The restaurant that is located inside was skeptical at first with the pricing but it was well worth it. Great service, great food and a wonderful time spent with the family. FYI we were the only diners there. But still amazing. Would reccomend to everyone.
This place is by far the best bowling alley we have been to! I didnt get the name of the 1 server ( came in at like 1 on 8/23) but he was so nice and attentive even though he seemed to be working alone. The manager was also awesome and helpful. 100% will be bringing the kids here from now on!
Great place to spend the time with the family durring these tough times. Safe and friendly. A+
Went during covid, did some bowling. Good environment. Its bowling. Nothing special but a good clean environment for some quality bowling experiences. Arcade games are fun and engaging, havent try the bank heist game.
Its pretty good. Lots of stuff to do. Dont go in expecting to work for good prizes
Awesome place for a kids bday party!! Had a blast bowling was fun the arcade was great!! They even have adult game prizes which is cool!! An the kids had so much fun in lazer tag!! Will Definetly come back again!!
It was incredibly fun and the service was great! Highly recommended going!
Food was great, games were really fun, Lazer tag was great, server wasnt the greatest took forever to bring our stuff and didnt give us a refill we asked for we waited 40 minutes until we just gave up on it
Great server and we had lots of fun!
Pinz is a nice family fun place. The bowling alley was great, and very clean. Theres another section with a door where you can bowl with less people making noise. The arcade has variety of games. Uses game cards instead of tickets. My favorite is the laser tag, nice big area to hide and run around. There were two floors the best I have seen in a along time. My girls and I had a great time there.
Love this place! The restaurant is great (especially for an arcade type place). People are friendly and service is good! My only wish is that they would put the scarier games in one area so young kids can’t see them.
A great get away for families when the weather is poor, or everyone just needs a change of scenery. Food in the grill was excellent, and scan cards for the arcade games makes tickets earned a thing of the past. The go back on your card so when done, you can change for carnival like purchases.
Very fun and family friendly place.
We went here with some friends to celebrate my daughters birthday with them. They did an absolute job making her feel special. They put a happy birthday screen on for her and the graphics were birthday related after peoples turns. The place was very clean and enjoyable. The kids loved the arcade. If you need to go where your money lasts unlike other arcades, go to PINZ! We will be going back!
Great experience, friendly staff and clean environment.
Great service family-oriented
We had a good time bowling here, and everything was clean. The pizza was good, and our server was attentive. Bowling was pretty pricey on a Saturday night; over $60 for an hour of bowling. Went up to the counter to request another hour of bowling and the staff person told me that would be fine, til the manager came and said we couldnt since there was a waiting list. That was a bummer, but our awesome server pulled some strings for us, so we got to keep playing after all :)
Really fun family place. Me and the wife with the 3 older kids went tonight. With 2 hours of bowling, maybe 5 beers, and an appetizer sampler, the total was like $200! This included my usual 20%. So its fun, plenty of parking, but thats a price tag for ya. Laser tag for the 5 of us was $38 in addition, for 1 game. I like it, but it kicks your wallet in the ding ding pretty good.
Two separate bowling alleys with lots of space and a fun atmosphere. Laser tag and virtual reality games are super fun. Food selection is great and the pizza was delicious. Only downside is they dont have a lot of non-ticket arcade games and games for younger kids.
Food was pretty good. While we had a good time, we didnt care for the cosmic bowling as it was hard to see what we were doing. Some of the music videos on the screens were inappropriate (although, the children werent paying much attention to that) We had a blast at the video games. Overall, it was a good time with friends and family.
Great place to play laser tag, arcade games, bowling, food and or drinks..a party place for birthdays, or other celebrations.. only down fall is the games are expensive.. if they could lower the prices a little bit would make it more pleasant for the parents pockets.
Super fun place. Very clean and organized. I loved the food that they have at the restaurant as well. Employees were very friendly, too.
Great fun for all ages. Louis was very nice and didnt hesitate to refund my card after a machine robbed me of my .75 cents. He even commented that I have a good time while visiting due to the fact that I have lots of credits to use. I am a weekend dad and I encourage my boy to save his points for a bigger reward. We have huge points!
