If you rent this place for event, forget about your deposit. They are going to steal it for sure.

Lifeguard Staff were great and helpful area was clean and managed securely. The Cafe had tasteful smoothies, salads and soups very clean and friendly. The Entire Fym Staff was cheerful and encouraged to work out to the best of my abilityZ. Classes are offered as Well as a wide range of equipment, tennis courts, large pool. The whole family including the kids love this place.

Awful staff services and communication, at least the ones I encountered. I was unaware of a minor extraneous pickup policy added AFTER the signed contract due to miscommunication (through no fault of my own) and explained so to staff. This had no effect on others whatsoever and I calmly indicated I was capable of taking liability for myself. Despite this, certain staff members forced me to wait in an inaccessible secluded room. They went behind my back, manipulated me into staying longer, sent unhelpful harrassing messages, and majorly overreacted by involving local authorities when it was actually outside their jurisdiction. They then refused to admit their mistake or provide any compensation for the hassle. Furthermore, prices are atrocious. Maybe other services here are better;I dont know and dont plan to find out.

This is a great place, I love the staff at the Senior Center.
