I really appreciate our neighborhood park!

Skate park is nice..not the best but its creative

March Madness Pickleball Tournament

This was my first visit with my two Grandsons. What a wonderful park with a playground, ballpark, skate park and community center. Be sure and bring bikes, scooters or skateboards to add to the fun. The park is very clean and well kept.

My son has played Little League baseball at Melba for over 4 years. He also uses the skateboard park, which is actually kind of impressive, considering this is a community park/rec center. He spends so much time here, we actually moved next door! The park is always well-maintained and the restrooms are always clean. Dogs (on leashes) are welcome and the snack bar is open during baseball season. There are a variety of recreational areas, picnic tables, basketball courts, Pickle Ball courts, and, of course, the Community Center, itself, which offers all types of classes and low-cost options for family recreation.

Great gym. Needles to say they should open for Volleyball more!!!!

My kids come here for karate.

This facility is great. Nice basketball courts and lots of classes inside. We attend Coffees Karate for Kids. Great business, teacher and class. Check it out

A smaller skate park than Alex rd, but definitely cooler (temp-wise) because there is some shade. Nice park, people there were nice to my kids and polite to me. Honestly, im finding these skateboarding parks just have a lot of really kind, talented, and confidant children, who are trying to have a positive influence on the world. So color me impressed.

Love this place. My kids have participated in park and rec activities for years. Staff has always been amazing. We are fortunate to have this center.

Great place. The park is huge and feels safe when visiting. They have an indoor basketball court and every Mon and Wed they have open gym for teens. The skate park is also very cool.

Great pickleball courts!

Great pick-up mens bball game m, w, f 12-2. Theres a high skill, fast full court game and an 1/2 court game for older guys. Bring 3 one dollar bills.

I have been to Melba Bishop Recreation Center a few times this year ! A nice clean park ! With a family friendly atmosphere ! They have two small kiddie parks in one . With slides for young kids to play while awaiting for your favorite Youth softball games to start or enjoy yourself watching your kids / friend or family member playing softball / baseball on one of the parks ball fields grounds ! They also offer you a select choice of snacks at resonable prices !A friendly atmosphere ! I have enjoyed my visits to this park while watching my grandkids enjoy their softball games or practices !

Great location/Family friendly/ Affordable

Well maintained. Multiple baseball fields, play ground, skate park & pickle ball courts. Big open grass areas with benches too. Unfortunately, lots of graffiti

Open gym on Saturdays are great for the younger kids after dinner 6pm to 8 pm

Big park with 4 big baseball fields and a basketball court. Snack bar, rec room, everything you need. Plenty of parking and bbq pits

FUN. The skatepark has some great flow and I always go back when I get a chance. One negative part about the park is that some of the ledges are made out of thin metal pipes, but theyre reeaaallllyyyyy good when it comes to sliding. Love that park.

Great park with baseball fields and plenty of shade on a hot day. The skate park is a popular one and it is almost always being used. They keep it clean too!

RATING IS DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF ANGER AND DISAPPOINTING FACT THAT ALL ALONG THE BACK OF PARK AGAINST THE FENCE OF THE ROW OF HOUSES THERE WHERE THERE ARE TREES AND BUSHES, all those neighboring houses have created an entry from their backyard into the park and there you will find makeshift steps and with beer bottles metal shanks and of course a marking fir their territory with gang graffiti and that same tagging is also sadly marked on various buildings throughout the park and in some close proximity areas such as Bonsall and fallbrook! Im pissed that we are allowing this to continue in our community at a place that families and veterans use as an outdoor recreational for family. I assure you I am already one step ahead on getting this diminished and investigated!! As for the popular knit of neighbors living there, shame on you! You will not last long!

Pickleball is a serious business.
