It was my first time there and the service was great I got there early and I got in and out fast which is one thing I never do when I go get my checked out and I passed my emissions test and it was so great in the guy was like did you need to get your plate sticker and I told him thank you anyway but I already had it

We have lived at Airway for many years and it is nice to have the same owners. Clean, quiet, good neighbors who look out for each other. In the past we lived in a park for many years and ownership changed twice.

I really appreciate the Airway crew keeping this a clean and safe place. I moved here from a different mobile home park and they did not care about us the way they do here. Thank you for all you do!

The area isnt the greatest but its safe. Its cheap and affordable. My parents live there and I visit them often and theyre ok living there. Recently theres been a lot of dumb people doing dumb things but overall people there seem to look out for each other.

This place is terrible cant put what I want here they will take it off. They say its your home you own it but yet so many rules that you cant do a thing.

Management is so nice until you buy and very crooked once you sign and move in! Late fees are highway robbery, $98 (by law, rent late fees shouldnt be over the 5% of your monthly rent) thats why Airways has a lot of evictions, because they are only interested in flipping/turning around selling of trailers!Newer side (s.w. hwy) is not kid friendly at all, and not a good place for families! Too many 40 some thing single drunks! A lot of crime & home breakins, so bad they had to get security, although breakins still happen!Oak Lawn wants to shut them down anyhow, so dont waste your money and precious time - Again, Airway is only interested in flipping/turning around/selling trailers over and over again, instead of keeping folks in their community.

Excellent community staff works with people on payments and very kept space. I love the staff here they are easy to talk to and all out awesome folks.

I previously lived in Airway Mobile Homes, this place is despicable. Their extremely racist, they treat blacks and Hispanics cruel. They follow them every where they go. They come in and out of your home without permission, they invade your privacy when ever they feel like it. DO NOT TRUST MANAGEMENT, THEY ARE VERY DECEPTIVE!!!!

Good place to live. Except if you do comparisons amongst all the trailer parks that are nearby. They are the most expensive in lot rent. They try to act like it isnt, telling you water and trash is not included at other facilities but thats not true. I priced all the trailer parks within a 100-mile radius of this one and theyre all cheaper. Also what kind of trailer park charges for maintenance? example, they decided on their own without taking a vote with the community to seal coat the property. Which was okay until they decided to pass that cost on to us and an increase in lot rent like they do every year. Ive lived here for for years. every year Ive been here theyve raised lot rent. Trailer parks are supposed to spend money to make money. Im not sure why they would pass the increase on to the tenants who live here constantly knowing we cant afford it. Also changing the grace period of when lot rents due just so they can make money on late fees. Used to be due on the 10th of every month but they changed it to the 8th so they could increase their profit on late fees. Because they dont care about their tenants even though were the ones who make them money, they care more about Profits. If you pay your lot rent one day late your fine is 20 bucks just for one day. After that its 3 bucks each additional day. Not to mention the streets that run thru this trailer park are so horrible and almost unfit to drive on. And thats because Oaklawn doesnt care about this trailer park. Anybody who lives in this trailer park knows exactly what I said is 100% honesty. If things continue the way that they are it doesnt matter anyway because they will just force people to move out and they will lose money and they will be forced to shut down. You see because if they keep raising lot rent their going to force tenants to leave because they cant afford it so you should keep them locked in at a certain lot rent because that way youre getting something which is better than nothing. Would you really rather have somebody move out from their lot and get nothing at all. Because Im pretty sure people arent lining up to buy trailers in here. So you might want to sit down and do the math. And I do know as a fact that Oaklawn itself wants this trailer park gone. Its only a matter of time. So if I were the owners of this trailer park I would be doing everything in my best interest to keep my tenants to want to stay here and be able to afford it.
