Good selection of holiday items, and theyre doing their best with the Covid-19 conditions with good spacing for lines and a clean and dirty cart section. Only downside is Michaels pricing is a bit silly compared to other craft stores such as Hobby Lobby, where you can find pricing HALF the price of Michaels. Overall fun to browse and maybe youll find something you like, just check the pricing compared to other stores.

Purchase a wonderful bunch of dried flowers and a sewing cart that I turned into my house cleaning part on wheels

Selection always seems a little bit picked over, and the quality of customer service varies wildly from visit to visit. For example, one visit I had an awesome experience with a great employee who was passionate about knitting and yarn, and during another I was thrown out of the store while I was in the middle of washing my hands in the ladies room! I asked the manager what I did wrong I was told that they didnt have to tell me and I should already know what I did! This was literally 5 minutes after I walked in the door.

I will review more after I get my picture back that I asked Aaron Bros. Framing to do. They still have it. EDIT: Got my picture back and they did an excellent job. So 1 more star!

Store needs cleaning and definitely more help. I selected my items and walked up to the checkout counter to find 15 people waiting in line with only one person at the register. I put my items down and left! Never again!

People are always helpful, they keep majority of everything stocked up and they do a good job at keeping it all well organized.

I recommend getting enrolled on the email subscription if you buy several things or few expensive items. Theyve gotten so much better about accepting the coupons and the ones i get most often are 20 or 30 percent off full price items but they still come in handy for something i was prepared to pay full price for. My sister mentioned she had a hard time with a return once with scrutiny but it may not be often since its never happened to me. Its also very reliable with having regular things in stock despite changes in demand. I also would def check out the clearance sections. Some of the seasonal items are so much fun that i use them for home decor and so much more. My sister is the artist of the family and i usually just accompany her but i definitely think theres something for everyone. Not 5 star because some things are overpriced in my opinion.

Some of the staff is rude and act like youre bothering them when you have a question. They have great prices which is why I continue going there.

Not open, very disappointed because we are trying to make masks for everyone! Stood in line at Joanns for 1 and a half hours, twice and they STILL did not have elastic that I needed. Tried Michaels and was told they were only doing online only and pick up. Very frustrating! Probably wont be back.

I used to work at a Michaels. I realize what a pain in the rumpus it is to stock. They do pretty good at this store. Prices are Michaels prices. Hit or miss. Not disappointed at all though with this location. Cashier was nice. Thoughtful. Store is clean. Smells like the 3rd layer of hell during xmas just like I remember from my shifts. But my girl likes the smell.

I love this store. Then again every mom probably does. Staff is helpful. Good deals. Store is clean, easy to find stuff. Bathrooms are nice and clean.

Nice Michael’s with good sales and the staff are very kind, the lady who checked us out was very talkative in a good way and the other staff were very helpful in showing us where things were. Other than that it has the usual Michael’s amenities and selections available. All sorts of craft supplies and holiday items.

Area is a very good location kind of busy and congested. It also does not have the initial quality and choices they once used to have at Michaels. Great for most craft projects but small one tou can find better price options.

Michaels is where I go to clear my head and bank account. I love Michaels. Had their weekly coupon burning a hole through my phone to use and needed some retail therapy all I needed was a cocktail to make it better. Great location and is well organized and feels bright and clean.

Lots of people on floor. Unfortunately, a lot of the sale areas were used a dumping spot, so many things in 80% off section werent discounted frustrating! Manager was very kind and efficient.

The employees certainly know their craft! I asked for a particular item and was given options/recommendations. I really liked that.

I had some returns to do. You go through the regular purchase line. The clerk was friendly and efficient. One of the returns was on a separate receipt and was only a few $ so I was given cash back rather than a credit to my card. Thats good in my book!

Always has what Im looking for. UPDATE! Untill today! Bought polyester resin for the first time in my life but when I read the container it said it required catalyst. A few days later I went back to buy catalyst; they didnt have any. So, today I had to go to Hobby Lobby and buy the same brand of polyester resin and they had the catalyst attached to the container! WTF Michaels!

Keeping their customers happy is certainly not a policy. I’ve been a retail Store Manager so I know that nothing is black and white in regards to customer service. The manager in charge (I believe Erin?) was definitely more in a rush to get back to whatever she was called by the sales associate from doing than to ensure customer satisfaction. Rule of thumb: If you can’t give the customer what they want, at least offer a beneficial solution or compromise. I am extremely disappointed and will never be back to this location

For a craftsy, artsy person, going into Michaels is a test of will power. There was so much I wanted to buy. I stayed strong, though. Im writing this review the second week in October, and they had some pretty nice discounts, including 50% off everything honoring Dia de Los Muertos. So many cute things.The employees are nice at this store. My cashier, Cheryl, was very pleasant.

Despite the store being messy. The staff makes up for the pleasant visit.

I didnt find what I needed, but the cashier was so helpful and friendly that I have to rate this store at a 4. I wish I remembered the cashiers name. I did thank her for being so helpful. She was not automatically scanning items up, she was friendly and engaging!

Its always a great experience going to this store. There is always something on sale, and everyone is always nice and friendly. The clearance selection is not always as big as other stores, but its probably because its the store that most people frequent in the area so the good stuff goes fast.

Ahh, my home away from home! Michaels very rarely dissappoints! Christmas? The place to go! Need card stock? The place to go! Need more yarn, and clasps for jewelry making? Michaels is the place to go! And lets not forget the tye-dye supplies, and fabric paint for designing your own shirt, pillow case or totebag. Aaaaand...if thats not enough, the most beautiful crystal beads, and pendants, and charms, and the discounts and coupons.....oh boy oh boy! Clearly, this place rocks! And is awww-some!

Today had to drive back half an hour to the store for a refund where they overcharged me at my previous visit. Never got one sorry or anything. More like I should be happy to have to drive back 30 minutes and then wait in line and then be treated like I was putting them out.

Still a good store, but used to have everything I needed at a good price. Not so much anymore. It has become a store where you MUST have a coupon. Also, this store does not have as much selection as the store I went to in Colorado.
