Staff had a good system for customers to wait outside and keep a 10 person capacity. If customers waited along time, they were apologetic. The store is organized and for the most part stalked well.

Good art store, staff is pretty knowledgeable about anything art related. I just picked up some empty molotow markers and a full one and a new sketch pad. Definitely will be coming back especially since they are down the street and also carry refill paint there too!

During covid 19, I decided to purchase from my local art store instead of online. The person who helped me on the phone, Megan, was very helpful and answered my first round of emails. She asked if I had a Blick Card, which I told her no, but she could sign me up. I said Sure! I received my order pretty fast and everything came safe. But there was no receipt - ok, they probably forgot.Fast forward to now, I was curious about the Blick Card and found out there is also a student discount. I emailed again asking if I could utilize the discount since Im Cal State Student, they replied asking for my student ID. I replied but didnt hear back or receive any other instructions.A week later, I asked if they were still delivering and if certain items were in stock.They never replied - it seems like they didnt want to give me a student discount or allow me to apply for the blickcard.Also, I calculated my first order and it doesnt seem to add up to the pricing online. I really wanted to support a local business but Ill stuck to ordering online or Amazon.

Parking can be difficult so its best to bike or park down the street. Sometimes I get a condescending vibe because Im really clueless about art supplies, but the employees always help me find what I need. I love browsing around and always end buying more than I intended to!

Just stopped in for a specific pen I saw they carried. Mimy was extremely helpful and patient while I asked maybe some stupid questions. Really appreciate her positivity in trying to help find the right pen for what I needed. A+ customer service. Didn’t find exactly what I was hoping to but can’t beat her effort. Thank you!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The prices were generally good, and they have items on the shelf that you usually have to order to find. Not o ly that, they are across the street from an Art College!

Good place for paint, pens, sketchbooks, and other artists media. Usually cheaper than other art supply stores, but it is a chain.

They offer pretty good deals, you just gotta wait when what you want is on sale. Theres a decent selection. Parking can be a real pain though. The employees are nice and do their best to help out.

It has alot of really good stuff, parking hard to find. But you really need to know what you want cause theres so much to choose from.

I have been here many times. I came recently to get a few permanent markers for a project at work. They always acknowledge you at the door and ask if you need help finding anything. So nice! This store is a great resource!

Absolutely love this place. Every possible art supply you might need is here. I had so much fun just wandering around the store. The help is knowledgeable and very polite. I should go every pay day. They even had chalk in a pencil, it is an awesome store.

I got archi classes and i have list of things i need. Im glad that one of the staff there helped me get through it. She voluntarily asked for my list and i just followed her as she gets things that i need. The staffs are also nice and considerate. They know that art materials are pricey so they would suggest free blick cards so u can get discounted.

I love a good art store. This is a good art store. Clay work, painting, pens and pencils. Traditional drafting supplies are the best here! Across from the art collage, so it has to be good!

Always helpful and knowledgeable. Though not a very large store, they do have a good variety of art supplies for students and semi professionals. They also have a nice selection of art projects and materials for children too.

Wonderful store. Park on the street out front. The parking in back is tricky. You have to back out between cars and metal poles.

But the thing is I bought some picture frames that didnt have room for my friend and her brothers Christmas presents. when I first tried to fit it it couldnt go through. the first frame was 8×10 and 5×7 inches. and the second one was 5×7 inches.

Fantastic help. Ive always had the staff take time to help me find what I need, and help problem solve a project as if it were their own. A little smaller than some art stores, but Ive almost always found what Im looking for.
