No sweet tea, no root beer, every drink taste terrible. We were not informed the timed cards could not be paused more than once for the kids play time. So we paused for pizza time...but when the cake finally thawed...we were not able to pause the cards... I spent over 100.00 for a walk in party. No effort was made on your part to make anything better. Management should have offered to make fresh tea. You were out of caffeine free soda at a kids restaurant. We should have gone to AMF bowling alley.. better food, better service, more fun. So disappointing.

Its alright, I mean no where near as fun as it used to be, and I definitely recommend waiting ill corona is over if your kids like the slides, and ball pit because its gone cause ya know, germs. But I recommend going for some good games

About 1/4 of the games dont work correctly. No signs that say out of order. One game only had 3 balls to throw. I asked the manager if she could switch over more... She took about 15 mins to even go over there... I dont remember this place being as boring as it is now for kids than it was when I was a kid. The duck sprayer stinks tremendously.

This is our fourth visit and our last. We go on Sundays. We arrive around 11:30. For most, our 3 year old has fun, we get our max limit of 2 beers and eat some food. Their Sweet Chili wings and cheese pizza are awesome.However, about a quarter of the machines didnt dispense tickets. A handful of the machines were completely off. One machine failed to spit a coin out for the game. So disappointing. When we arrived, trash bins on the floor were covered - not ready for business and there were bags and bags of trash lined up in the hallway to the bathroom.The good: our kid still had fun. Bethany and my beer serving cashier were helpful.

Super clean. Food was good (we had pizza) Employees were very nice to children. Very patient. We will return. Good coupons on internet too.

Had a great time. They were empty which was a plus but cleaned often & turned off every other game for distancing. My kids needed & deserved normalcy, thank you for making it possible.

The ladies working there were amazing with handling the birthday party. There was a young man going around checking on everything. The kids all had a blast.

The price makes this place really worth going to a d doing the pay per hour. Not the par per tokens!. Pay per hour makes this the cheapest arcade in town. Only downfalls are, a loy of the machines either mess up mid play orare broken. But the staff makes up for it by giving you free tickets when you bring it to their attention. Family friendly environment. Friendly staff.

My nephews 6th birthday party was held at this Chuck E. Cheese. We had a blast! This place is HUGE compared to others Ive been to. The Pizza is AMAZING. Service was great with the exception of the fact that they only had one person on hand to address issues with machines so it took up a lot of time waiting at a machine where we had won a huge amount of tickets, to get it fixed. They did however, add that time back to our cards for the unlimited play time.

Went around 130pm on thursday. There were only 3 families which was nice not busy. I had to call an attendant 8x during our 1he play time that was not fun. But my son did not get bothered by that he had lots of fun

I loved it, but it was probably better because I was having a birthday there.

Better to buy the game cards by the hour than by the game.. kids had fun.. the mouse came and taught the kids a dance and then made it rain tickets on them.. pizza not the best.. flat beer.. but I dont drink unless I have another driver. If its your B-Day you get in a ticket tornado tube and have a timer to grab as many tickets as you can game show style.

Parents, if you want a beer expect around 9 bucks..

People are nice that work there but when you pay 20.00 for a pizza and it is all they really cook it should be good. I paid 42.00 for 2 pizzas and 4 small drinks. PLEASE teach your employees how to make a pizza

Had a great time. Had a surprise party for my daughter who turned 50. She enjoyed Chuck E Cheese when she was in her early teens. We went back in time. Hostess was amazing.

Took my grandson for his birthday. We stayed for 3 hours while he played. Fantastic service

My daughter had a blast thats all that really matters in thw end. It is what it is finger food and things of that nature, of course it was all over priced but thats par for the course. My only gripe and concern is that Some of the patrons at this location look and act like they could be on Americas Most Wanted. for that reason I will seek out a different location next time.

It was fun. We were just disappointed to see so many adults hogging the games. 1-2 ok but there were several adults taking over the games. Didnt even seem like they had kids with them.

Food is good. Kids love the games. However staff is horrible. We were there on Thursday and Ive never experienced anything like that at Chuck E. Cheese. Nobody to greet us. Had to ask to get me and my kids hand stamped. Kids had fun on games. We counted our tickets, took total to counter for prizes and was met with poor service again. Kids picked out one thing each, and were told that was all they get. (They had 100 points left each) Maybe it was just her, but extremely poor customer service. And to top it off they never checked to see if those were my kids when leaving. I could have left with any kid and they wouldnt have cared and or checked. Scary.....

