Beautiful place but now its full of homeless camping around averywhere using the bathroom as their own private property and everything is dirty and not well taken care of. The play structure is damaged and hasnt been repaired in a while.

Really dirty, bathroom are gross, the park has been taken over by homeless people. Its not a place I would ever take my kids .

If you tie your boat up here you are in plain view of the meth addicts and psychotic that live in Union Point Park. This area is, unfortunately, a filthy pit.
