Its a mobile home park. Trailers are decent. Owners should work on their people skills. But they do watch out for strangers. Had a lady come up to me asking why I was there. Was in a different vehicle than they were used to picking up my daughter from the school bus stop. And I appreciate that. Good job there.

Great mobile home park I only thought I would be here about 1 year and im going on my 4th year here.. I paid off my mobile home and my lot rent is only 240 per month. thats the best price ever for living on the coast. esp ocean springs ms
