This has to be one of the most beautiful and scenic places to live in the San Diego And Oceanside community. My mom has been living there for about 25 years and every time I visit I am simply moved by how beautiful this places and I keep thinking that 1 day I will move here. They have a full golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools, and so many different clubs that you can join and so many different things that you can do. I just had to write a 5 star review to tell everybody how amazing this place is.

We have lived here for 4+ years. There are many social clubs of a wide variety of interests. An executive 18 hole golf course open for residents and accompanied guests. Pitching and sand trap practice area. Putting green.Great swimming pool and hot tub. Pickleball, bocce ball, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, billiards. An attractive club house with auditorium, fitness facility, club rooms, large commercial kitchen. RV storage on site. All for monthly HOA dues of approximately $500 per month. Homes are 35 years old or less. Most are attached but also single homes. Many need remodeling and updating. Friendly 55+ gated community with 24/7 security.

Beautiful place to live, and has a clubhouse with all the activities you can think of. Theres a billiards room, a salt-water pool, a good course, and so much more.

Beautiful Retirement Community with ocean views, quality built houses and nicely landscaped grounds. Lots of activities geared towards retirees. There is Tennis courts jacuzzi swimming Golf Wood Shop RV parking Health and Fitness classes and more. Security at the gate and Patrol the grounds

My mother lives here and while her place is nice the staff that works here treat guests terribly. Making you feel that you are trespassing or do not belong.

Nice people, good facilities, very clean and well maintained. There are lots of activities planned throughout the week as well as a clubhouse with a pool, art room, gym, library room and a theater room.

We moved here in January 2015 and couldnt be happier. The things we love most about Ocean Hills CC are the beautiful landscaping and surroundings. This community is very-well kept and it shows. And the activities, there are so many things to do in OH... I wouldnt be able to list them all here. And one other thing we didnt expect is how NICE everyone here is. From the neighbors to the HOA to even the groundskeeping crew, everyone weve met here has treated us so very, very well.This is the first time Ive ever lived in a golf course community and being a golfer, its a great thing having the course in your backyard! The course itself is a very small executive course with only one par 4. But they keep it in very good condition. I cant say enough good things about this place. So happy we moved here!

This is a very nice senior (55 and older) gated community with a nice pool, bocce ball, tennis, walking lane, plenty of green space, RV parking, and a 3 par 18 hole golf course. The club house offers lots of activities from billiard, exercise equipment and classes to bridge, a library, Mahjong, and arts & crafts. Big hall for gatherings but no restaurant. Variety of home styles from attached to single family. Well enforced HOA rules. Good security.

The head of security, David, is professional and courteous. Ocean Hills is fortunate to have him on staff
