there were plenty of signs they had been. Ill take a Hampton Inn any day over that place.

I want to give this a three star because the price matches what you get, so its hard to complain, but there were a few things that just detract from the experience. Waiting 15 minutes to check in because there was only one person working the front desk on a Saturday afternoon, only one bartender at the bar for most of a Saturday night had no-kidding caused 20 minute waits to get a drink. No one was at the front desk when my wife and I checked out; after waiting 5 minutes and looking around we tossed the keys on their computer keyboard and walked out. Overall, not bad; you get what you pay for. Hopefully it was just an off day.

Resort could use a facelift, but its nice for the price. The only real negatives I found was the incredibly touchy smoke detector and the security door constantly propped open. Every single time we cooked, it set off the detector. Steam set it off. Other than that, it was a good value place. If youre expecting a premium place, you may be disappointed, this resort is straight out of the 70s with minimal updates.

If there was a way to leave a worse rating I would. We were in town for a wedding and had a room reserved as part of the wedding block. Our room was supposed to be ready by 3. They told us it would be 20 a minute wait. After an hour and a half we still didnt have our room and were late to the wedding. The most frustrating part was me overhearing 2 employees who may have been managers see there was an issue and say I wonder whats going on there? Lets walk away so we dont have to deal with it. Theyre was mold and dead bugs in the window sill, below the windows the wallpaper is peeling because of a dark black and gray layer of mold behind it, in the corners of the bathroom there was more mold and no bathroom fan to keep moisture out, the beds were lumpy and there were crumbs in the bed when I pulled down the comforter and got in. And not to mention the walls are paper thin and the people in the room over were blasting music all night and morning. You could hear them chopping up drugs as well.Great venue for parties and weddings, but they need a serious loan to get the place in great shape again.

I have it a four due to the fact that the event that was being hosted was CRAZY (a 3 day rave) and they kept the flow organized and friendly. However, our room had very odd temperatures. It was sweltering when we arrived and immediately turned it down. After that we couldnt get the temp quite right. The shower situation was HORRIBLE! It never got hot and at its warmest (thats me being generous) the water pressure was barely a trickle. The resort itself is showing signs of being a bit outdated but is still an endless and nice place to visit.

I was very disappointed even despite others reviews. I didnt have the highest of expectations to start with based on what I had read already, but we stayed there as part of a wedding block. I knew not to expect much, but what really bothered me was that I specifically said I needed a NO SMOKING room, and we obviously were given a room that had in the past been a smoking room, and though it is now non smoking, the room smelled like an ashtray. The room was also damp which amplified the smell, so we turned on the heat to get the damp out and the heater smelled too, like it was going to start on fire. Aside from that, and minor but still.... we had one washcloth and two towels, our bed was uncomfortable the paint job was terrible and there were burns in the carpet. The fan would not run continuously, turned itself on and off all night and when it was off..... we could hear everything going on in every room and hallway around us, due to the paper thin walls. Worst night I have had in years. Zero stars if that is possible.

I was offered a $10 discount for my trouble which I found insulting along with a 20% discount off my next stay. I declined the offer to come back to this run down hotel even if they offered me a two week stay for free. we heard they have a new General Manager but he has a lot of work to do to bring this place back to todays service standards. Veronica did the best she could to accommodate us but not having a team that backs her up resulted in us still being completely dissatisfied.

The pools floor was slimy and the pool area was poorly ventilated and very stuffy and uncomfortable. 5. The bathroom door was broken with peeling paint. 6. My friend was getting married so she rented a suite (basically two adjoining rooms with the door off). It was rented so the bride and bridesmaids could get ready before taking the hotel shuttle (rusty passenger van that took 20 minutes for the air to kick on) to the reception hall. When driving up to the front of the hotel it appeared dated and the grounds had basic care (grass cut but weeds in the gardens). When entering the hotel the reception desk is on the right side of the large open space. Staff greeted me and was very friendly. While walking to the room I past the restaurant, outside and inside pools. Pools looked nice but I wasnt there to swim. The 2 room suite was dated and dirty. One of the girls was barefoot for about 3hour in the room being ready and her feet were so dirty when we went to leave she had to wash them first. The lights were dim in the bathroom area making it hard to put on makeup. There are outlets on the walls but the lamps still have internet Jacks instead of USB ports to charge your phone. This hotel is in need of updating.

Stay far far away. At first glance you might think the cheap rate at this hotel makes it worth staying there. You would be wrong. I had a block of rooms at the Olympia for my wedding this past weekend and everything was TERRIBLE. Let’s start with the free shuttle they said they would provide to my wedding party to get them from the hotel to the church for my ceremony. 2 days prior to the event the event coordinator contacted me to confirm the time the shuttle was needed. I confirmed with her between 12:30-12:40 pm. I left with my parents for the church thinking my wedding party was on the shuttle not far behind me. WRONG. The shuttle time was never communicated to the front desk or the driver which resulted in my wedding party showing up 45 min late to the church and almost missing the ceremony. I was told repeatedly there was nothing they could do and that the person who was responsible was no longer employed with them. So, half of my wedding party piled into cars while the other half waited around from a trashy van to get them to church late. Strike 1. Then, I hear from several guests about all of the issues in their rooms. The hotel is pet friendly for a $10 charge. A guest of mine showed up to check in on time with the dog before the ceremony only to be turned away for 30 min while their room was made up. They came back 30 min later and were told the room was still not ready. They can’t leave a dog in a hot car so they missed my ceremony while the hotel took their time to get them a room. Strike 2. My grandparents showed up in 95 degree weather to no AC in their room. Strike 3. A highly allergic guest had a nest of wasps in her room and was CHARGED $20 to have it removed. Strike 4. Another guest walked in to a room without a bed in it and had to have a cot rolled in. Strike 5. And now, 2 days after my wedding I have had dozens of guests calling me telling me the rate $109 +$12 tax ($121 total) is not what was charged rather all kind of charges in the amounts of $278, $139, $157, etc. are showing up on their accounts. I would caution everyone to stay far away from this hotel especially if you are using it to accommodate guests for your wedding. The cherry on top of all of this is that I have emailed them 4 times to try and resolve these issues and left voicemails of which have not been returned. This place is a literal hell hole. Stay away.