We were so pleasantly surprised at PINZ! Three place is huge with entertainment every direction we looked! Our group was treated like royalty by the team of servers. The bowling was state of art. AND THE FOOD!!! Our group order was pretty big and every pizza, appetizer and entree was cooked ro perfection and served together. The food definitely didnt taste like traditional bowling alley food,. We were so impressed by the entire experience that we had at PINZ!
Glow in the dark bowling, laser tag, and an arcade. All of those are reasons why we love to go here for the kids birthday (my daughter asks every year). Regular days are fun too. Went the other days with a group and everyone enjoyed it. Will be back before the end of the month!
Had a lot of fun even though a few games were not working. And daughter got way more tickets than I did.
Fun place to go bowling. Food is alright, but the price to pay per game is a little on the expensive side. Quality service.
I did like it. Bought my bowling shoes there. Told my friend and found they had no pro shop.
Meh...very expensive for what you get. We were halfway through the last set of our game when it shut off. If we wanted to keep playing to allow the last two people to bowl and find out who won they wanted us to pay for another hour. Save your money and go bowling where you pay by the game. Staff at the front weren’t super friendly either. Our waitress was awesome though.
Bowling is fun, dont order food way over priced for what you actually get and you will be disappointed
Restaurant was fantastic great service and food! Some games were out of order along with photo booth kind of a bummer but overall a fun time
Restaurant staff was good. Skunky beer and over salted food though. Arcade was fun. Good date idea.
Really fun place to have a 13 year old boys birthday party. The birthday package we got was perfect.
All-in-one bowling alley with arcade, full service restaurant, bar and laser tag. Service is decent and the cosmic bowling was fun.
This place has great entertainment for all ages. The food is good, too. A little pricey, but a great time.
Fun place for the whole family. The food was good, the games where fun. The prices are a smidge high.
The service is good all around from the front desk to the servers. Had a very good time bowling this night!
It is extremely expensive. Roughly $100/he if you want to play steadily.BEWARE!!The card readers for video games can take 3 swipes to give you 1 play. A glitch that they are aware of but do not warn you. You initially think it wasnt reading your card but it IS DEDUCTED. Children arent going to notice in their arcade frenzy so Pinz is getting 300% more per game from you!Since theyre aware they will reimburse your tokens but you have to go back again and again waiting in line. You wait in line over and over or throw the money away.To be fair. The laser tag, tho understaffed, is excellent. Two level arena with a super layout. Great equipment. This brings Pinz to two stars from zero.
Great place to let the kids run for an hour or two! Spent a few hours here today and many other times and always have a good time! There should be some kind of drink stand open at the arcade, get pretty thirsty! Games a family friendly! I recommend it for anyone looking to just chill out for an hour or two and spend less than $60 on 4 people and won just under 5000 tickets not to bad if you ask me!
The staff is absolutely fantastic. Great friendly service. Kind of pricey. Food is good.Management talks down to the employees. It was extremely uncomfortable trying to interact with the staff while the manager was being inconvenienced to help us.
So much fun! Great atmosphere, my kids loved it. Food was fantastic. Highly recommend the pizza special night!
This is more than just an alley. It has an arcade, so there is more to do than bowl.
We took a 4 yr old - he loved it, me not so much. The food was ok in the bar, service was good. There were adults and kids enjoying the arcade area. Its not my thing. We didnt go to the bowling area. A friend told me he enjoyed bowling there.
Customer service was terrible, $40 for bowling for 3 people and 1 hr. Everything is expensive. It is a nice clean facility.
Great beer selection and good price. Bowling was fun and lots of room on each Lane for big groups. Arcade is a blast good game selection .
This place is so fun, awesome bowling alley, awesome arcade. If you are feeling bored, down, or want to meet up with some friends, this is a good idea for you.
Too the whole family... They enjoyed ever minute of it... The place had alot to offer, we had to wait an hour but were accommodated with video games, tokens, snacks and bottoms drinks while we waited
The aura of dirt is nice. Really adds to the atmosphere. The flashing lights are gonna give me a seizure thou. Otherwise its pretty zany.
