Great place to go to bowl with friends and family. Would recommend visiting if youre in the area

Not a bad place but a huge fight broke out while we were there but the staff didnt try to do anything. The police were called and finally broke it up

A group from work went early Friday - 3:30 - and had a very good time. The place e was empty, but soehkwnwe got the cranky lanes that needed some love from the maintenance guy to get them working. Once the issue was fixed, it worked flawlessly. The food menu was mostly fried - we had several appetizers that were okay. The beer was cold and varied - many craft beers on tap - served with frosted glasses. I will have to try the place on a busy evening to see how it is .

I took my 2 and 3 year old here and they had a great time. The man that worked there was so nice. Calling my kids by their names and helping them find a ball. I really felt comfortable here.

The Pro shop is awesome, the owner, Cheryl Daniels, is a professional bowler and is very knowledgeable about ball design. She is also an incredible instructor and has coached a lot of bowlers in the Metro area. The Pro shop has a wide selection of balls and equipment. She keeps the shop stocked with the best and newest technology. I hope she gets more shop space, there are so many new balls coming out and the shop always has them, but there is only so much space to display. This is my favorite pro shops in the Metro area and I first started bowling about 45 years ago.

Fun place. Fair prices. The lanes worked the whole time we were there, no issues. The rental shoes are absolutely terrible though. Like the worst Ive ever worn. The other people people in my group agreed with that statement too.But other than that, great experience. We had their pizza too, which was pretty darn good.

It was very unprofessional and i wasnt happy with the way things were going to accommodate the patrion. I wouldnt recommend that t place to anyone.

Several hairs in my pizza. The staff wasn’t friendly AT ALL. Place is very dirty. The bowling balls are so odd as well... like they have a very limited range in terms of weight. If I could give zero stars I would. Save your money— especially if you’re a person of color:... they didn’t treat my family well at all..

This is one of our favorite places to go on a thursday night. They have good food, and good prices.

Guy at the desk was fairly rude. Wasnt busy but said we should have made reservations. Decided to stay anyway.

Bring your own bowling ball. Everything about this alley is great except for the garage sale of bowling balls that are either too heavy or your fingers wont fit in. (The desk was also unnecessarily grumpy as others have mentioned but that didnt necessarily throw the experience.)

I have been coming here for years. The staff is usually pretty nice, the prices are good, and I always leave having had a good time.

Supreme quality lanes, very friendly kitchen server brought our food to our lane and was so sweet, busy as there’s a lot of leagues but reserve a lane ahead of time!! The staff are welcoming and accomadating to reservations. Love this alley. Will be my new favorite spot to frequent.

It is a nice bowling alley. It is clean and kept up well. The lanes are consistent with oil which as a bowler, I always appreciate. They usually are a little understaffed, but that is the nature of the bowling industry these days.

Fantastic place for birthday party.I had my daughters 5th birthday party here. We did the glow bowling event. It was a great place to have 20-plus kids all at one time. The pizza is acceptable for a kids birthday. The party room is large and accommodating. The staff helped with every way that they could. They also have a game room / arcade. And they also had enough shoes for all the kids, which cannot be said about other bowling alleys in the area.

Seemed pleasant place was fun, it is older and needs some updating and work keep that in mind but not trashy.

Great place to come down, bring the fam, and bowl a game or 3 (lane bumpers are available for the younger ones). Pet peeve: the ball racks didnt have too many balls with large finger holes, but that could be because they were all in use at the lanes.

I heard a lot of people saying that the staff here is rude, but it wasnt as bad when I was there previously. But the last time I was there I understood all the comments that I heard before about the staff being rude.Person at the desk kept asking if we really had bowling shoes and not tennis shoes when I said I dont need to rent the shoes. I even showed the actual bowling shoes the second time but that did not stop her from asking the third or fourth time.Program at the lane was messed up with the bumpers down at the wrong bowler game stopped at the 8th frame for no reason. I had to go talk to the desk several times to fix it. All they said was he has to deal with the league and I would have to wait until he is done to have someone take a look. All he had to do was say something on the walkie talkie or something. It took almost half an hour waiting for someone to take a look at it.

This bowling ally has the worst staff and customer service I have ever experienced. The guy at the desk was extremely rude and insulting.

I went to watch my boyfriend bowl. They always treat me great there! They r also great to both league bowlers & those enjoying open bowling. My boyfriend has been bowling there for decades.

