Was So nice to visit this community today!! As a Manufactured Home Dealer I have done a lot of business here in the past. Great maintenance guy on site who really knows the homes!

Ive been here 3 years, and I noticed a change when Melissa S took over as the manager onsite.The grounds look cleaner, less trash and debris in street, and are actually being trimmed that needed to be trimmed long ago.Bottom line, Melissa is doing a spectacular job and my wife couldnt ask for a better on site contact here at 29 Pines.

Ummm.. drove through this place today and it gave me terrible feelings. I felt like I was trapped in a 1950’s horror film! I’m surprised that the city has not condemned this place! I was so surprised when I went to an Oakdale location that this is what I observed! No thank you!

My daughter lives here and there were some major problem with the roads and also the cleaning of the park. In the last month.. roads are repaired and cleaned! Dumpsters were brought in this last week.. It feels really good to drive in the park and see all of the work being done. Thanks for your efforts!

Well the meth was good.. about average..but gotta little paranoid due to the time of morning we arrived.. which was around 4Am I believe I do not plan on returning and would definitely advise to stay away unless its absolutely necessary.

What a wonderful community its turning out to be. I enjoyed living there almost as much as I enjoyed getting out. Good place for people who want a piece of the dream & own a home.

They need to fix the potholes. The management there dont care. Maintenance through the park is terrible. Its a trashy place. It would be nice if they took care of it.

Ive read a couple of negative things here about Ken, the maintenance tech man at 29 Pines. If you live there or visit there, you no doubt have seen him. Hes always out and about, fixing or adjusting one thing or another or helping a homeowner. Weve had a couple of disagreements over the years, but I must admit that in each instance he was right and I was wrong. (Its hard for me to admit that Ive ever been wrong about anything.) When all is said and done, this guy is the greatest. He is always there to help, and he knows what hes doing and he goes way out of his way for any resident. I would like to know the secret of where he gets all his energy.I write this two years later. Weve had an incredible amount of snow this winter, and we all have back-aches from shoveling. My home stands at the end of a long street that inclines. So, as he plows the street, the piles along the sidewalks turn into mountains by the time he gets to me. Guess who takes extra time and expends extra effort to clear the sidewalks? How many mobile home maintenance people would do such a thing?

Convenient location, fair traffic, close to parks and trails, shopping nearby. Best to have a personal car to live here.

Um it is a trailer park,, good ol 29 mobile mansions. I didnt know that people would actually choose to stay there. Yuck!

Roads are worse then dirt roads I have driven on and most of the trailers are junk and eye sores and the management only cares about your check clearing and lie about every thing and never gives any grace period