Good food great bowling! Service tonight was really good which normally isnt the case but I had a girl who was training so that helped, the trainer actually seemed to like her job and was super nice! They are a little bit pricy but that keeps the Riff Raff out so I wont complain too much! We will be back again!
Where did the dart boards go? We go here to play pool and darts yet they have removed the darts for more arcade games when you could just go to the arcade to play these games?? Lost our business for sure.
Awesome place but way too busy for me. But fun
We had free bowling passes with the website kidsbowlfree which allows you to sign up any and every child in your family for free bowling all summer long on certain days of the week. For a very low rate, like $10, you can add on up to 4 adults. All you have to pay for is the rental bowling shoes, which are $3.75 per person during certain dates or times. We opted for the bumpers to be up, 6 pound bowling balls, and a plastic dragon helper for the kids to get the ball down the lane.We got 2 frames for free. The children enjoyed bowling because it was their first time and it was really fun and easy for them.We ordered free water to stay hydrated. We were planning on skipping the arcade until I saw a small flyer saying that if you text PINZ1 to 51660, they will give you a free $5 arcade card. So I did it and the other adult in our party did the same thing, too. Now we were able to give both children in our group $5 to play with in the arcade. This got them about 30 minutes of fun, followed by about another 10 minutes of deciding what to spend their tokens on.
It was fun the kids like it
Lots of fun! We ate there and played the arcade and later tag. The arcade is very well kept. Clean and working with new and fun games. The restaurant was mind blowing. This was my first time so I expected good food but I got an amazing burger! AND THOSE FRIES! Wow worth just getting some fries and beer after work! The arcade was just a notch up from a Dave and Busters and the later tag set up was great. It was fun for our 7 and 8 year olds while i had a blast at the same time, and i take my laser tagging seriously people! We didnt do any bowling so i cannot comment on that, but for a few bucks and few hours the food and games will keep you more than entertained and satisfied!
Well, where do I start. Usually such a fun experience and environment. This time, however...we had to just about beg for service. Paid for the 10 pin upgrade simply because we know from previous experience that the service was exemplary. Not so in this case. We even had staff apologizing because they forgot to put in our order, or forgot to put in the added time to bowl that was requested much earlier in the day. The only one time our server visited us, was to bring us the bill.....as she was headed to shift change, just to make sure she got her tip although there was just NO service. We still had fun, but we figured.....why pay for the 10 pin upgrade?! 250 dollar bill, and we had to chase down food and drinks all afternoon. These folks want 15 bucks an hour!??! Ha!
Very fun place and recommend having birthday partys there
The staff was amazing
Fun place for kids and adults alike. Great atmosphere and money went a long way in the arcade. Good times!
This is a huge open bowling and arcade. They also have food.
The candy bar was overpriced at $2 and expiration date was 08/2019. Check your Vending machine for expired candy.Bowling was fine.
Although it is a little bit pricey, the bowling alley and arcade are very nice! It has a big fun laser tag room and some really cool arcade games as well. The bowling balls are well organized and sorted by shelves and colors. Would definitely recommend
Where do I begin? It was by far the worst service that has ever happened. We walked into the restaurant it said seat yourself, we did. It took 15 mins before someone even noticed us. They would rather bus tables than acknowledge guests arriving. Then another 15 to bring us water and take our order. Our order was wrong. Theyleft stuff off our burgers and our waiter forgot my kids sodas. When we finally got our check our waiter charged us for 2 sodas. The soda should have came with kids meals a stated. Then we went out to have a little fun in the arcade and laser tag. Well I was disappointed half of the games were not working but I understand things break. We were getting ready to turn our tickets in, and there was only 1 person helping out everyone turning into tickets. Are you kidding me? It was finally our turn, the guy was super nice and apologized for the wait and said he needed help and no one was to be found. Then a guy with his wife came up to the corner and demanded that they need the tickets back they cut in front of everyone waiting in line. The poor guy had no idea how to handle the situation, and was really uncomfortable. Two more workers came up laughing. Now all 3 guys were helping this guest that cut inline and no one kne how to handle. It took us 30 mins to pick out prizes because everyone was helping 1 person.Needless to say they need more training and need to stay in their assigned area to give your guest the best experience. Worst experience ever! Will not go there again.