The staff are really nice to people the food is really good you can get snacks and watch sports games on the TVS

Staff was pleasant. Open bowling prices are reasonable and the bar prices are also decent. The open bowling balls dont fit any one above the age of ten so try to have your own ball. The pro shop lady was very nice and helpful. Its great to have a bowling alley that still has a running pro shop. Didnt get a chance to try the food. We will be back.

OMG I loved this bowling alley ! The pizza was delicious & kitchen staff so friendly & polite. It’s pretty par for the course, there’s a lot of Leagues every night so most certainly do your research, call ahead & reseve a lane. Bowl here & you won’t regret it. For bowling lovers; most importantly the bowling Lanes are well maintained and enjoyable to practice your skills on. If not too crowded ask to do crossover and you can ask for speed display also.I recommend to Log in to their website to get coupons to save even more! Just show it on your cell phone when you ask for the lanes.It’s definitely a Great place to spend time on a rainy or a snowy day.I also recommend to join the bowling leagues (there are several and for all level / ages for players). It is a great way to meet new people and you get a casual workout from it. Oh and If you join a league it’s even more savings!Turkey Away!

We had our sons 5th birthday party here on a Saturday from noon until 2 everything was outstanding the food was great we had our own lanes away from everyone else they really went above and beyond any of our expectations All the children had a great time and as parents we all agreed that it was a great place to have a party clean safe environment positive all around we will definitely be having more parties here Not to mention the price was better than any other birthday venue we found and the kids had a blast!

Glow bowl is fun. Food was good. There are video games to play. They have a huge bar and karaoke.

I recently had a fundraiser here and I just want to thank the staff at Novi Bowl especially Terri for being so nice and accommodating. Everything went wonderful! I highly recommend!

Beware - 3 days prior to my goddaughters 10th birthday party, they called and canceled, without apology, because a tournament booked last minute. Every customer should matter - what a terrible way to do business - be leary of booking here, they may do the same to you.

Nice bowling alley. We bring our 6 and 4 year old here for a kids bowling league. The kids love it. The people that run the alley are good to all of them. Plus they have a bar for the parents :-)

My boyfriend bowls on the league here and Ive always have had a good experience. The employees are always nice and Im friends with almost all the staff. Honestly its a very fun atmosphere.

Bowled three games to brush up on my form. Got in and out in an hour. Birthday... fun!

Poor internet access.

Made a reservation beforehand but when we got there (on time) they claimed to not have it, and kept asking if we made a down payment even though when I called the day before and they said the reservation is free, like it should be. Eventually got to bowl after around 20 minutes of hassling, finally.

Bowling was fun. Staff was nice. Service was slow. We seemed ignored at times.

Would of been 5 stars if it wasnt for the bartender. Booked a birthday party for my two kids. They put us in the bar room which we had reserved until 5:30. @ 5 the bartender came in and told my wife it was a problem that we were still in there. She started letting the drunks come in and get drinks while about 20 kids were in there having a good time. My wife talked to the manager and he was very apologetic. Make sure the employees have communicated with the manager first. Other than that its a great place to bowl. Just wont have another party there.

Horrible customer service at this place. Been here twice in the last two weeks and both times was treated like i was a huge inconvenience to the staff. The girl bartender is the most rude person Ive ever encountered behind a bar and i spent 10 years working in the service industry! Looking at these reviews i can see Im not the only one noticing these problems. The owner should make some changes before he starts loosing more customers over his very poor staff.

I had multiple visit to Novi Bowl, be it team outings, or friends meet or get together. Every time it is disappointing to see that balls are not of proper size. The ones that fit my fingers are very very heavy and the ones with moderate weight are not in my size. This happened to other friends also. We told management multiple times but no change and so we decided not to go there.

Fun place for skating with arcade games. They have skates lessons as well.

They don’t even deserve a good review at all! Terrible customer service don’t know their online specials and make it such a hassle!Will never be attending this bowling alley again

I have been going here since I was a kid. Nothing unique. It has Beer and Liquor, Pool tables, Arcade games, and Bowling. I am not sure how much more you really need. Make sure to call ahead to make reservations. If you are looking to make reservations more than a day head of time, they require $25 deposit. Or, you can wait until a lane becomes open.

Expensive, counter people could/should be nicer.

Average bowling alley with above average food prices

Over priced and no discounts for extended play, even when only two lanes were being used and we had already paid and played two hours. Woman at the counter and bar was quite rude and acted like we were an inconvenience every time we wanted a drink. On the up side, they have open bowl more often than anywhere else in the area.

Had awful experience the, one i was playing got stuck often and it took a 5 mins wait to get it reset. I was assigned a different once after 4 to 5 such reset. The wait spoils your mood to play
