If youre looking for an exciting day with the fam or maybe a quick get away weekend with your significant other, this is the place! The zip lines were awesome, the guides (David and Kendall) were spot on with their entertainment, knowledge of the surrounding areas and more importantly, their safety protocols! I couldnt have felt more safe and entertained while zipping 90ft above the water then I did with those two leading us! My wife and I had so much fun on the last leg of our honeymoon road trip here and we look forward to stopping by there again soon, maybe for one of those night time zips!!

Spur of the moment. Saw brochures at the Florida welcome center... Joked about putting zip lining on my Bucket List since Im 67. My sister took it to heart and booked us to stop on our way home. Not fond of heights, didnt know what to expect. First impression was, What was I thinking? But, the guides are fantastic, informative and fun. Safety first, always. It is beautiful there. They know what they are doing. Had to take a couple of deep breaths at stepping off a platform at those heights, but it really was an awesome experience in a gorgeous place. We lucked up finding such a great place with such great people. Thank you for the experience! Now, do I want to jump out of a plane?

Me and my group of 4 Did the big cliff canyon 9 zip tour and Shawn and James were our tour guides! They were amazing I felt safe they made it fun, the energy level was off the charts it was just amazing. I am not a morning person but we did the 9 am tour and between our awesome tour guides and the adrenaline rush from the beautiful zips I was wide awake. The instructional part of the tour was also great and I’m glad it was included as part of the tour vs jumping right into it.SHAWN AND JAMES if y’all are reading this just know you’re our permanent tour guides lol thanks again guys for a great time!

This was one of the most awesome fun experience Ive had. We booked big zip line which was brilliant with many zip lines and bridges to walk through canyon. Our tour guides/ppl keeping us safe name Austin and Shawn(sorry if misspelled) were super fun and made the whole experience even better. I would suggest this place to everybody who loves fun adventure with bit of adrenaline.

It was an awesome time! The staff and especially the tour guides make the event all the more fun. My guides were Shawn and “Thunder cat”, they are awesome! They have additional tours and events you can participate in and I believe as you come back, you get discounts on the other tours.I skydive regularly and this was a great alternative to keep it fast and experience something new. I highly recommend!

A great time! We booked the Big Cliff Canyon package. Worth the money! They do take a couple of pictures and sell them after you return. The guides do a great job of explaining everything and answering any questions.

My husband and I had spent a few days in the area tubing and were hopeful that we could try zip lining to get that added rush before heading home to the Tampa Bay Area.Both being senior citizens, I had the perfect balance of excitement and terror Upon arrival.Since it was pre holiday weekend we only had to wait an hour without a reservation.We were put together with Michael and Denise and they were FANTASTIC !!! Both were caring, knowledgeable, fun, and friendly. Since it was just my hubby and I in the group, we felt we really got that special touch. They were so patient and responsive to every need. It was evident they enjoyed their job, and spoke very highly of their employers ( which is awesome).We will definitely be back for another adrenaline push as soon as we can.Thank you Denise and Michael we had a blast!

Everything about this lush, beautiful Park is well organized, conscientious about safety and fun! Did I say FUN? Fly through tree tops and let out a Tarzan ( or Jane ) yell; it will give you a massive adrenaline rush:) The tour guides - Michael and Olivia - put me at ease with their cheerful, expert help all along the way. My boyfriend and I booked the Canyon Horseback riding Experience and it was worth every penny. The staff were very professional with GREAT attitudes. I want to give our guides, Jen and Mandy a special shout out! They were FANTASTIC and provided us a wonderful experience. They made everyone feel confident and comfortable while providing fun facts along the trail. What a great time. I cant wait to come back and ride again as well as try the zip line adventure!

An absolutely amazing and professionally run experience. We tried both a horseback ride and a zipline course and loved them both. The staff in the office, the field, and even support operations were top-notch. The facilities were involved maintained and beautiful and the property was just incredible. We cant wait to go back for one of their night rides and more zip lining!We did these activities as a family of five with young teenagers who had a blast!

We did the 9 zip line course - highly recommend. David and Kendall were charismatic, safety conscious, clearly love their job. Our son just made the cutoff age and weight - Kendall helped him reach the lines and had a great way with him. Great first experience for him! Cant wait to go back!

Beautiful tour with Mandy, my guide! I got to groom a horse and ride through a canyon. At the end, I ate four smores and had a can of local wine. Absolutely delicious! Loved it.

