Admittedly, I’m waiting for delivery of a slide & sno-cone machine for my daughter’s birthday party. I was going to wait until after the party to write a review, and will certainly do so tomorrow. However, I couldn’t wait to say how pleased I am with the level of service I’ve received setting the party up. Premier Bounce has been one of the most accommodating companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I spoke to 6 different companies with Premier being the last one I needed to speak to. The other’s were difficult with my requests. Premier, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and went out of their way for a very late request of mine! And even after all of that, their pricing was extremely fair. I’m looking forward to reporting back after the party ends. I have a feeling it’s going to be a great party! If you’re looking to make a “party” special, calling Premier is a must!-Update: Party was a huge success!Dealing with Maddie was easily the best experience I’ve had in dealing with Party Rental places. She bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. A perfect example of Maddie’s hard work is the morning of the party, I realized we needed folding chairs. Of course, didn’t realize it until the truck was already on its way to me for delivery. Maddie actually brought the chairs to my home in her own truck. I couldn’t believe it. Yes, their pricing is terrific as others have mentioned. To me, price is irrelevant if the service is not up to par. This is one of the rare occasions where I saved money and still got the best customer service I’ve had in quite some time. Can’t wait for our next party!

We got this amazing 25 ft high slide from Premier Bounce N Slide and had a weekend of fun. The kids (and adults) had a blast. The team who set it up were very quick and professional as well as the team who tore it down. I cant say enough about these guys. The hardest thing was just choosing which slide to get. So many choices. Thanks guys!!

Great company through and through! My sister in law has been using Premier for years, and we just used them for a 20 ft water slide for my son’s birthday. The slide was a HUGE HIT - all the kids (and also a lot of the adults) had SO much fun! The staff (Maddy and Taylor I believe) was so helpful from start to finish - from helping me pick the best size slide for our yard, to helping me out with the price. Affordable and worth every penny. Will definitely be using again for future parties!

This is my second year renting a water slide from Premier Bounce. I cant say enough about their service. They allowed us to have the slide for more time and the communication was excellent. I recommend this place without out a doubt.

Awesome service, set up and breakdown was quick and easy. We got a call each time for ETA on drop off and pick up. The bounce house was exactly like the photo they advertised on their site and in perfect condition. We ordered the Marvel Spiderman one and my son loved it and it was the big hit of the party!! I have rented from Premier a couple of times for home birthday parties. I typically rent a bounce house. Each time, the email communication for quotes and delivery times have been great. The crew that delivers and set up are very professional and nice. They do all the work of setting up. Weve had to reschedule a couple of times (hurricanes and what not) and they are very flexible, no fuss. As long as they are not in their way to deliver, they are happy to cancel or reschedule without fees. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Premier Bounce N Slide for my inflatable rentals for years now and I have to say they are the best in the business!!!! I have seen their selection grow over the years and they have anything and everything you need. I always get a Bounce House for Thanksgiving to keep the kids busy, and the Holiday themes they carry make the holiday that much more fun. If you rent a slide for a party or just to keep the kids busy during this nightmare we are living in, I highly recommend you get a cotton candy machine!!! My kids LOVE making it. Maddie is attentive, responsive and always there to answer any and all of my questions. The slides are always clean, & the set up team is on point. I cannot say enough good things about them. Our experience with Premier was absolutely amazing, called them on a Sunday and they answered, the prices are extremely reasonable, dealt with five staff members, one from their office, two who dropped off and then two who picked up the rental, every single one was patient and happy to help us. The rental was clean and neat, their drop off and pick up procedures were impeccable. It has been a long long long time since I have dealt with any type of company/service in general that I can say everything was amazing from!!!

We rented the Tropical Rush water slide TWICE in one month. It was a HIT and provided HOURS of fun!For both drop off and pick ups, the drivers were clean, nice and knowledgeable.I went to a birthday party in June and the hosts rented spider man....AND OMG! So impressive. He was back flipping off of everything and kids and adults were a impressedI ask lots of questions (yeah, I’m one of those people) and my emails were answered VERY QUICKLY and thoroughly.Full disclosure: The first time we rented it, there was a leak in the hose. I emailed them and IMMEDIATELY I was contacted and they sent someone to bring a new hose. It didn’t disrupt us....we could still use the slide, we just had to stop for 3 minutes while the hose was changed.So overall, great product offerings and customer service!!!

I rented a water slide for Saturday, labor day weekend. From beginning to end. From the time I emailed about questions about the equipment I had prompt and amazing costumer service. The equipment was clean and well kept. The delivery staff was very polite and professional. I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend it.

It was our first time doing a rental of this kind and we couldnt have been more happy. The crew ended up installing the water slide a day early due to time conflict at no additional cost which meant the kids got a whole extra day to play. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service and the bounce house. For starters, I have been renting bounce houses from several companies and never re-used them because of the lack of cleanliness. The Minnie Mouse bounce house was not only a perfect look for my daughter’s party, but it was in pristine condition. There was no lingering odor from previous parties. Communication was great as well. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Premier Bounce N Slide Party Rentals is by far the best in the business. From calling to plan the event the office staff was very helpful and patient with helping determine all my party entertainment needs. Leading up to the event the office staff did a great job communicating and letting me know when I would be expecting the delivery and answering all the questions I had. The delivery crew and pick up crew were also very professional and courteous. The crews made it a priority to make sure I was well informed on the equipment and used the upmost care while setting everything up, making sure nothing on my property would not be damaged. This company has found a customer for life!

Best money ever spent, worth every penny!! My 10yr old was lost for words with the 25ft water slide that splash landed in our pool. We also rented the popcorn machine,cotton candy machine, bubbles machine, snow cone machine and hotdog roller. It was clean and came with everything that you needed, with the exception of the ice and the actual hotdogs lol. Maddie the operations manager help me with my booking, she was great and addressed all my questions and concerns. The delivery guys were great as well, they were on time, set up everything, showed me how to work it, then came back and packed up like it never happened. It was perfect, highly recommend this company. Price was almost too good to be true especially with the quality of service they provided. I had tried to call them for 3 straights days in a row spoke with the same girl every day and each time she had went over the prices and we had set everything up but she was driving and would have to give me a call back in an hour or two and then for the last and 3rd try of mine she said that she would send me over an email with everything we had set up bc she was driving lol I said okay sure and obviously no email or anything so then I called back today and another girl answered who was driving!!!! Again saying that wasnt me and then the girl who I initially talked to had called me back and said oh you never spoke to me either.. and guess what she was in her car driving! Again. I guess nobody works from the office or home but car only? Very unprofessional I would not trust them with my event as they are so confused and all over the place they would have not even shown. Thanks for wasting my time.

I used this company for my daughter’s 4th birthday party and she was extremely happy for her Frozen Bounce House. We got the 7-in-1 and it filled half of our entire backyard! It was worth the price and awesome quality. The kids had fun and it was the highlight of our party! After the party myself and the other adults went inside to jump around and go down the slide!

Excellent company! Prices are fair and competitive. Bounce house, tables, chairs were clean. Dropped off early allowing me to setup the night before and picked up late allowing me to enjoy the bounce house longer! Highly recommended.
