Its my local sake park,and I skate street so it is awsome if you skate street

Nice, clean park and recreation center. Has a clean-cut basketball court, bunch of tennis courts, 4 baseball fields, a skatepark, a playground, a rec center and lots of open areas for activities. There are restroom facilities near the basketball court as well. It usually isnt too crowded although its not dead either. People are nice. I usually take my dogs for walks there. Everyone Ive seen there seems nice. I noticed lately theres a homeless dude who set up camp in one of the baseball fields dug outs. He never bothers anybody. He usually only comes early in the morning or late at night but lately hes been set up all day like he officially moved in or something. Theres no big lights that stay on when it gets dark so you cant see anything unless you bring a light, but even then its kind of creepy. There is parking in front of the rec center and part of it is even covered like a carport. Conveniently there are trashcans located throughout the park which is also cool. If you bring your dog be sure to bring along poop bags and clean up after your pup. Also, if you see other patrons with dogs, please keep yours leashed to prevent any unnecessary drama. I keep mine leashed if there are other dogs around but if not I let them run free. Its a fun time for everyone and safe if we all apply common courtesy.

Small but fun street layout. Nice community park with playground, basketball court and baseball field and even pickle ball or paddle tennis court. Ample parking also.

Very nice park

Great facilities, classes and park but I have observed on too many occasions people smoking weed in the parking lot. This is illegal and should be reported and stopped. However, the staff is unaware because they dont walk outside and smell the overwhelming smell of weed.

My grandson loves the park. Wish out her people would follow the skate park rules. No bikes in there.

Park friendly nice environment friendly faces. Met this man named Jack out there had his own karaoke going on cool music. Downside the bathrooms were really dirty.

This place is fricken lit

One of the few places to skateboard in the area but has a great selection for amateurs and experienced skateboarders.

Bishop is one of the best skateparks in Oceanside that my son likes, everyone Ive met there has been helpful and super nice to my six year old boy, and it feels welcoming every time...I recommend for beginners and experienced skaters.

What sucks about this park is gang activity, they dont skate, they just drink, smoke and act like scumbags! but great place to learn, even tho you might have to call police sometimes
