Cozy little place with every supply you will need. The proprietor was nothing but kind, patient and gracious. she did a great job at making sure we had all the supplies that we needed, she found the level at which we were, and suggested different items. she was very kind in explaining why she made the suggestion that she made, and she was eager to help us learn and grow in artistry.
This place is great! I was looking for a shop that was still open to get a piece of art framed of my cat and they did an amazing job! The staff is so friendly and it was done so quickly! I highly recommend starvin’ artist!
Really weird experience. You cant browse, you need to tell the owner what you want and they escort you to it. You are literally watched the entire time. Its definitely not for me, though it could be a plus if you really want one on one service. Its a bit over priced too. It does have good selection for its size, though.
One of my favorite stores, associates are like my friends now
A bit overpriced, but they have everything on hand that an artist needs. One of the last ma-and-pop art supply stores. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of inventory.
Ive had 12 pieces framed since I moved here last April (2016). Judy and her son, Brock, do a wonderful job. They really listen, are very enthusiastic and take such pride in what they do. They are very creative too and will guide you in the right direction. You get what you pay for. The quality is top notch!
The had what I wanted
I love that its right down the street from me, I can grab small items I need at that moment for projects, but I usually shop at Michaels or artist and craftsman for deals on bulk supplies.
Called to ask a simple question about the return policy and the lady was really rude and hung up on me. So unprofessional.
