I called to get a quote for catering at my wedding. The venue requires all caterers to provide proof of licensing. I politely asked them if that is something they can foward to my venue managment. His response was so unproffesional well obviously we do but if you need so many requirements find something in your area. Im not going to leave the restaurant without documentation and carry it in my pocket for your event. Like did I say you need to bring it? Just email it or something.That was beyond rude, Im here basically here take my money, ill pay your gas, your time. You want a job most people are on it.There is ways to word yourself and be polite.