Havent been to CEC in over 25 years until the past week. Impressed with the new unlimited play cards vs tokens. Great for what it is, the kids loved the freedom to try all kinds of games. Pizza was better than I expected. Tickets dont buy much, but maybe youre supposed to save up over time? At the least the kids were happy.

I took my daughter and we had a good time. It was quiet and peaceful on a friday afternoon.

Love Tina the manager! She was SUPER sweet and helpful when my daughter lost her ball. She went out of her way to get her a new one. We come here frequently in the early mornings and have had nothing but positive experiences!

Ok this place is fun for kids the pizza is horrible but the kids will eat it up. If it wasnt for all the games and everything for the kids this would get 1 star. But its a place for kids take them there they will have a great time.

Everytime I come here with my kids its awesome! I invited a client of mine to bring his family to this location and told him that its amazing but, I am very disappointed this time around. I asked several times about my pizza (even to the manager) and then a cook comes out and ask me if I am ready for it and I said I asked an hour ago about then he proceeded to tell me that its been sitting back there. All the games arent spitting out tickets and honestly I will never invite anymore clients to this location againIts way understaffed and disorganized

If you are a parent or someone that has a child(ren) you will understand quickly that this place is one of their most FAVORITE places in all of Ocala!! Its not a horrible place, not by any means...its just that it is expensive. If you think $20.00 is going to be enough, think again. I really only gave Chuck E. Cheese a 4-star rating because my son LOVES it SO much. I must say though, they do have REALLY fun games (NOT ENOUGH THOUGH) and not just for the kids!!! You will have a ton of fun playing those games and getting some tickets, although not every game gives tickets out. You can also enjoy their food & drinks (They also have adult beverages), which I feel are way to overpriced (Cha-ching, Cha-ching). Overall, if your child(ren) have a GREAT TIME, then I guess it is worth it!!

Fun place BUTa zooParents dont watch kids well....running all over the place.Ticket redeem machines NOT all working causing a mess as kids get anxious and THAT caused a problem.For what they change there is no reason for this chaotic environment.But kids seem to all want to go but chaos isnt worth the money.

They were under staffed but was really friendly.We had a great time and the pizza was great!

A Complete Waste Of Time And Money Having My Sons Birthday Party Here. Our Setup Wasnt Completed When We Arrived, One Of The Cups Had A Broken Straw, We Waited For Almost 30 Minutes After Arrival For An Employee To Actually Get The Event Started, The Area Was Hot And Muggy, Chuck E Cheese Took Photos With Other Birthday Parties That Arrived Long After Us First, Everything On The Agenda Was Super Late, The Staff Was Completely Disorganized And We Had To Repeatedly Ask When The Next Item On The List Was Taking Place, A Lot Of The Games Didnt Work Right, They Kept Trying To Get Us To Move Away From The Party Area To Open My Sons Gifts In A Booth....The List Goes On And On. We Voiced Our Grievance With Our Host And Nothing Was Done To Compensate Us For Our Experience. Never Again Will We Book A Party Here.

It is a good place to let the kids u wind. The Downside to this is the cost of the awards at the end. Play for an hour and earn enough tickets for a plastic spider and 2 pieces of candy. Their reward system needs an overhaul. Dave and Busters is much better in this regard. Play for an hour and you could take home something fairly cool like a mug, towel, or maybe an outdoor ball for the kids. The place was packed so their model for business must be working, it is just a little depressing when your child wants a little plastic airplane and you realize you would have to bring them 12 times to earn enough tickets.... or just go to Walmart and spend 3 bucks on it.

Will not be back. My son used to love it here until he was pushed and hit by other children. When the other children were asked to stop, they just tell you off and do it again. No parental supervision at all. Rude adults all around. Plus the place is manage by teenagers. NEVER AGAIN!

They got 3 stars only bc my kids love this place but they are entirely too expensive 2 pizzas and 1 60 min unlimited card was $73 then to add a salad without chicken was $9. Zaxbys doesnt even charge that amount and their salads are the best!!! For the amount paid the prizes should be of better quality and easier obtainable

We really had a lot of fun at the birthday party. Really not a fan of how they organize the parties to share the Chucky Cheese character, but Im sure there is a reason. Purchasing the time for unlimited coins, is worth the money vs the old fashioned straight coin purchase.

Friendly employees... Clean environment. The kids had a great time. A couple of the games werent working though and one was out of tickets.

Under staffed for a Friday evening.One lady running ticket counter and prize counter at same time. She was polite even though she was running both areas. Prize counter had a long line while others were trying to buy cards. Her co worker was there but then disappeared. Didnt cash our tickets in due to long wait.

