5 star establishment if you are a dope fiend, dope dealer, or a closet tweaker. Definitely not a place to retire or raise children at all may not want to leave your girl friend alone to close to dark...

This trailer park is pretty small. However its fairly well kept as far as things like trash graffiti and weeds. Ive met the manager is here and theyre okay nice. So not fantastic. I have a family member that lives in this park and she does okay there. But the neighborhood as a whole is pretty crappy. Sometimes Ill go over and visit my family late at night and theres always people up standing out on the street doing who-knows-what at 2 in the morning. I dont feel very safe there.

This could be so much better if, there were security gates,an no outside people loitering, camping outside main entrance, maybe a lot more respect for tenants
