Flying trapeze is a staple and my choice of exercise here: the classes are fun, efficient, and allow me to hone body awareness.Lili is an amazing owner and administrator with prompt scheduling and access to high quality equipment. Would recommend to anyone looking for trapeze and body awareness training in the Bay.

As a total beginner, I was amazed by how great of a job Brian, Andrew, and Rebecca did in teaching the beginner course. The experience was fun and challenging, and I would definitely come again.

I had so much fun. 55 and in sort of good shape. You dont have to be really strong to fly. Just listen and do what they say. It was awesome. The guys were so kind and supportive.

Took an intro to flying trapeze class here. The instructors were friendly and very energetic. It was a bit nerve wrecking at first when you walk in and see how high up it is but that is the hardest part. Once you get up onto the platform, theyll walk you through all the steps and it was a ton of fun.Unique way to get a full body work out, definitely will come back and try again for another fun experience!

Awesome place to have a birthday party for kids. The staff is wonderful patient and really into making sure the kids have a good time. May sound a little expensive but in the end worth every single penny

I did Flying Trapeze and Trampoline here, and IT WAS ULTIMATE! I think that everyone of all ages(except the very elderly) should go here.

Came here for my girlfriends birthday and it was a blast! The staff was very friendly and encouraging. While big on safety, you do feel like you are really getting a taste of trapezing. When you let go of one bar and are caught by Troy its incredible! Highly recommend making the trip to West Oakland for this.

My husband and I came here on a whim while traveling through the area. It was our first experience with trapeze and I, for one, was terrified as soon as I got up on the platform. The instructors, especially the 2 younger guys, were so reassuring and encouraging. I told the guy before my first fly that I couldnt do it and ended up doing 7. I really appreciate their patience and for not making me feel like an idiot. Reasonable class prices, easy to schedule with, and a safe facility too.

It is great! My daughter takes aerial silk classes here and loves them!

My kids did a week of summer camp here. They had a blast on the flying trapeze. (If I’m not mistaken, this is the only place in the East Bay that offers flying.) I saw the end of week showcase where they showed off other crazy circus tricks like multi-person bicycle riding and teeter board (that see-saw looking thing where you get launched in the air and do flips).In spite of the inherent danger in all of the above activities, I felt extremely relaxed since competent coaches were guiding my kids through all of the tricks.

Best first time flying experience ever! Awesome instruction and great group of people teaching! Really enjoyed going from that first jump off the platform to getting caught!

It was a ton of fun! I went here for a friends birthday party and was surprised by how much they had us do! I felt safe, it was exciting and a good way to stay active! Very friendly staff!

For $40, you get to pretend youre a Cirque du Soleil trapeze artist!You learn how to swing in the air, hanging upside down by your legs, and if youre coordinated enough, you get to release off the swing to be caught by a fellow trapeze instructor.Nothing cooler than the sensation of flying in the air! The instructors are great, patient and encouraging. I love taking people here and sharing with them the magical experience of trapezeing. Even if youre scared of heights, which I definitely am, you have to try this at some point!The harness they give you is safe, and its cool landing on the safety net each time. Cant wait to go back!

A place where stuck up complainers rule. Too concerned about things which have NOT A THING TO DO with the goings on inside and with the children whom are try to enjoy the activities within.

OMG 5 stars of FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN!!!!! You totally got to check this place out. I was totally like a trapeze artist gliding through the air with the greatest of ease, okay not really I probably looked like a drunk monkey LOL! But I did and it was the superEST coolEST thing EVER! What a unique experience! Thank you Trapeze Arts (and Zesty company for paying) whooohoo! It is so fantastic that next time it will be on my own dime, as it will be worth it!