Awesome for everyone!! The play pass is priced well for unlimited play for a set amount of time.... they have amazing, delicious pizza!! Totally worth the time and money to keep you and your kids busy and fed! Great location, easy parking.

Smaller than other Chuck e cheeses. Tickets are running out quick, with the select games to choose from. Overall, people dont tend to mind and have a good time. There is a machine where you can pause game play if you decide to do the hourly and take a break.

The kids had a blast. I just wish food and refreshments were a little cheaper.

My daughter said she had a great day. The pizza tastes MUCH better than it used to. A great improvement on the flavor of the pizza. Its a bit pricey but that is to be expected at this type of venue. The games worked properly and there are a lot of choices. Chuck E should come and interact with the kids more. He only comes out for the parties and then for a few minutes to dance with the kids. He should spend more time with the kids thats the purpose of going. Other than that it was pretty fun.

The service has really gone down here alot. Staff isnt friendly and almost ignore you. Chucky doesnt do his dance at all barely anymore it seems. The last 3 times we never even got to see him. They also dont seem to participate in offers that get emailed to me like the 50 free tickets to kids in costumes. My girls were really disappointed. I dont know that we will keep coming back.

I love the fact we walked in at 1:28 PM and was denied the all you can eat pizza/salad bar that was SUPPOSED to close at 2pm. Cashier was SO RUDE!!! SAID.. ITS A SCHOOLS HALF DAY SO, YEAH..WE CLOSED IT. UM?! WHY????THIS IS WHAT PARENTS WANT TO DO ON A HALF DAY!! RELAX AND LET THEIR KIDS HAVE FUN AND EAT.. HENCE THE ALL YOU CAN EAT BAR....!!!!! Not only that.. the place was pretty much empty..but tables were covered with old food, crumbs, splills, cups on the floor... WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!!!!! WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY SON AND GRANDSON AGAIN!! Even after we bought the darn special bands and loaded them up. Id rather throw away the money then give them a dime!!!

Where do I start...trash not emptied throughout night, tables not cleaned off periodically, staff have major attitudes with each other, many games out of tickets, 3 out of 5 counting machines out of order, bathrooms dirty/wet and slippery oh and as far as the child and parent checks...a joke. My 4 year old daughter was able to wonder outside with a strange family and was found outside crying while l was frantically searching for her inside. Will not return and do not recommend

Get to the register to let my children select from the 5 cent plastic toy options, which is more than okay, but the employee running the counter, walks off for no apparent reason as I stand there for roughly 15 mins, before someone else asks if I need help, she asks for my ticket, I tell her the girl took it and wandered off with no return in sight, so instead of just giving me 2 of these 10 cent toys, she goes on an excursion to find her coworker. When she returns she informs me that her coworker was handling something else instead, and then she offers no help of her own. When I ask if there is a manager present, she’s says, “they’re in the back.” Well maybe they should be in the front. I know that nobody will probably fix this issue nor do they probably care enough to respond to this, just let it be known. I’m sure it’s not a great job, but it’s a job, and if you don’t want to do it, find something you like doing.

Lilly and the manager were veryi nice and helpful. All the employees were cheerful too. Mu kids had a great time. Did I mention they kept up with the cleanliness?

I have 4 children the food isnt that good the only thing I honestly give it any props for is how the children love the unlimited games but be ready to pay 40 to 60 dollars on a visit.

A lot of broken games, machines not giving out tickets, games collecting money but missing parts to play (like a coin needed and no coin comes out to play). Lack of staff to ask for assistance and the staff that was there was not friendly at all.

It had package deals for families have pizza and so many coins per kid. It also has birthday party deals. Also it had age appropriate games from 2 years of age and up. Handicap accessible games. I paid $50 got a large pizza with one topping for drinks 80 tokens for 2 kids and 3 adults to share what a great time.

Pizza is much better than I expected, 2 Adults & 2 kids for an hour with pizza and drinks $80, not bad at all

Used to be my favorite place as a kid. But, an adult... Food is over priced and some of the staff is rude. But when youre their with family. It makes it all worth it.

My 8yrs old daughter & I always have a great experience here. Chuck E. Is very good with my kids & the employees go out of their way to insure they are safe and have fun. When u bring your kids there they will not let anyone but the person they walked in with take them out and if you try they will stop you and they will call the police, Ive seen it happen!

Half the games were not even on, and a bunch that were would not give out tickets. Besides that, pretty typical amount of games in the arcade section but the smallest play area Ive ever seen at any Chuck E. Cheese. I think pretty much all Chuck E. Cheese establishments have went downhill since i was a kid but this one was just pitiful.