Worst hotel experience I ever had, my boyfriend and I had booked a night yesterday (Saturday febuary 18th) to celebrate Valentines Day because we both work long hours and couldnt enjoy it the day of. So we celebrated this weekend, when we walked into our room at first it was nice but then we immediately started noticing issues, the pamphlets they leave out about the hotel were crusted like they had been dropped in water, room service clearly never replaced them because when you tried opening the pages they were stuck together or ripped, we specifically paid for this room because of the hot tub, well we had no hot water and it was covered in hair and dead skin. It was absolutely disgusting, but regardless of that we still tried to make the best of it, we went out to dinner and came back around 8pm and tried to order some dessert through room service and the man at the restaurant said they were closed and werent serving. When on the book of the hotel it said room service was available until 10pm and he said yeah I dont know what to tell you when we discussed these issues between the water and filth and then room service the front desk had an attitude and acted as if it was a natural occurrence to get calls like these, we checked in at 3:30pm and ended up leaving around 9:40pm, because of all the issues. When we checked out they said the manager wasnt available and still charged us full price. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE. For two days I have tried making a hotel reservation for New Years Eve and have become very frustrated!!!!! I write this review in hopes that the way Reservations are handled currently are reviewed and that if the One person who can take reservations is OFF, that there is a back-up plan and someone else can handle and make reservations for those few days while they are gone.Yesterday, I am told it is the Manager who I need to speak to and I am put into a voicemail and assured she always calls back. I waited all day today for a call, and nothing.Today, I call back and I explained yesterdays conversation and the guy tells me that is correct. Only the Manager can make reservations, but she is off until Friday. No one told me that last night when I was leaving a message and expecting to get a call back today. I then asked, is this manager the only one in the entire place who can make reservations and he states Yes for special events like this. OK, maybe it is just me, but that sounds foolish to turn away business. When people call to make reservations, they dont want to wait for phone calls back, they want someone on the phone at that moment to handle their request. So the guy on the phone today explains he can take my request and will have the manager call me on Friday. I am not looking to wait several more wasted days of not knowing if I have a hotel and confirmed reservation. However, reluctantly I start to give my information and state I would like a King size bed, to only be told that it cant be guaranteed. He said I will not know until the day I check in, if I get the bed size I am requesting. Then to only be told that is very common. (I must have been very lucky in my 40+ years of traveling to ALWAYS have received the size bed I requested, since the hotel staff explained this is very common.) I understand if at the time of making my reservations you tell me all King beds are taken, but to say I wont know until I check-in is wrong!Feeling like I was just spinning my wheels now, I ended the conversation and said thank you to the gentleman and said I will take my money and business elsewhere. I was really looking forward to having a fun night out with the hubby for New Years and ringing it in at the Olympia Resort, but now I guess I will be making different plans!!!!!

I have stayed here numerous times for weddings and it has always been pleasant. Staff was very polite and rooms were clean and taken care of.

This is the absolute worst place! It is a friggin roach motel for sure! Stayed last weekend (10/20/17). The room was filthy, cob webs, spiders, roach infested. The toilet and tub were not tidy at all. We received no housekeeping services as our room was not cleaned the entire weekend; our towels were never replenished. When we complained to the front desk, they couldnt care less and did nothing to rectify these situations. Please do not stay at this outdated run-down hell hole.

This place is a total dump. Not worth the time or energy to stay here. The owners are money grubbing jerks and could care less about you. I have sent many complaints to the management about missing reservations, and my room having a caved in ceiling only to fall to deaf ears.

My husband and I stayed there because of a wedding. Everywhere you looked, the hotel was in need of upkeep and repair. Our first experience....BED BUGS. Check your mattresses!! We moved to another room and it was not much better. The sheets were so old, the corners were stretched out and did not stay on the mattress which had no mattress pad. The hallways were very dark and all the rugs were very dirty and worn. There was wood molding that had been split and it was hanging off the wall in the hallway. The bathroom was in need of caulking repair and the toilet seat needed to be thrown out!Our last morning there, the electricity went out and therefore there was no restaurant available. I think everyone enjoyed the bagels they found in town better then the usual buffet. After we left, I realized I had left my phone charger. I called right away and the front desk had it but I needed to work with housekeeping to get it. Multiple calls and messages left and still can not get anyone on the phone or to return my calls. The hotel manager does not even return calls or answer his phone. On the positive side, there are many good restaurants in the area to enjoy!!

I stayed here two nights for a conference with my family. There were cobwebs in the windows, peeling paint, and broken blinds all in the common areas. It really seemed as if they didnt have a cleaning staff. The room we stayed in wasnt much better. The sink kept standing water in it, the water in the shower was yellow, and the bathroom wasnt clean. There were more cobwebs and broken blinds in our room and the laminate was peeling off of the countertop. The spa area smelled of mildew/mold and one of the bathrooms in the mens area was dilapidated, unclean, and rusty. I would not stay here again.

Looked just like your average Ramada, Hilton, etc. hotel with a different name. All of the employees were nice, and it was an overall good experience.
