Very upset about being asked to move from the only clean section because it was for parties only. Thats fine, but most of the tables havent been bused! Very frustrating. Not crowded at all just dirty.

Fairly interesting covid current. No tokens. Except, at token games where one token is dispensed at a time. Instead of tokens is a digital card to swipe at each machine and payable by the hour, unlimited. No salad bar, but basically business as usual. My 3 granddaughters had a great time.

Chuck e cheese has been a favorite since I was little. I still love coming here. The games are so fun and the pizza is one of my favorites. I definitely recommend this place. I could spend all day here.

More than a few games were out of order but no signs to inform patrons. Staff was totally on their job an extremely helpful with the birthday parties. Not too crowded for a Saturday. Had a great time with the children, they really enjoyed it. Love the no-coin system they have now, play pass is super convenient.

Lovely experience!! I recently had a 7th Birthday celebration for my son @ Novi Mi Location!! We purchased the mega Superstar package 10 kids @ $25 per child but it came with everything including: Goodie bags, Pizza ice cream, Collector Drinking cups, Unlimited play time/coin cards for 2 hours, Ticket blaster experience for Birthday Superstar and And special necklace with a Chuck-E-Cheese medallion!!I would recommend this One Stop Shop party place at least once for your birthday star!!!

Great fun for kids. But prices for food and soda is outrageous. 1 small domestic beer and a order of fries sets you back a penny or 2. Lol. If you just wanna let your babies enjoy the games its a good atmosphere and great time for them. Just grab some food on your way home or before you get there.

Had my daughters birthday over the weekend here and it was great! Staff super friendly and helpful, we had a young boy named Tavis help assist her party an he was awesome. Very fast. The store was clean and didnt seem to notice any games out of order.

We had my sons 3rd bday party here... I cnt believe how different the place was from when I was a kid. My baby had a blast tho! Prices are high but it was worth it. Pizza kinda sucks still... That hasnt changed since the 90s & 00s

We love ChuckECheese. We always have a blast when we come here. The game cards are affordable and the food is delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It seems they could have more staff to help with game malfunctions. And the prices are a bit high for food but they let you bring in cake while other places wont unless you book a party. And when they are busy its easy for the little ones to get lost in the crowd.

Nostalgic. Could have better selection of games. I do like the new card system for credits. I advised paying by time rather than by price. Kids will go through $20 worth of coins in 20 minutes. Give $20 for an hour of play time. They do have gluten free pizza for those of you with a wheat allergy. Salad bar is adequate. Ticket exchange ratio for prizes is not generous like other places. Still fun for kids 4 birthday, even if they are approaching teenage years.

Games are nice. Kids have lots of fun. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Only issue is the high cost of the food. Pop pizza salad the normal things are waaayyyyy overpriced. Eat before or after you go.

My kid LOVED it! The restaurant was clean, spacious, the staff was friendly and the food was good. Granted we spent almost $100 between food and almost 2 hours of play time. It was well worth it! My 3 year old played with games on the toddler side and on the big kids side. They had something for everyone. Even my husband and I had a great time. Also, surprisingly the reward toys werent bad either. My kid got a little Chuck E. truck, that I just knew was going to break easy. My kid has been playing with it for over a week now and its still in good shape. We had a great time and will definitely go back soon.

We were there for a birthday party. Almost all the games there either took my points and didnt work or didnt give me any tickets. I wasted money. The server was great though and other than that it was pretty good,but to waste all those points and nothing worked. The picture booths didnt even work. Its like why do we pay money with nothing working

My kid loves it here. He was disappointed waiting for Chuck E. to come out and he just walked right past him despite screaming and yelling at him to please come talk to him even though there weren’t any kids out. The pizza and salad bar are fair. A decent place for kids to play despite being a little expensive.

The staff is not very friendly and it is really not very clean. The games etc need to be wiped down. They also had quite a few games that didnt work.

This is the closest one to our house we come here frequently. Only problem here is that most games are old compared to other locations with much newer games. Its a good idea to start switching some out to refresh this location.