BIG CLIFF CANYON Zip line:It was a great experience, 9 zip lines with different parts of the cliff including a zip line over the water. The instructors made it fun and safe. Shawn was amazing and Noah was really good too. I definitely want to go back and try the night tour.

We did Big Cliff Canyon and it was so much fun! Booking was nice and smooth, as was checking in when we arrived. We thought wed do the 5-line course initially, but glad that the staff said many returned to do more lines. The 9-line was definitely worth it. The views were spectacular and it was so much fun! Shawn and Jeremy showed us a great time and we felt safe and secure with them throughout the tour.

The 2 girls that work there that went with us on the tour were great.. The horse back riding said 2 hours, I thought we would be on the horse for that long but that wasnt it. It was driving to the barn and everyone taking turns to get on their horse. The actual ride was about 50 minutes. So that was kinda surprising.... then we had pictures done here and there through out the tour and the prices of them seemed high so we didnt purchase. It was a pretty place and Id go back.

Was very well run, guides put safety first, but had fun way of showing. Nice on ground trial run before hitting zip lines. Found good price for time and fun. Tipped my guides for such good service.

Can’t say enough good things about this experience from start to finish! We did horseback riding and the Big Canyon 9 zip lines and had an amazing day! David and Marie were our zip guides and made the entire experience a blast for my 10 year old adrenaline junkie and me, cracking jokes and making sure everyone had a great time. The office staff handled everything so efficiently and it got crazy when the afternoon rain hit hard and everyone hit the office at once! We ended up not being able to do the last zip due to lightening (the staff got us off the course and to safety) and we decided to leave because we were exhausted. Kayla called me to offer me a prorated refund for the line missed! Above exceptional all around, we will be back! (Please forgive I can’t remember the guides names on the horses both ladies were amazing but that afternoon adrenaline!)

Zip the Canyons was one of the best adventures! My mom and I went on the Big Cliff Canyon tour with guides Sean and Kendal! They were so energetic and engaging and made the entire experience so much better! The 1,100 zip is worth the entire tour. I highly recommend this experience for a day full of adventure, exercise, and adrenaline. I cant wait to come back with more friends/family!

Had a really great experience today. I went on the big 9 zipline tour with our guide being DJ Shawn and Jeremy. Honestly these to guys made it so much more fun than it already was. Ill definitely come again 10/10 but the max I can give is 5 stars so 5 stars it is.

Surprised my husband for his birthday with the 9 zipline tour. We had the best time and will definitely be back. We wouldnt of had as much fun as we did if we didnt have some of the greatest guides. We went zip-lining and horseback riding and had the best time! All of the staff is amazing! Rebecca and Jen were our horseback riding guides and they were so patient and informative. Then we went and ate and came back for zip-lining. We did the sky high tour with Yoyo and Olivia, even in the rain we had the best time. Being afraid of heights, they were comforting and entertaining to say the least. They make a great team and made the experience 100x better. Definitely recommend this place and our guides !

What a fun time. We took a zipline tour with Austin and Jeremy as our guides and they were fantastic. We were all making jokes and having a good time. If questions were asked they were answered on the spot. We had a slight delay do to the weather and made the best of it. We will definitely be back at some point and will request these guys again!!! On a side note Austin gave us a recommendation for a local food spot, bonus points for him. These guys were great, the zips were awesome, and the overall experience was worth every bit. We did the 9 zip lines, 3 bridges, and rappel trip today, and it was AWESOME. DJ Shaun and Olivia were great and super funny. Would highly recommend! Only thing that would have made it better is if they let DJ Shaun play some great music along the trip!

The girls that led our tour were fun, informative, and seemed to genuinely love their horses and jobs.The zip course was very fun. We felt safe in the equipment and we were well informed on procedural and safety protocol. Shawn and James were awesome guides. They learned our names and made us laugh. They alleviated the fears of others during the excursion.I think the check in area could have been better. It felt cramped and unwelcoming in that small lobby.The bathrooms were well taken care of and stocked.I would like to swim in the water. It would be nice to be able to camp and enjoy the land.We will be back.

