Great place to stay and their are friendly people what could be better!

Bad roadways. PEOPLE park were ever they like .Their is no respect for the spee lime or any one walking the roadways.No lines to park between and no numbers or who should be parking their.

This park was really nice when we moved in. Over the last few years the quality has gone down as the rent has gone up. Park rules are not followed and nothing ever seems to be done about it. The park roads have been in need of repair for years. The water is turned of with little or no notice when they are working on the pipes. During the last storm on 4/15/2018 no plowing or salting was done. What was done the next day still left cars sliding and damaged by deep snow and ice. The excuse was that the plow truck was in the shop. Now were in the middle of another storm. No salt has been put down. I hope none of our elderly neighbors have to go anywhere until the temperature rises.

The owner Dentice is a lair & a thief dont do anything except steal your money!!!! & goes on vacations with your money & has parties & Does Not answer your phone calls!!! If I knew then what I know now I would Not have bought this place!!! It is sinking in the ground!!! Nothing but Lies from him!!! & he wants your bank info so he can steal more money!!! Or he Raises your lot rent $200.00!!!! If you dont give him your bank info!!!! Almost $800.00 for this Dump!!! No Way!!! Do Not Buy from him or you will be SORRY you did!!!

Really great place to live and or park your rv to visit, clean, spacious, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming

The management is very discriminating.They always lets our neighbors get away with everything they do against the rules including parking in our parking spots, having loud parties, grilling under their covered porch. We always had problems with them peeping in our windows and harassing us. The neighbors even tried to run me over on Monday afternoon and still nothing was done about them. I now fear for my safety every time I go outside.

Trailer park right off I94. I think three stars is generous for any trailer park no matter the caliber. That being said this trailer park earned its three stars.