We were celebrating my sons 1st birthday and the air conditioning was barely working during our Saturday visit. Needs to be serviced immediately as it is in the middle of summer during a heat wave. None of the staff seemed to know why it was so warm. Everyone was sweating, patrons and staff. Manager was very pleasant. The young staff seemed very lackadaisical and were inattentive. We asked for two tables to be cleaned and it took the young lady quite a while to clean them. Prices remain quite high for poor quality of food. This visit was quite uncomfortable due to the heat. Needless to say all of our guests were sweaty and uncomfortable. Needs improvement.....

My niece had her 5th birthday here and she absolutely loved it. Cleanest one I have ever been in. Although your pizza is super salty and fake tasting it was hot and fresh and the kids liked it.

Back counter was poorly ran and staff was very rude. Me and my friend ordered small buffalo wings (7 to be exact and we ordered them at 6:30). After 40 minutes went by, we went up to the counter to get a refund because 7 flimsy wings shouldn’t take long to be prepared. So the manager was giving us the refund when right at the last second one of the workers came out with the wings. So we apologized to the manager for asking for a refund and he replied rudely with “It only took 20 minutes I don’t know what you were expecting” when in reality it took almost 40 minutes. Instead of retaliating I calmly left.

Lots of toddler games to play my son has a blast just the tickets get rigged you always have to ask someone to fix the tickets and the games

We had our daughters 2nd birthday there! Everyone had a ton of fun! They have something for all ages! Birthday cake prices were cheaper than anyone else around too! Cake tasted pretty darn good too!

The staff needs some improvement. My son won 1200 tickets when we went, but the machine errors out and tells us to get someone. The guy who comes over is less than helpful and says there is nothing he can do, which leaves me with an upset kid. His customer service skills were severely lacking and I was less than impressed. Guess we will just keep going to Rochester Play and Jungle Java.

I swear they put crack on the cheese stuffed pepperoni pizza, cant stop eating it, its out of this world good. Fun and safe place to bring our kids where they can have fun for an hour or two without breaking the bank.

I am disappointed in how this place has changed. We used to love coming here over school breaks..clean, fun and decent service. Last two visits it has taken 45 minutes to get a cheese pizza...way too slow and no one seems to care. The salad bar is gone for lunch and a lunch buffet is available but I miss the salad bar as it always was good and well maintained. We wont be coming back until they improve their service.

My children always love this place

My family and i used to love coming here but the prices now are outrageous! For my 4 kids to play for 45 minutes cost $60!! Thats insane! No food or drinks! An for a tootsie roll tiny piece of candy cost 80 points!!! Most of the games only shoot out a few tickets so to even be able to get that u would have to play the whole time! These places used to have things for the little kids to play on but now its just games. Way to make it about the kids, an its not just this store but all of them! I can take my kids to the movies an buy them huge bags of candy an still not spend that kind of money! SHAME ON THIS CORPORATION!! keep this kind of prices an they will soon be another place that is no longer around!!

Great time for my daughters 7th Birthday. The party packages are a great value. We really enjoyed the unlimited play. Each party guest had a 2 hour unlimited game pass. The pizza taste like cardboard. Everything else was great.

Staff, at the Novi location, did not clean up regularly - food platers piled up on the tables. No trash bins were in sight to aid us in keeping our area clean.

One of my Grandson had his 3yr Birthday party there. It was kid and adults friendly. They had plenty of staff working and they were very friendly and made sure all had a great time. The food was good and no games were out of order, which is a plus. I would return and recommend to my friends.

Most pathetic birthday party ever. We celebrated our sons birthday party at Chuck E cheese Novi Mi location. On our arrival we didnt get what we were supposed to be given and the lady staff was quite rude and inexperienced. From ticket blaster to even slightest thing like knife was not given to us. Instead of cake cutting knife she gave us pizza server spoon to cut the cake which was quite disappointing. No proper arrangement nor the lady staff was interested in the birthday party of our son. She was just monotonously doing her half job . I will never recommend anyone to organize any party at Novi location Chuck E cheese.