Never done this before & I was scared a bit but once you let go it was AWESOME!!! Kendal & Denise were FABULOUS!!! The Horseback Riding tour is great fun even if youve never gone horseback riding before. Fun for the whole family (teens and older). The trail did go near a couple of scary cliffs but they teach you how to keep your horse on the path, and the horses mostly stick to the path, anyway. This is definitely not just a flat Florida land trail; its much more fun. The staff takes photos of you while you ride. The staff and horse trainers were all so nice. The fresh outdoor air was awesome.

The experience was fun. Dan & Marie our guides were awesome but..........$45.00 for pics that arent anything but an email. I cant get them to print & again for $45.00 it would only be a piece of paper not an actual photograph. I WASTED MY MONEY ON THE PICS.....This gets better & better. They (Canyons Zip Line) finally replied back to me telling me I had ordered a $39.00 pkg. but wait a minute I paid $45.00 & still cant get them to open on any computer or laptop

This was awesome. Beautiful day, awesome guides (Danny and Manny now known as Da-Man). Both very professional but, funny at the same time. Both took safety very seriously but they took fun to a whole new level. I greatly appreciate how they made sure that at the end of each zip we were doing fine by constantly asking us how we felt. The young lady who sold us the tickets, Kayla, was great too. She took her time explaining everything to us and showing us all the gear, its safety and how we were to be strapped in. She was so personable that we felt very confident and brought tickets right there on the spot. Although, I think the price could be better for groups, overall it was worth it. I highly recommend it to all.

We did the big canyon zip line. It was so much better than we had even thought. Austin and Jeremy (our guides) cant say enough good things about our trip with yall! Ended the day with Tony kayaking which was so relaxing and filled with history which we love! Thank yall!!!!!

I had so much fun during this trip! I have been wanting to go zip lining for a while now and ended up going into a group where I was thw only one by myself. Michael and Shawn did a great job leading our group and had us all laughing! I never once felt like the odd one out. It was like a team effort to cheer everyone across, including the guides!! It was my first visit with my husband (his second visit). We went horseback riding and it was simply amazing. Riding through the trails and watching the scenery around you is truly a beautiful experience. Our tour guides Megan and Jen were very informative and very clear with the instructions in how to handle the horse. They made sure we were comfortable and have the best overall experience. Surely recommend this place if its your first time. Will definitely go back again for the zipline.

Between the fun that david brings and the security that michel transmits, they are the perfect pair. they made us feel safe and comfortable all the way. I went horseback riding on this occasion. The horses are friendly, the staff was friendly and they were timely as well.A beautiful canyon and many interesting things to see. I would like to return to try kayaking in those strangely blue waters and explore the inside of the canyon just as I did the outside.

Once checked in you wait in a nice outside picnic area. Did the big cliff zip with 9 zip lines for $99. Had Austin and Danny as guides. They were excellent from answering questions, history about area and fun comments. They make sure it is enjoyable and easy as possible. You take a short ride to a quick training spot then off to the lines. The view is awesome and the zips go from through the trees, over the lake and just really cool area in general. The zipping is easy with commands easy to follow. At the end is a neat repealing to end it all. The pictures at the end for purchase are very professional shots and are good sample of the trip. I highly recommend this adventure. There are other options that we did not do but next time we are kayaking too. Great friendly and professional business. Will do again!

This place is AWESOME. We went for the first time today8/19. We originally set up with Shawn. Hes great. With the weather, his tour ran over. Not to worry though, we were given Dave and Jeremy. I was a bit nervous about remembering hand signs and my hand placements but, the guys were very patient and happy to answer questions and reassuring. By the third zip, I was pretty confident.Jeremy was pretty quiet but very nice. He was the pitcher. Making sure we were harnessed in safely. Dave, he was the catcher and very clear with his hand signals. Dave was also the class clown. Funny and joking around, keeping things light and relaxed.Overall it was a great experience and very beautiful. Would recommend Dave, Jeremy and Shawn to everyone. Thanks guys!

I bought two events with this company and was blown away with the friendliness and great service! I did the tree top express zip lining experience which includes 5 zip lines, 2 suspension bridges and two fantastic guides. Savannah and Ricky were hilarious and friendly and made the knee shaking experience enjoyable. I also loved Maddi, our guide for the one hour horseback ride we took after zip lining. Travis was a good horse but he tends to be a “tail gater” overall I would recommend this place to everyone and I will be returning!

Had an amazing time zip lining with Dany and Olivia then We went kayaking with Tony. My friend had an amazing birthday. Thanks for the fun. Will definitely come back again