We had a great time our server was very attentive and even with a group of 12 kids and 7 adults we never had to look for help. Thank you!!
Push for service nobody came. Finally someone came to clean our table so we asked if we could order through him. He said yes. We ordered our food and it took almost 1 hour before we got them.
A place for Family .frirnds lovers and kids. at PINZ happiness is near .love this place so much.
Havent been? Definitely check out this bowling center! Plus it has an arcade.....Hands down a newer, modern lanes.
Crowded with the new vr game, pushed all the other arcade games into smaller area. Fairly noisy and dimly lit. Selection of games is decent, game prizes are fairly good too.
I had bowling ball drilled.Jason did a fantastic job.Jason is very knowledgeable on drilling bowling balls.
Awesome spot. Great bowling decent food and great games. Had a blast and so did my family
A great experience from start to finish. I absolutely enjoyed myself. From the wide variety of different arcade games, down to the cosmic bowling (while showing that sundays football games on the screen) the time was all around fun. The food and drinks were also very good, this location is very much recommended.
We had a bowling and laser tag party for the 12th birthday of my son at PINZ. Everything was very well organized from the greeting of the guests by the party host, the bowling and laser tag to the pizza and pop in the party room. Our host (Adam) was awesome and he dealt with the eight very energetic and wound-up kids perfectly. The pizza by the way is made in house and tastes great. The party ended with a $5 arcade card for each kid ($10 for the birthday boy). But everyone had such a good time that they all stayed longer and played an extra round of laser tag and more arcade games. I highly recommend PINZ - it is a very reasonably priced package with little to no work for the host.
Very clean, big parking lot and nice atmosphere.
Fun for the whole family. I am giving it 4 stars because the day we went some of the games werent working, but the bowling side looks like new.
Its nice like a Dave and Busters with a bowling alley
Always a great time, doesnt matter of were bowling or just playing games.
Most overpriced bowling ever. Make sure you understand rates before proceeding
Perfect place for a family outing. The customer service was stellar. Very reasonable pricing through groupon.
Limited prizes selection like no pokemon.
Really fun date place or a fun place to bring kids! Ive been here for a date night with my husband for games and bowling, and also my toddler son for kids bowling. They have the fun kids bowling ramps to help them, also bumpers which are nice. Price is a little more than other bowling alleys Ive been to, but the cleanliness is worth it. Also, the food is good too!!
We played laser tag and acrade games for only 12 bucks each! Was fun with friends. Will go back for bowling!
Fun place to go with friends. Food is just okay. Reasonable value for the entertainment options.
We found this place through Groupon and an available deal they had (which was very good). The deal had a game of laser tag, an hour of bowling including shoe rental and $5 arcade cards for up to five people for $49. We were able to thoroughly enjoy ourselves and it was cheaper than paying a la carte. The facility itself was nice. There are two bowling alley, one is fancier and bit more expensive and then they have the regular one, which was still nice. The arcade is big with normal games. Right behind the arcade is the laser tag area. We had a lot of fun during laser tag. The room is two levels and the game play is digitized so you know who youve hit and whos hit you on your gun console and what place you and your team are. Even at the end it will tell you on the main screen outside, who hit who and the final scores. Definitely recommend. The nice thing for the bowling lanes is that you can choose to have bumpers for whoever wants it, it doesnt have to be all or nothing. I havent been bowling in a long time so this could be a relatively old thing by now lol.Im always hesitant about ordering food from bowling alleys since the food is generally blah or overly greasy. The food here was greasy but it was delicious. We had the pizza fries (cheese sticks basically) and the mac and cheese pizza minus the bacon. Loved both. The pizza crust was surprisingly decent. They bring the food to your lane.Overall we would not have come to Pinz unless it was for the Groupon deal, so kudos to them for offering it.