Elane, Shanni, and Angel were absouletly amazing!! They made me want to always come back, I was very impressed with the service my family and I got. They were all so helpful and nice to me. I think they deserve a good raise or benefit for this amazing service I got. They made this visit very fun and amazing for me and my family. I definitely will come back.

This was the best Chuck E Cheeses weve ever been to. We all had great fun at the games. Spent around 75 minutes and enjoyed every moment of it.

I celebrate my son Birthday here. I like it how they provided space as per guest list, as my guest list is big, they provided me good space.We got 2 HR unlimited play passes with birthday party package.All kids enjoyed.Only problem after party provided only one desk I requested for two but no one listens for that is bad part of it.

The Service: Super crowded location during weekends. It is like in the zoo!!! Two staffs behind the counter to take care food ordering and toys rewards. It gets overwhelmed. Always a line to order food. One staff is making cotton candy ($2). Two more servers deliver food. So a little bit short staff during weekends.The Food: Definitely not restaurant standard food quality. But for kids.... pizza, fries, soda and GAMES, they are happy!!The Parking: Big plaza parking. (free)

Love it for the kids granddaughter first birthday was fun

Love love love!! Super clean and every time I go they have added new games!! Very impressed with the projector game that lets kids stomp on monsters kind of like wack a mole but with their feet projected on to a floor screen! So yeah i love it they always have coupons and i have never been when I just felt like it was wayyyy to crowded.

With discipline you can take your kid there for unlimited play for 30 minutes with the cost of only $10I recommend stopping by Costco afterward to get some cheap food rather than spending the much larger amount here.It’s a typical Chuck E. Cheese. They employ 18 year olds for minimum wage and the kids couldn’t care less, but you kind of expect that when you go in. I can’t say I’ve ever been wowed by employees at any CEC. But that’s also why I go out of my way never to spend more than $10 at any location I go to.

Amazing place! I am always trying to find new and fun places nearby to take my sons to on the weekends to play. This last Saturday was actually our first time visiting this establishment and I was thoroughly impressed! The most important thing to me as a customer is the friendliness of the staff. Every single employee was smiling and seemed like they were happy to be there. I had a small customer service issue, which was handled beautifully by one of the managers - I think her name was Shavante (?). She handled all of my concerns and I left with a smile on my face. I will surely be returning with my sons and their friends!

Miss the playscapes at these venues. Food is getting pricey but quality is going down. Salad bar is not maintained by staff enough . Games are electronic and not really catered to kids under 5.

We were here for a school fundraiser. The staff were scarce and the ticket machines didnt always work. My little kid had a fun time. The older kids... not so much.

We come to Chuck E Cheese exclusively for the games.This time, the cashier told us that we had to use the kiosk to purchase the cards. I clarified if/that it was still possible to split time/points between two cards at the kiosk and she assured me that it was.Somehow, I ended up purchasing two cards of the same value (as opposed to having them split), so I approached the cashier for a refund and to split the one card. She called the manager who explained that he was not allowed to give a refund and that - as indicated on the receipt - I had agreed to the purchase being non-refundable (although it never popped up on the screen).I was a bit in disbelief but he was adamant that there was nothing that could be done about this.I will be challenging the charge through my credit card company and will make sure that next time I purchase anything there it will be through the cashiers.

I will start off first by saying that my kids, like many other kids, love this place. I find this to be a rather affordable activity for them, especially with how much fun they have while we are there. You can also snag coupons off of their website that can be used right from your phone to add a bit of a discount. They also run special pricing for things on certain days of the week, so keep an eye out for that.I found this location to be clean, organized, and overall well maintained. Some of the employees seemed less than thrilled to be there, and I cant say that I blame them as I can only imagine what they deal with on a regular basis.One of the best amenities is the revamped food menu (it has gotten way better since I had last been some odd years ago). The pizza is quite delicious and customizable (they even have stuffed crust for a few bucks extra) and there is a salad bar (which I did not have the chance to actually try, though it did look quite good). They have also since added adult beverages (beer and wine) to their menu which could be a favorite for many parents as it allows you to take a bit of the edge off in an environment filled with overly stimulated kids that arent yours.I would advise going early during the day on a weekday as it was not busy at all when we went (which was a Wednesday). The later in the day it got, the more packed it started to get. By the time we left (maybe around 6 pm) there was a good size line forming at the door. I imagine this location does get quite busy on the weekend as well. When it starts getting busy, things do take a bit longer as it seems there are only a few employees working at a time.With that being said, I will be heading back to this location again when the kids are itching to play some arcade games and eat some pizza.

