I have lived in Sandy Point 3 for over 9 years, and the park has only gotten cleaner and a better place to live.

Has a green bin for donations.Well taken care of mobile homes.Nice people.

Extremely nice people. Helped me find an rv space even when they didnt have any available.

Clean and easy to access. Convenient to shops and restaurants/coffee spots as well as public transportation. Also located within a short walk or drive to the pier at the beginning of the Antioch Bridge where you can picnic and fish or enjoy the outdoors. Theres free parking and public restrooms.