This establishment has had a major Improvement since the last time I was here. First they got rid of the big old jungle gym that was a harbor for bacteria, then they got rid of a lot of the games so now theres a lot more room, and it made it more kid-friendly by keeping the place more groomed.Still, the place still has its problems...

Hey, its a Chuck E. Cheese... plenty of games... although with the advent of time-based play, the value of tickets is kind of lost, since you can just grind and endlessly milk one machine over and over and over. Pizza is decent, salad bar looked sketchy, but generally fine.

This has always been my favorite location Ive been to a lot of Chuck E Cheeses and liked them all but this one always stands out, the place is very big with a lot of games to play and the food is really good as well I recommend coming here.

Great place for kids and parents.

After almost 25 years of going to Chuck’E’Cheeses, I am sad to say I will never be going back unless serious changes are made. This used to be an affordable fun place to go and take kids but has become such a price gouge that it is no longer even remotely worth the value. I am not sure if all locations have the new pay model, but if so, I will never be back with my children nor will I recommend to others. For my wife, myself, and 2 children ages 4 and 6, it cost us $80 for 1 hour which is outrageous. Both of my children got unlimited bracelets for 1 hour and we ordered 2 pizzas. I would much rather spend my money elsewhere. Extremely disappointed that a mainstay of my childhood is now a place that I will neither visit again, nor recommend to others.

How do you have 5 machines that count tickets but only one works . Sad.

My son love this place, just in for child adults have no charge along with child. Good for birthday functions and felt that $25 package as the best for such functions with goodies as return gifts and unlimited play points for couple of hours for each child. Kids will surely enjoy. Staff are also friendly.

My niece just had a birthday party at the lakeside mall location and it was nice. The children had so much fun on all the rides, I had as much fun on the rides as the children!

Place was pretty clean and almost all of the machines were working. Only saw one female worker complain about having to clean up a childs spill and the virtual reality game the kids sit in wasnt working. Other than that, the staff was friendly, they knew how to accept the online coupon, and they were good with the kids when cashing in tickets.

We just hd my daughters birthday here yesterday. I’ve come here in the past and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. In my opinion it was very clean and professional. Almost half of our guests got sick hours after eating the pizza as well as myself. It’s not a coincidence. And the symptoms are that of food poisoning. I loved every moment of the party and the food tasted great however something was definitely wrong with the food if that many people got sick afterwards. Highly disappointed and embarrassed. This is unacceptable

Chuck E Cheese has really upgraded. Our host was lovely. She was on top of everything.

The staff is the worst part at this location. They are always on their phones and can’t get any help. My son and I stood at the prize counter for 5 minutes watching 4 employees stand at the entrance on their phones talking to each other. Management is just as bad.

Hosted daughters party there. Kids seemed have enjoyed it. The hostess was ok.

I love this Chuck e cheese. I took my kids there on a whim after school one day, and I didnt have much money so we were going to leave about 25 mins after arriving, the staff were so sweet, they gave my kids extra tokens to play a little longer. Very clean and professional establishment.

We celebrated my kids birthday here and it was really good. The manager who oversaw our group of ppl did a fantastic job. He took care of us very well. Helped us serve the cake. Were happy that we celebrated my kids birthday here. And recommend this place for others as well.

My family and I love going here but this last time i was a little disgusted when the girl taking our order was scratching her weave and crust was falling all over the counter. Just nasty!
